This manufactured home park is really out of the way of Goleta. Its off Winchester Canyon exit, towards the mountains. Its a nice place with large houses and lots of room between houses. There is a pool and a older clubhouse. It seems to be clean and well managed. Its pretty quiet and everyone seems to be respectful of others. I would recommend a look see if you are in the market for a nice neighborhood.

This mobile home park is beautiful. They have a great view of the mountains, and the mobile homes are gorgeous. They have lots of space for gardening. Roads are well-maintained. I highly recommend it.

Great quiet neighborhood, low traffic, friendly neighbors, community pool and pool house with billiards room.
