My 3yr old son loved this place. It wore him out and he feel asleep almost instantly. The manager and staff were great. She really takes care of her customers.

This is an absolute must go to with your kids! They will love it and you will too. The prices arent terrible but certainly not cheap. You can find discounts online or on the website. They provide the grip socks as well and make it easy to get signed in. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the facility is very well kept. I encourage everyone to try this...even if you dont have kids...although you might get some odd looks.

The park itself is amazing and it provides many amazing opportunities to have fun with your friends. I love it. But while attending the park we witnessed 2 quarells between relationships. Butt a baddie walked in on the way out so its all good.

Clean trampoline park and nice staff. However, the upkeep on the dodge ball court is lacking. 3 out of 5 stars for that. The dodge balls are all half deflated ...and in poor condition. There needs to be better upkeep/rotation of new balls to keep this course the way it should be. Especially since this is really the only team oriented activity at this location.

I like this place for the family however I have noticed that they arent cleaning the trampolines or the padding around them as I can see the dirt grime on the surface. The new idea of the foam pit blocks having a cover on them is great just wish they had covers on all of them as they keep the blocks from dropping foam crumbs everywhere. Toddlers pick that stuff up and try to eat it like mine. Choking hazard concern. Maybe by next time they will have these issues addressed. The staff were wonderful and friendly tho. And I love the new Amandas Sweets candy dispenser.

My son and I love this place and we go here a lot. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The prices are okay.The only problem I’ve ever had was today. A teenager (15 ish) intentionally decked my 6 year old in the face with a dodgeball hard because his little brother and my son were playing together. It was so hard, his face was red for hours afterwards and my son fell down and was crying hysterically. The mother and I got into in front of everyone since she thought it was okay for her almost adult child to do that to my little kid.My husband filed a police report. The staff didn’t give the police anything on the people that did this. No name and wouldn’t let him watch the cameras (from what I was told). The staff didn’t do anything to the family and I think they said one thing to them and that was it.We come here a lot and have never had any problems. I wish this was handled better especially since the teenager did this to a little child but nothing seemed to happen.

So fun! We only did one hour and that was plenty for our family. We have 3 kids under the age of 5.

For frequenting a normal play date or bringing in your kid for a rainy day, great place. The birthday party set up was pretty bad. You basically are given ten passes and a table for a couple hundred bucks.No ice for drinks and the guy hosting the party didnt seem to know what forks were and was no help whatsoever in any aspect. We brought our own cake, paid fifty dollars to bring in more food besides the contract-obligated cheese pizza at 13/14 a pop.Bought coolers next door, ice and had to repeatedly ask for napkins and such. I dont know if we were given less attention for us selecting the basic package but I couldve tailgated in the parking lot and bought everyone a pass to jump for half the price. Please step up your birthday party communication and service.

Great place. And great staff.

My 2 younger children love this smaller style trampoline park. Not many teenagers or adults jumping on the week days. More elementary and toddlers ages using the park even in the evening hours. We havent been here on Fridays or Saturday but for some reason I feel that older jumpers come out & I dont want my 7 & 6 year old to get in the way of more advanced jumpers. They also have a great ratio of spotters/referees to jumpers & they are very friendly & engage play with the jumpers.

Fun to take the kids. Only complaint I had was that they made us buy new socks and didn’t allow us to reuse the ones we had purchased from our previous visit.

We visit this place on a weekly basis, and it is a wonderful place to bring the kids and let them run and jump! The staff is top notch! The only complaint that I have, and what is keeping them from a 5 star rating is cleanliness! It could be a little cleaner.... but with the sheer: volume, it is understood.

The trampoline park is great fun for kids and adults as long as you are not other abled. They have plenty of trampolines for both adults and kids. However, the prices are awfully high for what you get. In addition, the facility isnt completely accessible to persons with disabilities. Theres only one area where parents can sit in nice reclining seats. However in order to get to that area, you have to be able to climb stairs. I find that to be rather discriminatory. So not only can persons with disabilities not take part in the festivities, they have to sit away from everyone else on hard benches or by themselves in their wheelchairs. Very nice Get Air Trampoline Park.

Great place for kids to kill off some of that energy!

We have been 3 times and I am always so impressed with how friendly the staff is here....from the counter employees to the refs. They are always so pleasant and kind! Really hard to find in the younger folks these days. My kids love to go here and its a great way to expend some energy when its far too hot to do outdoor activities.

This was a lot of fun for the kids, even though it was rather expensive ($15 per child for a single hour, and they required the additional purchase of a pair of socks for every child, which costs $3 per pair). Even so they had a great time with all the different activities. I was disappointed that the adult chairs were unreachable by the parents with disabilities. One had to be able to climb stairs to reach their chairs. Otherwise, your party of adults had to stand around the person in the wheelchair. This is a poor design and not very thoughtful for persons with disabilities. Very disappointing!

We had a birthday party here in July 2018 and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. You can find cheaper places for birthday parties, but it was still a great experience. The kids absolutely loved it and the adults really did too. Definitely worth the price you pay for it. We even jumped a few minutes extra and the staff didnt give us a hard time for it.

Wish it wasnt so expensive, would love to be able to take the grandkids more often. Even my grown kids loved it!!!!

Went for toddler time and had a wonderful experience. The employees were welcoming and made us feel like family as soon as we walked in.

Very fun experience for both adults and children alike. Trampolines stretch across the entire floor other than where foam pits or other obstacle courses lie. There are massage chairs for adults. Put the kids to sleep on the way home, and me and my adults sisters also had a blast. Would go again in a heartbeat.

The trampoline part was good but the party side is horrible. I book to have my daughter’s birthday they. When I came I spoke to Steven I believe was the managers name and was told by him that he would have a dedicated host for my table which didn’t happen. On 3 occasions I had to go find her because she kept getting called back to run the register and on two other occasions my guest had to do the same thing. After spending $500+ dollars in this place I had to go tell them I needed my shirt for my daughter so I could leave did not leave a tip and since they were too busy I politely left a note on the tab stating “ next time do not overbook so your host can dedicate more times to the table”. I did leave the part out that while my party was going my “dedicated host” started another party. As I was leaving Steven caught me at the front and wanted to speak which we did express our complaint until told me I needed to understand “they were still learning “ and that this host situation ran like a restaurant host style. Well if that’s the case he shouldn’t say you have a dedicated host to anyone. Two any real good manager at a decent restaurant will come by the tables to ensure his guest are getting proper service. And 3. A decent restaurant will never book its host to where they constantly have to ask to get service. He told me that “I needed to understand and it was not fair since they were still learning and is not fair for me not to comeback because of a bad experience. That was after I was asked what would I do when I get bad service at a restaurant “well I just don’t return. For one one to justify and expect a paying customer with the explanation that they are just now learning and they run it like a restaurant vs what they initially told me does not seem like a problem on my end sounds like they have poor planning and expect a paying customer to understand that. I came here to eliminate the drive to sky zone but moving forward with the response from management in regards to my experience I will definitely not be returning and will return to sky zone where I know I will get the service I paid for.

My boys, 6 and 9, had a great afternoon there. It was not crowded, and they were able to really enjoy their time there. I thought the prices were fair for about two hours of play. Since going, they are constantly asking to go back. I highly recommend it.

I brought my grandson to Get Air yesterday which is always a great time for him. However, not so much yesterday. There was a rough game of volleyball going on with cursing and name calling. This has always been a fun time for him but cant bring him back if this continues.

Love the place and area. They have club night it’s Friday and Saturday from 9 pm till midnight. And the deal is buy one hour get one hour free. Kids and adults have fun. Y’all should give it a try. You do have to pay $3 for socks but they are reusable, so you can bring them every time you visit the place. Hope you enjoy.

We’ve been coming here since they opened. So much so that they knew us by name that first summer. We always went during toddler time and there were always older children jumping as well, with me having to be extra cautious of my petite toddler. Apparently they now won’t even let siblings jump together if they’re over 46” which means when we arrived a few minutes after 10 with 2 children who are the same age, one of which is under 46” and the other over 46”, we were turned away. This is a stupid rule and they’re losing business because of it. Don’t waste your time if you have kids of different heights, just drive to Buford and check out other places. Billy Beez you get way more for your money anyways. Do not recommend get air any longer.

Takes forever to get in, employees very slow with the sense of malaise in the air.Their attitude and sense of customer service is reason enough for never coming back here again.

I was skeptical at first because most kids don’t have respect for others. But my 3 yr old had blast. And all the kids there actually paid attention and watched for little kids. And that was awesome. Will definitely be going back.

Employees were nice and professional. Because we arrived at 1:40pm were given until 3 to play. We only paid for an hour and our kids were allowed to play for an extra 20 minutes at no extra cost. I home school and the manager informed me that they have homeschool days where admission is $5 less. Our kids had a blast. We will definitely be going back. On a Friday at 2 there was only one other family there. Needless to say we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves.

Its a decent place to let kids play may need a better staff mainly in the cashier area. We waited around 45 minutes to be attended, because there was only one cashier. There was more staff just walking around instead of helping in the front.

Its in an abandoned shopping center right out of a Scooby-Doo cartoon. It also smells strongly of feet. Maybe thats your thing, Im not going to judge. They do have trampolines though and its fairly new inside. So....cool, I guess.

FUN!!! This place is so much fun! There is so much to do and it just wore us all out! We were jumping into foam pits, climbing walls, playing trampoline basketball, even trying to surf! We will absolutely be going back as much as possible!

I never hadn’t a problem except this one time an employee told my friend and I we weren’t allowed to do do flips unless it was into the foam pit, there was barley anyone else there, that’s why I give it 4 stars, but other than this time, it’s great!!

My kids loved it! I think the check in line could be more organized. The computer line where you have to sign waviers ran into the line to pay, so it was very crowded. Also get more computers to sign waviers, we waited 20 minutes just to do that and another 10 to pay.

Took 2 teenage girls. It was fun inly cause the girls have fun together. Place was filled with little kids. Attendant said there was space for older kids in the back area. NOT. Call next time to find out age population that is there. Will not go back to that one. It was okay and the girls had fun but for two hours dodging little ones was a hassle that day.

Very expensive. You pay for jump time plus you have to pay for their specific socks. The employees were not very customer friendly or helpful.My daughter went for a school function and we didnt know she had to have their socks & had only enough money for jump time. The employees didnt mention any daily specials that they may have had or even about the coupons they had in brochures on the registration desk that wouldve helped us have enough money for my daughter to get to participate. Luckily another parent saw how distraught & embarrassed we were and offered to pay so she could stay.From what I was able to see of the jump area it was nice (only people who pay can go past a certain point and even nonjumping adults couldnt go back), but not worth the price. They do have special and coupons but dont make you aware of them.

Well, it is very clean and new, however we missed it because the only sign acknowledging it is a little tarp against the building. Inside, our two boys played and one hurt his foot because there wasnt any foam in the pit. They also got on the kid area(6&7 year olds) and they were told they were too big. Then, our daughter waited to go on an obstacle course and was told to get off. The staff isnt caring (other than one) and the kids said it sucked and needed more foam.

Kids had fun. Only negative is no tables or comfortable waiting areas for those who arent jumping. Would suggest putting some tables and chairs in the front area. Some parks we have been to have a lounge area for non jumpers.
