Its a nice place and friendly neighborhood..

I think these are beautiful homes and its such a nice clean and quiet environment. The upkeep is great and I believe its a wonderful place to start a family.

The staff was wonderful and excellent and always very helpful

Lived here for 13 years, great location and the current manager is the best we have ever had.

You pay lot for living in a private park. Its obvious many residents are unhappy living here-

More like Sunnyvale trailer park ! And they hired a tan Mr Lahey and his family back in June and it hasnt been the same.
