Defy is easily one of our familys favorite places to go in Gainesville. It is clean and well maintained. The manager and staff are friendly and helpful. There are tons of areas for the kids to explore. Even though we go almost every day, the kids never get bored. We love everything about Defy!

Wow! Tons is fun! I thought my four year old might not be able to enjoy it, but this is great for all ages. We can for a birthday party and it was fantastic. I will be back.

Lots of fun. I would recommend going towards the evening if you are an adult as there tends to be lots of younger kids during the day. There are a few areas that you need to be mindful of that seem to be missing some padding, but otherwise the areas are pretty well padded and supervised. I was happy to see some of the staff interacting and playing with some of the kids. I am looking forward to my next visit!

My kids loved it! We went on a Friday morning and there were only about 10 other people jumping. Staff were helpful, funny and attentive to the kids jumping. I saw a staff member mopping/cleaning. Everything appeared clean and in good use. I paid for the chair massage, but didn’t love it. You couldn’t adjust the chair settings. My kids jumped and bounced nonstop for 90 minutes though! Great way to keep kids active. We will be back!

Is was a first time for us going here. It was $26 for 2 hours for our 10 year old and we got 2 pair of jump socks for $6. The place is clean and employees seem meh. Our child had a good time. The prices arent that bad.A few things while you are there they are cleaning the trampoline areas. So, people are running and jumping then having to stop and go around employees in the middle of the jump area cleaning one of the trampoline squares.At a few points instead of watching users, they had two of the employees on their hands and knees with buckets scrubbing the trampoline squares. We watched teens doing stuff against the rules, we thought that the employees walking by there would say something but they walked by letting the teens keeping doing what they were doing even though it was obviously not allowed.If you want us to sign these waivers, you might want to have your employees to be watching the users and leave cleaning when the equipment is not in use.You might encourage your employees to do their job and speak up to the teenagers who are causing a ruckus and being dangerous around others. Nothing like your employees, two of them seeing them doing this and they just keep walking to the back area. A parent went up to complain and they were told to stop by an employee who was obviously reluctant to do so.I am impressed by the equipment and how clean your place is.I am unimpressed by your employees who are NOT watching the users and reluctant to do their jobs when they see teens and adults not following the rules. They have no problem letting little kids know that this or that isnt allowed and they did so in a good way. Are they afraid to do the same to older teens who know better and who are knocking into smaller children?8-11-18It is a bit busier than last time I was here. I just want to point out how employees are cleaning while people are doing what they want in front of the employee. I guess becase it is the Mom & Dad breaking the rules with their kids, they will NOT speak out or do their jobs. They stayed there for awhile.Then employees walked by when there was a girl who was in the main trampoline area with a water bottle. The employee saw her & did nothing.Then we have people, eating & drinking. Btw, thanks for sitting your butt on the arm rest of the couch we were sitting at. They sat there eating & drinking the entire hour. Not once did an employee say anything. They walked by countless times.If you are going to have rules posted then enforce them.Your employees are more into cleaning the rails than much else. We were here for 2+ hours. I am sure those rails are more important than watching over the small kid area. Only 1 employee in that area & the only thing we saw her do was cleaning even when it was full of people.This isnt a bad place but each time here. Lazy employees, not watching over the areas. Spotty enforcement of rules. You have a few good employees who are doing their jobs. Most of the others are not even watching over anything. Oh and AGAIN 1 employee was on their cell phone, this could be why they arent paying attention.

I love going there with my kids. It is great fun! They spend a lot of energy, and its a great way to get a workout for myself!The only thing I would change is the volume of the music it is often more louder than necessary. But I went early this morning, before people showed up, and the music level was way better.Great place!

Great exercise. Membership is a better deal in the long run, even if you only go once a month, IMO with the basic membership. My kids always have a great time here and so do I.

My first time here and I loved it! My friend, sister and I brought our combined 11 kids. Ages ranging from 2 to 16. They had a blast and enjoyed every second. There was something for each and every child to do and enjoy. It was a peaceful 90 minutes for me because they were so busy playing. Will definitely do this again!

No complaints here! We spent about an hour here and that was plenty for us, we also had our two year old there as well. There was plenty to do though and the staff was very nice. Used Groupon and only paid $30 for 4 of us. 2 and under are free. We had a great time! Facility was clean and we were lucky that it was not busy or crowded at all! Would definitely come back.

The staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is great! Clean equipment, reasonable prices, and fun for the whole family! Just wish they had something other than vending machines for food and drink.

I think DEFY is great. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only reason why I’m giving three stars is because they don’t not have disable accesible doors for those who have a wheelchair or parents who have strollers.

My nephew gave you 4 starts and he said he likes the new name of the spot. We had a lot of fun! Great service ️

It was my first time there and I’m definitely going to be back! They have a fantastic ninja course and trampolines for all ages! It’s a great place for a birthday party as well! I highly recommend getting the monthly pass. It is so worth it. My 3 year old always has a great time jumping and playing with the other kids.

All four kids (ages 20, 14, 9 and 7) had a BLAST! I had a lot of fun just watching. So much to do! A ton of fun! Highly recommend! We used Groupon and got a great deal.

Always have fun going to this place. If you become a monthly member, you get your money’s worth in just that one visit. My boys and I love coming here.

This was my first time going back since the name changed and I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were very engaging with my friends and I and even created competitions to revolutionize the possibilities of the facility. Also, the new socks are dope and pretty affordable. I will definitely be coming back and telling others to do the same.

Well it was our first time there and it was our sons birthday .. the only thing is they wouldnt allow us to do his birthday there with cake and all. Also we figured two hours for all four kids but soon realized that they really only needed an hour to have a good experience so it was a bit of a pain to get refunded for the hour and you have to keep in mind we had never been here before and we drove from lake city so its only food for thought not complaining . The kids did enjoy thereselves for sure . And also you have to buy special socks to play on the equipment . Just giving details because when we called over the phone they were very short and not willing to give out all this information ... like I said it was a great time for the kids...

Had a great time here today with my daughter. Loads of great trampolines and obstacles. Got my daily workout in without ever needing to go to the gym.

Defy is a great indoor activity for my kids (ages 6, 10, & 12). They love the open freedom of running around with each other and I love the comfortable seating/viewing area. They have a cool little Ninja warrior type section that was also a big hit! Check out Groupon for an even better deal. Came on a Saturday and it wasn’t crazy busy or crowded. There were few “employees “ around keeping kids safe... I would’ve liked to see more but overall a great time was had!

Kids like it and it was clean. I wish there was an adult sitting area... Lol ... so I didnt have to listen to the music. Open floor plan so it was easy to see all around.

This is by far the best jump park in Gainesville/Alachua. Very friendly staff and a lot more affordable than the others. From what I can tell its bigger too. There are lots of different areas for young and bigger kids. Basketball hoops, dodgeball, rock climbing, rope bridge, air board, American Ninja style obstacle course, party rooms to host birthdays.

Defy is a very fun trampoline park. Their prices are beyond fair and I always enjoy myself with my young daughter. It doesnt affect my 5-star rating, but I would suggest that they get a more diverse set of coin-op games instead of all those stop the light, win a prize games.Ever since they bought the facility from Get Air, the prices and policies have improved. Not that I want to encourage more people to go for my own sake, but it would be unfair to not honestly report that theyre awesome.

I always take my daughter and my goddaughter and they love it!!! Its never crowded when we go which I love so werent jumping over people. We always have a great time!

Very clean and well kept facility. They have people stages all over the building to watch kids and make sure nothing happens . Courteous employees. They also have Band-Aids in their bags for any mat rash that may happen. I highly recommend this place for birthdays or just a very fun family outing. Obstacle course in the back as well that will make an out of shape dad want to hit the gym again lol.

Love going here. It’s so close to my kids school it just made sense to get the membership for both of them. It’s a clean facility and the crew seems attentive.

DEFY is a great place to go and have fun even if your grown the kids did not want to leave.It is way better then the kids watching tv all day when they could be having fun and jumping DEFY is a great place to go.

Defy is a fun environment for all ages, including parents! If parents dont want to jump, they can relax in comfy leather couches or sit in the massage chairs and their children jump and have fun! A win win for everyone!

This is a clean facility with cold AC. If you join the flight club, the cost is reasonable. Depending on when you go, the place can be packed - but we have also had it all to ourselves.

Love it here! Joined less than two weeks ago, and we’ve been here three times already. My toddler and I had big times this morning. Lots to do, open every day (hooray for open on Sunday!), friendly customer service and super affordable (especially compared with Flip Fac.). So glad we discovered this place.

Today was the first time Ive been. We loved it and are already talking about the next time. My old self even got out there to jump and had an amazing time. Thank you. We will be back .

I try to get up here every month. The staff is always friendly and they actually watch out for the safety and the well-being of the kids while they are playing.

Very fun indoor trampoline park. Lots of room and a dedicated area for small children. Plenty of staff that enforce rules appropriately.

Today was the first time I took one of my kids for toddler time. Even though there was a preschool there at the time there was still plenty of space and equipment to utilize. We thoroughly enjoyed Get Air and the fact there was a designated time for toddlers as I didnt want the bigs around in case of accidents. I really worry more with the bigs around my 4 yo whos autistic and doesnt like the chaos but would really love this place!! I thought the price was spectacular of $10 for 2 hours of toddler time - more than enough for my little guy to exert his energy; even more I was free admission with him! I never realized your location or I wouldve been coming here sooner.

First time had a blast. With the birthday party upstairs the rooms where about 10 degrees warmer than down stairs. The staff where very helpful.

Love it. It isca great atmosphere for children and adults. My son TySon turned 10 today and he just had to go to Get It. They had a blast.

This is a great place to get the kids some exercise. And I get some too following my little one around. If my kids were old enough not to need my eyes on them I would take advantage of the free WiFi which I’ve been told is fast. Glad we got summer passes this year. It is a bit expensive otherwise. One hour at a time is usually enough though.

Very cool place for children. We didnt see many teenagers, though. Several children wanted to jump some more, but the time for the birthday celebration had expired. Anyway well try it again, soon.

The place was cleaner than I ever saw it when it was Get Air. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful, and the staff were cleaning or mopping the entire time we were there (nearly 3 hours). It would appear the name/ownership change is definitely for the better.

Just discovered this place early January. Such a great place to take your little one! I have been taking my son there once a week for the last few weeks. He absolutely LOVES it. He gets so excited when he sees the corner to turn into the parking lot. It’s a clean and exciting place for your little ones to burn off all that energy. Pricing is very reasonable, especially when your toddler takes a 2+ hour nap afterwards! Mom Bonus!! With the new management they have changed the toddler only hours, and now extended it Monday through Friday, 9-10am. The AGM even gave my very shy son a small stuffed caterpillar which he hasn’t stopped hugging. It’s great fun the whole family can enjoy! Highly recommend going there.

Great place but they play distasteful music. Dare kids that jump there and the music that they play or allow should not be playing with kids. That type of music should be at night when there are no kids. Thats made for a club not childrens ears. I signed up for summer package and when I go back and it happens again I will delete my package and get my money back cuz I do not want my kid or anybody elses kid hearing that trash.

Good place to bounce but the prices are doodoo. They said we had to by socks but then at the end we found out that we could go barefoot, so we each wasted $3, which was a bunch of baloney.

The kids all had a great time. The mini ninja course is good. The prices are really decent. I would recommend getting there early. The fill up fast and you will have to wait a bit.

Took my 17 year old and my 22 year old for some family fun. We had a great time! Everything was clean and well taken care of. Lots of jumping fun for all ages! The foam pits were the best!

I believe it was better when it was get air . I found a roach running around in the bathroom . It barely nothing to do there but jump . No games or nothin like that . They need to take that down Bc it’s just like get air so they need to bring it back get air . Thank you

Nice trampoline park in Gainesville. Good place for teens to hang out and jump. Not enough area for smaller kids to jump compared to other trampoline park in Gainesville. But larger area if you are older and want to jump around. Staff is very friendly. Would recommend this business.

A fantastic place!..for a very energetic 3yr old to burn off energy. Etc.. Perfect for all ages.

Love it here! I’ve gone twice and loved every minute I jumping, balancing, and ninja warrior-ing with my kids. You book an hour or two and leave fully happy, having jumped on the most fun trampolines ever and laughing the last hour or two with your kids. If jumping is not for you, there are massage chairs for the adults. Don’t worry. The kids are supervised.

Monthly membership is a better value than anything else in town. New staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great fun and exercise for kids and adults. Sign the waiver for everyone online before arriving to save time, even if youre not planning to jump. Socks must be purchased unless you have some from another jump place.

Fun experience for the first time going to a trampoline park and little people were there

Very fun. Behind the trampolines theres a mini obstacle course similar to American Ninja Warrior. If you keep your socks from the first time you never have to buy them again if you go back as long as you bring them.

Awesome time! Went with some friends after class to blow off some steam. Very clean facility and safe, they have refs located throughout. Make sure to check the website before planning, sometimes they have specials! Wasnt a lot of people there so we had most of the place to ourselves at around 2pm on a Wednesday.

My kids love it here. I try to avoid it because the staff always seems unhappy and they arent very helpful. If you can put that aside, youll have a great time. For me, its a struggle to give my money here with a few bad experiences Ive had. Lack of a better option for indoor active fun keeps us coming back and it does seem better than flip factory for older kids and even my husband has a great time jumping.

It was so much fun! The price was a lot more reasonable then other places Ive tried. Its always a lot more fun if you go on days when it isnt crowded. Theres an American Ninja Warrior course in the back (at least one thats similar) which was super fun

Fun for both toddlers, teens and adults.... there is a section designated for smaller kids and on Tuesday mornings they have the whole building to explore safely on their own. Obstacle courses, basketball hoops and foam pits are a challenging workout and entertaining for the whole family and a great way to keep your friends happy inside on a a hot or rainy day. Bring cold drinks and a book if your not up to jumping you can always relax in one of the many massage chairs!

The kids love it here, i love to jump too! Im a parent that jumps too! Its a great way to pass an hour but it is a lil expensive. For me and my 2 kids to jump for 2hours it was over $70 so now I keep it at 1hour. But if u wanna have a bday party they do have a pretty good deal for that. It includes 1hr of jump time, pizza and 15 jumpers and I believe its a lil under $300. So there are pros and cons, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 or 4. Its about average as far as a kids place.

They didnt bother to tell me they were closing at 7pm.We checked in at 630pm. Every other day they are open till 8pm or 11pm...$70 for my daughter and her friends.
