Ive always had a nice time here. Sad to see others havent had the same experience. The price is reasonable when considering the materials and finishes they provide. Its more of an experience obviously we could all buy a cheaper ceramic puppy anywhere but not one made by a family member! They gave us fresh popcorn while we painted, friendly and helpful workers.

My mother and I went and made glass designs and loved the experience. It was a lot of fun! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and sweet, and the owner (while a bit abrupt) truly cared about her guests experience (she made us free popcorn without us even asking for it).They do fun theme nights (like Harry Potter and Game of Thrones) that involve painting something on theme and doing trivia. Absolutely would go back. (Bit on the pricy side but all paint pottery studios are so thats not a negative in my book, youre paying for the experience).

So much fun! My children and myself absolutely love it here. I have gone in with a group of friends and my kids and have had a great experience. Absolutely love the owners, they are friendly and extremely helpful. Our work comes out great and enjoy the different tools and finishes we can use to make our artwork unique.

I came to visit some family a few weeks back and came back home (Michigan) absolutely amazed at how perfect this place is, from the FREE popcorn to the employees, everything was perfect. They have a huge assortment of Pottery, mosaic pieces, Wooden art, and Paintings. They have a huge selection to choose from in everything, tons of Options for painting. The service was amazing aswell, Although young, they had a very knowledgeable gentleman and the friendliest lady I’ve ever met, Both helped out extremely and I felt at home. The location is perfect aswell, located in a very nice and popular area with many restaurants surrounding it, they had a great assortment of tools and techniques that you could do/use.

This is a wonderful place for both kids and adults! Each time we go the customer service is amazing, we have a great time and thoroughly enjoy ourselves! My kids love it and always ask to go back

Me and my friends always have so much fun here. I made a bowl for my grandmother and a jewelry dish too! The staff is super knowledgeable and can tech you about anything in the store. I was trying to figure out how to decorate a mortarboard (graduation cap) and wasnt sure how to go about it. While I was in I asked the owner and her daughter (I think) and they were both super helpful. I always enjoy my time here and will definitely come back. Next time Ill bring my grandmother! 10/10 would go again!!

We have gone into the Crown location twice (me and two kids) and have always had a good experience. The first time we painted ornaments and another time we did plates. The staff were warm, welcoming, gave us information and helped us along the way. They even gave us fresh popcorn to snack on while we worked. My kids LOVE it and we will definitely be supporting this small business as long as it is around. They have comparably priced birthday parties (to other party places in the area) and their location is convenient and high end. They also sponsor adult nights on weekends for a nice evening out!

My husband and kids took me here for mothers day and we had so much fun. We are definitely going back soon. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are responsible and not over priced. Oh and dont let me forget about the free popcorn YES Free .

We had an excellent experience at the Amazing Art Studio. They even allowed us to bring our dog with us on our visit. It was an exciting family activity for us, and at a very reasonable price, I might add. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If youre looking to have a creative date or take friends or family out for some fun, this is the place. You dont even have to be a particularly skilled artist as the staff will happily suggest all the different ways to achieve your creative vision. They have snacks and music and its a very personal, pleasant art experience. 10/10 would recommend!

I like the variety of items and location of the place. But it would be nice if the Studio didnt have an expiration date on the gift certificates and you could track a balance on your certificate online in case you lost it (which what happened to us).

This place is AMAZING! The owners and their staff make you feel like you could do anything! And then they help you do it!The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. Its a great place for company parties, kids birthdays, and to make memorable keepsakes for your loved ones!

The owner is extremely rude and she treats her staff so badly. Was sad to watch. Staff were sweet and attentive but she was totally arrogant, loud and obnoxious. Creates an unpleasant environment. This place should technically be warm and inviting especially as there are a lot of children coming here, but seems as the owner only cares about making money. I was disappointed and will not be going back, even after spending over $100 there!!

I have never been in this shop and experiences service that was less then extraordinary. Each and every single time I come in, the staff is SO friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make sure my piece comes out just the way I want it! They care so much about all of their customers and it shows whenever you talk to them or ask them for a suggestion. I have even been while they were hosting a large birthday party and they were still able to maintain giving amazing attention to both the large birthday party and all of the smaller parties there just for pleasure. I highly recommend this studio to everyone!

Great selection of cool stuff to paint, not just your typical cups & bowls. Plus super fun peeps and tasty snacks!

Awful customer service. Went in to make a valentines day present with an 8, 10, and 14 year old. The female owner could not have been more dismissive to the kids questions AND mine. She was actually rude. The gentleman there was a least a little more responsive but still of no help. the 8 and 10 year old had never done something like this and needed a bit more guidance than I felt comfortable giving. I had considered taking a birthday party and a girl scout troop there, but would NEVER consider it now.

Treated my wife poorly. The worker is either rude with everyone or we suspect possible racism. Her behavior was just beyond the pale.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely no respect for customers. The ladies working there have preferential attitude for white people. Upper management should take action and hire new staff. They dont even hold your finished product till you go eat lunch. This place is not at all kid friendly. People with kids - take your kids and money elsewhere - at Rockville Town Center.

Extremely rude owner. she is not nice and she is very impatient with her customers. overall it was nice experience, however I felt like some of the staff members were more helpful than the others. a few were unresponsive and provided very little help ...

So expensive. I cant believe how much more expensive this place is than other area businesses. The kids were sad but we walked out.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but the owner is loud and rude to her staff and customers (talking loudly on the phone about personal business or critizing small mistakes made by her employees). I wont be coming back sadly unless I check and see she isnt there first

The staff is helpful even if you have no idea what youre doing. If youre making a pottery gift for someone allow at least a week for it to be ready to take home.

This place is wicked. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
