The reason for 4 stars may be more of a personal issue, but when I had my 2 year old here, she took her socks off after a little bit and the team leader told me to put them back on. I stated that trying to keep socks on a toddler is very difficult and he said she still had to have them on and to keep putting them on. I did a couple times but eventually stopped because she wouldnt keep them on.Another issue I had was with a couple of our other kids. They had socks from another trampoline park from when we lived in Iowa and the team leader told us we had to have Sky Zone socks because its an advertising issue. Sorry, but when Im at a trampoline park Im not checking out peoples socks and wondering where they got them. As long as they have the grip on the bottom that should be fine. The trampoline part is good though. They have dodgeball, 3 basketball hoops with trampolines leading up to them, a big open jump area,a foam pit and a ninja warrior course. The setup of the park is good I just dont care for the experience I had with the staff.
Disappointed that it took so long to cancel my membership. It is also very crazy that they would continue to charge membership fees during a pandemic when they know they are closed. It is a fun place, but it is hard to cancel the membership, hopefully my Recent attempt will do the trick but I have paid for months that I couldn’t have used even if I wanted to. Pizza is legit tho
Only a few areas open. 2 or 3 other areas havent been open at all since the few times Ive been there in the past year and a half. Clean facility, front staff typically helpful when they seem to care about their job.
They charged us normal price for 1 1/2 hour. Half of the place was blocked off and could not be used for multiple reasons, out of order, state cdc guidelines etc. There were literally 2-3 areas the kids could play in. I was charged normal price but they failed to tell me or put it on the website that we could not use most of the areas. Not sure how they can charge regular price when half or more of the facility was unusable. Horrible experience for the price. $22 per child.
We bought a membership for our granddaughter for Christmas December 2019. We met our 3 month membership and called to cancel the membership on February 24. We were told it was canceled and taken care of. We had a family member die, and other family issues and did not notice until this week we were charged for March, a bogus charge for $5.12 in July and for a membership fee for August!!! The corporate office said the fee was for unpaid taxes! This is a lie. We reported them to BBB. They used our credit card without authorization and their corporate office rep lies! I wonder how many families they are taking advantage of during covid19! *Reply to your reply we have called numerous times and you refuse to rectify situation.
Toddler time was fantastic. Easy to sign in and jump around. Will definitely go again.
Nick was a fabulous worker and was very helpful and fun he is the only reason I would come back
It was good considering we went during covid. Gave the kids something to do for 2 hours.
Good to have a party at and they accommodated my daughters birthday party with no issue!
They were keeping things clean the whole time! Was not so full you cant enjoy your self. Was just the perfect time to jump.
It was pretty cool we all have enjoyed it . We just had to get out lol!
Went to the park tonight with my family, overall had a good time but the staff was completely rude and unprofessional. Whenever we first arrived I was shocked to find out the girl working the register had such a bad attitude and didn’t want to honor a coupon I had, I asked her to get the manager and he called the general manager who told him to honor it. I found it very strange for a manager to be dressed in sweatpants and a hoodie. Also upon arrival my brother tried to order a pizza for his two children and the same lady we encountered the first time was carrying a pizza out then tells my brother rudely that they aren’t making anymore pizzas for the evening. While there and enjoying time with my family the employees were all over the trampolines their selves, hanging out with friends, and one employee was practically making out with his girlfriend right in front of the other people there. We finish jumping and we are all thirsty so my step dad goes up and tries to purchase waters because we only had a credit card and couldn’t use the vending machines, the same lady that was rude at the register and rude about the pizza ignored him while she filled up three huge pitchers for another party but then whenever he asked for waters she rudely said they were closed and he couldn’t purchase any waters. The only reason I am leaving two stars is because I enjoyed the time my family. The staff is all very rude and unprofessional. Sky Zone, you need to do better considering this is a place that people are bringing their children to.
Back in (pre-Covid) Jan - Feb I signed my family up for membership, which required 3 month commitment; however the WHOLE COUNTRY WAS SHUT DOWN FOR 3-4 months after the fact and I was still charged ! What makes it worse the actual location can’t rectify the issue and was giving 4 different emails to contact just to receive an from East Membership stating my membership ends Aug .. What ? That mean I was charged for June July and August ? When I signed up in Feb ?? They just charging people. This unethical and they don’t know what is my family dynamic during this pandemic season . It’s not about the money, it’s the fact they are still charging people for services pre Covid without contacting people when they open up at the leisure . How do the know if my family have any health concerns that Permits us from using the services !! Covid didn’t do anywhere, and It shouldn’t be any penalty in addition to not charging people’s 5 months later ! I need to be contacted ASAP, [email protected] . This has been a month no response but that generic email .
Decent place to take the kids to burn off some energy. Overall fairly clean. Generally Im not a fan of this place as it smells like feet to me, but the kids have a great time and thats what matters.
So I showed up with thirteen kids for my nieces birthday that was put on me two hours before the party because my sister-in-law was very sick and when I got to Sky Zone nothing had been set-up for the party and it was complete chaos and Jasmine J. stepped in and took over the whole sign in process. I cant tell you how much I appreciated her help and her calmness during all the chaos I brought with me. Jasmine J and her staff handled everthing with such professionalism. If youre planning a birthday party or even a group gathering this is the place to go. I only hope you go on a day that Jasmine J is running the show because she is the best!
Came for a birthday party when asked by an employee named Angel at the basketball hoops which child was mine than after I told her she than asked if my child was autistic. It took everything in me to keep my cool and just let a manager know. Rude!
Decent place to take the kids to burn off some energy. Overall fairly clean, although the mens bathroom was out of soap, but there was hand sanitizer by the water fountains. Generally Im not a fan of this place as it smells like feet to me, but the kids have a great time and thats what matters.
Toddler time is great, friendly staff especially Henry is great with the kids!
Have a basic membership, which gives my daughter an hour and a half to jump her little heart out. Only down side is they do not have enough seating unless you are with a party for parents to sit and watch their child. But all in all a great place for kids to go wild and tire themselves out.
Kids really liked it here for a birthday party they went to, party room was a tad small but all the kids fit comfortably. Not quite an appropriate play area for little toddlers so you kinda just get to walk around n look at stuff...bathrooms were quite messy tho, they were not kept up with.
Sky Zone Fredericksburgs annual pass can not be beat! Weve gone 19 times in the last 3 months, and have become healthier, stronger, more agile and skilled as a result. Ive seen people from all walks of life, ages, abilities and sizes have a blast in this fun environment! The pass includes a TON, but here are the highlights. One flat rate pays for one one-hour-long session each day (you can pay extra for more time). The entire trampoline park provides opportunities for jumping, bouncing, flying, etc. in their freestyle, sponge pit, basketball and dodgeball, climbing (rock, sticks and cubes), obstacle course areas. You may choose to relax, drink and eat in their observation deck, party room, lounge and snack bar areas.
This was a great time until I came out of the place at almost 1200, on a saturday to find the sprinklers spraying down my vehicle, which had just been detailed.... are you serious...? A) using sprinklers in the middle of the day is inneffecient and wasteful and B) your customers vehicles are there and they might be trying to get into them. Thanks!
I was pleased with our experience, it was actually really fun! My only complaint is that since this was our first visit, I didnt know we had to go to the waver section FIRST. So I got the pleasure of standing in a long line TWICE, which altogether took over twenty minutes. Oh and just so you know, if your trying to decide if you should purchase 1 hour or two, for your first trip, One hour is all you will need!
Nice and clean considering how busy it is. Only complaint is the warped wall location. Kids trying to use and and others walking right through the middle. Fortunately no collisions while we were there.
This COULD be a complete disaster, but it is NOT. Not at all. The staff is on point, the facility is amazing and clean, the experience is new and exciting, and the whole family can have a blast. Why we didnt think of this decades ago is still beyond me. The special events are a great experience as well.
It was ... okay. Urban air is better in my opinion. Theres only one small trampoline area for little ones. They charged me the same price for my 4 year old which couldnt do rock climbing, obstacles, nothing but one trampoline baby area. And charged me the same price as if he could do everything! Beyond disappointed
Good place ez.
Our daughter is a wheelchair user and this establishment was extremely accommodating of her needs, especially Heather. Our daughter had a remarkable time and loved jumping around and watching others do crazy flips. We are eager for our next trip!
Fun time for the family, sometimes I just wonder that when some kids or older ones fight they dont get taken out they move them.. kinda dangerous if you have smaller children
The kids really enjoy there time here. Very family friendly
It was my first time visiting attending a birthday party. It was nice. Good place for your kid to get some energy out.
It was a absolute blast a place I would recommend with no doubt.
Great place for your kids but clearly designed to milk every dollar out of you. They wont let you bring any food from outside unless you pay $50. The pizza they offered at $15 a piece was subpar at best. Pizza caused quite a few upset stomachs.
I like SkyZone but the trampolines are a bit small. Also, right now they have the upstairs closed so for parents who want to chill while their kids jump, no couches. Have to sit on those uncomfortable, metal benches.
Expensive, but room to play, varied courses and pleasant staff.
This is a good place and a good workout no question about it if u dont like it then u probably are on drugs
A cool place where kids can have fun and burn energy...highly recommended
Its a good place to get kids energy out, this one needs to get the vending machines up and running, staff was over all good but tired. Which is understanding doing operations and duties on top of being in charge of the public.
My kids like going here and I guess thats good. To me its run by kids who cant help you much when there is an issue. Apparently they dont have a work ventilation system because it always smells of sweat and still feet. Yet my kids like going there.
Probably the best trampoline park I’ve been to. My 11, 9, and 5 year old loves this place. All the staff from the fella who checked us in to the gals helping on the ropes and climbing features were all very kind and nice to my my kids. We loved it will return.Good work.
Its awesome for kids but it was soooooo hot in there I could hardly bare it. With that many kids running around they should have accounted for it. There was like no ventilation. On a brighter note, the staff is very friendly and are amazing at their jobs.
Its usually a great place, when the air conditioners are working and theres no party going on. Most of the ares were closed and staff was not helpful. They had all the children piled on one side and the fans were not on. Asked yo have them turned on and no one did.
Went around 5:55 pm sunday an they close about 7pm... very minimal people there, no lines no waits... there were maybe only 8 tramps on the freestyle part that had people on them the rest were free to jump ... so the kids were able to run free an didnt have any of the waiting .. which was great, so i highly recommend waiting the day out an go in the evening an your waaay better off
This place is sad. I came in to bounce around solo and not only was it way too crowded but there was barely anything to do because half of the attractions were closed. The trampoline area was decent sized but every trampoline was sectioned off into tiny squares, so not much room to do anything fun besides just jump which gets boring after a while and that part was so crowded with people mostly kids that I couldnt jump without accidentally kicking one in the face.Just about every attraction that was open was packed full of people and I never got a chance to use any of it. I paid for an hour and walked around for half of my allotted time trying to find something to do.The website advertises Sky Zone for people of all ages. I being 23 had a hard time believing that with the lack of jumping space and super small trampolines.I went to a place in Tennessee called Planet 3 which had huge trampolines feet long and wide. They had a climbing wall, basketball hoops, foam pit, and ninja warrior course but there was no floor besides the check in area it was all just trampolines. If I could get my money back I would. Not worth my time.
This place is awsome, the kids had a blast
Too expensive 42$ for one hour
We have annual passes and go often. Its always been a nice time when we go. However, last time my husband went alone with the two kids and he wasnt able to change our baby. The mens bathroom doesnt have a changing table. Times are changing where dads are being involved and hands on. He had to change our daughter on the tables in the main area because of this problem. Yesterday, we went and I (mom) wanted to have fun with my son. While jumping I accidentally landed on an orange star, its a star, it almost screams land on me but whatever you do avoid them. There is heavy duty metal below them and I hurt my foot really bad. It sliced skin off my foot. Bleeding and very sore/swollen foot. Looks like Chad complained about this 6 months ago on Yelp, and the problem is still there. We should be given a heads up to not land there and this needs to be taken care of. I can barely walk and have two rascals to take care of. I talked to management and they said theyll have maintenance look at it and take care of it. I was surprised I didnt get an apology, get offered help, or anything of the sort. For being an annual pass holder I thought Id get at least some attention. Im hesitant to go back if those metal beams are still not covered correctly.
Staff was pretty good about setting up a cordon when some kid got bashed in the face and nose bled all over. Roped it off, sanitized it and cleaned up well. Other than that it’s lots of fun and everything was in good working order. Dodgeball was sweet.
My wife and I use to take our son to this Skyzone for Sensory days that was advertised at our Sons doctors office. After 4 or 5 visits on Sensory days we where told by an employee that they are no longer doing sensory days because its not fair to there normal Customers ? I left being very upset, not being able to get a clear explanation to what the employee meant and was told there was no Manager available. I emailed Skyzones customer service twice about the situation and never heard back. I was recently told that they are holding Sensory night again ? Way to go Skyzone, for trying to profit off of people with special needs ! I guess not enough normal customers lately ?
Staff is young but very professional and helpful! Facility is amazing! Best Ive been too so far
Great Staff, very accommodating! Where a kid can be a kid!
So cool that this place offers annual passes. My son and I enjoy going to jump a few times a month and it rocks that we can go for an hour a day anytime we want. My only complaint is we can’t seen to get our name of the list to climb their special features. Otherwise, great trampoline park.
We all enjoyed having our daughters birthday party here. So much fun. Our hostess was great!
I like this place but man is it expensive. The lockers add insult to injury.
Always a fun place for kids, staff is friendly, and decent. Rooms are pretty spacious for parties.
Booked a party here and the host was great except for not informing us that we had to sign up for the climbing attractions. So buy the time we figured out that you had to sign up all the slots for our hour were gone. Which leads into my main complaint they have four climbing attractions which they only ran one. This was on a weekend when you would think they would run all attractions. For the extremely high price of the party you definitely dont get what you pay for.
Booked a birthday party in April got there and there was no a.c. working ... The package includes drinks and food but you dont get any drinks until after your hour of jumping and running thats was very uncool .... The kids had fun I had to buy a bunch of drinks to make it through the hour and all the adults your uncomfortable in the heat only reason I did the party there was for the free year pass of jumping but my kid was ill and had surgery so we never even got to use it...... So needless to say that was a one and done place for us
We had a great time here! Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
Great place to go get your kids tired. To climb kids must be 6, but theres plenty of bouncing places for kids not of 6 to bounce and have fun.
The place in general is great and the staff are pretty chill
A huge skyzone with tons of cool stuff for the kids. Only issue is that the lobby is way too small. Either that or they need to figure out how to organize it to flow better.
Excellent place for children to have a great time and get exercise while doing so. Just way too expensive in my personal opinion
Nice to have the only game in town.... And make everyone pay out the yazoo for it.
A fun place for kids & nice staff
So much fun!!! Wonderful for the kids
First time ever coming here and my 4yr old had a blast. Everything was really clean for a place with a lot of kids running around. Went on a Sunday and wasnt as crowded as I expected. Deffiantly coming back and thinking of doing her birthday party here.
Who doesnt love a trampoline? Put a bunch next to each other and add them to the walls... Match made in heaven. Im 32 so i suggest stretching out prior.
Staff was very helpful when an issue arose
Nice staff and a great place for kids
Lots of fun, but many attractions were not operational. Trampolines could use some new springs as a few were noticeably less taut than others
All the kids had a blast!
I like the skyzone, because it gives physical bounce and utilize your bodys own stored energy. Good way for kids to do some physical activity but they cut out the time from you paid one hour . We reached there at 3.10 and she gave the ticket for 3.00 to 4.00. Thats not ok!!
This is a great place for children.
The management is horrible. The lady Flee shouldnt be working with kids when she killed a kid in a car accident, Flee also seems like she is on some sort of drugs. I think the staff should be drug tested. Most of the managers have no customer service skills. The employees seem bored out of their mind half of the time. The food taste horrible and is undercooked.
Fun time smell like a stinky gym tho lol
Clean trampoline park with lots for the kids to do. The yearly membership is the best value if you plan to go often.
Lots of fun!! The free jump area is great for kids and adults of all ages but its the only thing little ones can do. Kids over 6 can pretty much do everything. Would definitely not recommend bringing a stroller as there isnt much room or easy access to the raised areas. Would also suggest having at least 2 adults if youre going with kids of different ages (our kids are 1 month, 3.5 yrs and 8.5yrs) unless youre comfortable letting your older kid(s) go off alone.
Cool place.. Yearly membership is great deal. Fun place for my son. Doesnt up sell you to death wirh games....exercise for young ones!!
Entry lines can be long and should be expected especially on weekends - equipment is mostly in great shape - fun for kids and adults
Great and friendly staff, and very clean and well kept environment
Very disappointed in this place,Lots of people, nowhere to sit, they did not put effort into making it a great for parents as well.Don’t have many food options and the chicken tenders and fries are not cooked completely.Employees are all under 18 and no one know what they are doing. This place will not win over chucky cheese ever!!!!
Very safe respectful staff would not change a thing keep up the good work
Kids under 6 should not cost the same as everyone else since they arent even allowed to do half of the stuff there.... If your going to spend the money I would recommend jumpology instead...
It was a lot of fun the kids got to get out and burn some energy off this was the second time in 2 weeks that I went
It was extremely hot in side and very crowded for a sunday. We had a birthday party for adam and its a good thing our party host and the girl who checked us in were so awesome or i wouldve given 1 star. The girl who checked us in even helped our daughter find us when we got separated. These employees are so kind and genuine. But the ac needs to be fixed
My mother in law got our kids an annual pass for Christmas. Weve gone many times and my children love it.
Awsome place to take the kids!!!
We had a great time and their prices are much than the local affiliate.
We are pass holders and we visited on 5/9 late afternoon. Half of the activities were shut down multiple trampolines damaged. There was a large party of people that had their chick fil a all spread out on the carpet in the walkway to the large trampoline area. All of this party did not have on stickers and seemed to know the works. They also had a dog in sitting with them as well. We visit this place 20times a year and so dissapointed at how it is going downhill. I dont think we will renew.
