First time visiting with family, 2 adults and 2 kids, 5 girl and 7 boy. It was great experience, especially we loved a zipline. I wish they could have a bit longer and higher for experts, but that was enough for my kid. 5 yr girl had a little difficulty but pretty enjoyed. Moreover, the staffs were real nice. They know exactly what they are doing it and really helpful.But a few things, it is a bit pricy, 2 hours playing and I had to take a little break for 2 kids after each course. Second, maybe I did not pay attention but there is no exit at middle of track. My 5 yr girl had lost her way at middle of Green level, and scared to move forward. So she gave up and decided to climb down to ground but no where. Of course the staffs came to her and walked backward with staff where she started. I wish it would be nice to have a emergency exit or short cut to ground so that she could more easily and safely get down to platform or ground.There was a little playground for kid, restroom was nice and clean, people were wearing a mask with good social distance.Of course I will re-visit next year with friend. Thanks.

My family had an amazing time at Tree Trekkers! They have 14 courses spanning 5 levels of difficulty, so there was something for everyone in our group. The staff is fantastic and really helpful getting you geared up and feeling comfortable with the equipment before you hit the ropes. Courses are unique and keep it interesting. Awesome family activity to get some physical exercise and enjoy the great outdoors!

An amazing time!! My wife arranged a birthday party for my daughter and everyone (6 kids and 4 adults) had an absolute blast! The staff is super friendly, professional, patient, nice - the grounds had activities for the kids, picnic style seating and outdoor games like cornhole. The courses were challenging according to the color code however you are never rushed (esp with small kids). Safety is paramount and there is staff always willing and eager to assist.Overall, it was a great outdoor activity for adults and kids to exercise, build confidence on the course. Thanks again for a great time, a birthday my daughter will remember forever!

We really enjoyed our experience with this outdoor ropes course. The staff was very friendly, professional and attentive. The company provided gloves as part of the ticket price. Im not the most adventurous parent, but I managed to get through a moderate course. The twilight deal was more than enough climbing time for a newbie. I highly recommend it if youre looking for something new and fun (even during a pandemic)!

This place is way more elaborate than other ropes courses Ive seen. The people are super friendly and helpful. We did this for my daughters 11th birthday. Its a guaranteed hit.

What better place to escape the drudgery of everyday life than in the trees? Tree Trekkers has multiple courses in the canopy that will test your ability and empower your confidence in yourself. This would be fantastic for team building, birthday parties, or even just spending time with nature. The safety aspects have been well thought out and the property is impeccably maintained. I cant wait to go back and take a flying leap from 40 feet! Wooohoo!

My family and I had an amazing time! The staff was so helpful, kind, and very friendly. It’s a great place to spend a couple hours and make memories with your loved ones. It was a really fun three hours for our family and a great birthday treat for our 9-year old. Everyone was really conscientious about keeping their distance and wearing face coverings (though I will say that the t-shirt fabric gaiters that some of employees were wearing seem insufficient as I could almost see through it). We reserved a morning session during the middle of the week, so it wasnt super busy and each course we did we had to ourselves. The employees were very helpful and the beginning tutorial on how to use the equipment was thorough. The major zipline around the courses was really fun. We did not get to do all levels, so we will be returning to try those out. Definitely worth the money!

This place is amazing...a fun and challenging outdoor adventure for all ages, a wonderfully professional and friendly staff, and a beautiful setting. Worth every penny! We took grandchildren ages 7-17 and they all had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience at Tree Trekkers. It rained on and off but that didnt ruin our experience. The staff was super friendly and their energy was contagious. You could tell they loved their jobs. The courses were challenging and fun. Absolutely recommend.

My kids had a blast! There aren’t many places where kids as young as mine (my little ones are 5yrs old) can really zip line. My little thrill seekers loved it. On top of that, the staff was amazing at helping me navigate the course with my 8yr old who has autism and struggled with a few elements (but enjoyed it so much). Thank you for helping her have this experience.

Great variety of courses for all different skill levels and plenty of time in a session to go on all of them. The courses and harnesses are clearly maintained very well. Also the boys on the main platform were mad cute

Tree Trekkers staff was exceptional. Im talking - the best staff Ive interacted with in years. They were extremely professional, helpful, always kind, and responded immediately when we needed help.We were celebrating my daughters 12th birthday. After much research about which aerial part in the DC area to choose, we drove our 3 girls (ages 6-12) about an hour from our house to Tree Trekkers. We chose this place because the reviews were so good, and it seemed to be one of the only places that we could all be together for the day but still try different levels of difficulty if we wanted to. Im so glad we chose this place. It was the PERFECT way to spend a day together, celebrating our daughters birthday.Some of us were a little scared (yes, including me) and were hesitant to do the trust fall and zip lines at first (but you kind of have to once youre up there) and the staff was SO unbelievably supportive and helpful from the ground, each time we needed encouragement.My youngest didnt quite make it all the way across on one of the zip lines on the zip line trail. I knew she was safe, but I was nervous shed be scared when it happened. A staff member responded so fast to help her, she didnt even have time to be scared. He even stayed with us for the next two zip lines in case she got stuck again. She said later - Mommy, he was so nice and helpful when he saved me. LOL, It wasnt that serious at all, she just didnt quite make it to the platform - but in her eyes, he was a hero.We also felt very safe with how theyve implemented social distancing and requiring masks. All guests complied with the mask requirements when on the ground and the staff was always in compliance with masks. This was very important to us, and they did it very well.It was such a cool experience for all of us, from start to finish. The staff and the course made my daughters birthday a great one. Thank you Tree Trekkers! Im so thankful that I listened to your great reviews and chose your location. We will definitely be back!P.S. Whoever was working on 8/20/20 between 10:30am and 1:30pm needs to be recognized for how truly awesome they are - from the check-in process, to getting the harnesses on, to training, to the experience in the park... exceptionally well done (and Im not that easy to impress, LOL)!

Amazing place to meet up with friends or take your family. Fantastic outdoor experience and activities for every age and physical level. Even if you dont want to climb, they have corn-hole and giant Jinga. Highly recommend for an afternoon adventure. Staff is fabulous, helpful and friendly.

The first thing I noticed was how beautiful the facility was. The courses looked like art work suspended the trees. Next I was struck by how happy and helpfully of the staff were. They were having as good a time as we were. They were endlessly patient, cheerful and encouraging. Our group aged 6 to 71 all found an appropriate challenge level and are enthusiastic about returning. Thank you for a great afternoon

This place is awesome. The courses are really amazing for all ability levels. We spent over 3 hours here and my kids were never bored (14&11yoa). They stopped for a quick drink and went right back to the courses. The pavilions and grounds are beautiful. They have benches and paths throughout the course so you can follow your child from the ground. The staff is extremely helpful and their tips were useful in mid obstacle. The courses are extensive and they are building a younger age group course which appears near completion. Tree trekkers was obviously built with much thought and attention to detail. Definitely a must visit.

I planned a group event for Girl Scouts. Corresponding with event coordinator, Ginny was very smooth. She quickly responded back and answered all of my questions. She kept in contact through the the coordination of the event. Front staff were very kind and trainers were knowledgeable. I’ve been twice now and have had great experiences every time. Highly recommend!

We had my sons birthday party at Tree Trekkers last week. It was an incredible experience. We were blown away by the obstacle course and facility in general. It is a perfect place for an event....for any age. The group of 10/11 year olds we had LOVED it. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and takes pride in what they do. We cant wait to go back again!!! It was amazing !!!!

I am 62 and took my 6 yo grandson for a special one on one day! We had a blast. I was fine with zip lines (had zipped before) but admit some of the obstacles were challenging for this grandma, but I got through it. The secure cable system allowed me to worry about myself and not him! Highly recommend!

We took our Girl Scout troop to TreeTrekkers Frederick and had an amazing time! The staff were very knowledgeable, and so very helpful. The event coordinator (Ginny) was equally as helpful, making the reservations process seamless. They were so patient with our girls (all 4th graders), and were right there when they needed help. The grounds were just beautiful, and the entire facility and its obstacle courses were all so well laid out. We were so impressed with their system of keeping climbers safe, and very appreciative of the time the staff took to train us. This was such a great team building activity, and really boosted the confidence of our girls. We definitely will be back again and highly recommend this place. Visit TreeTrekkers, take on an epic adventure, you will not regret it!

We had so much fun at Tree Trekkers! My husband and kids 11 and 7 climbed and zipped for 3 straight hours! My 7 year old was so happy that she was old enough to zip here as many places dont let you until you are 8. Her favorite was a course with all zip lines. I liked that they had a wide variety of challenge from easier and close to the ground to super difficult and high. Finally something to challenge your teenager that thinks they can do everything. I highly recommend.

Amazing place. Went with my 6year old. In 3.5 h we only had time to finish about 6 of the 14 courses! Super fun, pricy. Make sure your companion isn’t scared of heights before paying. Bring your own picnic

We threw a party for our 8 year old and it was a fabulous experience. There were 16 guests invited - most were 8 year old girls. The staff were knowledgeable and kind and the facilities were so well thought our and clean. In our party the age range of climbers was 6 to 42 years old and everyone had a blast. Highly recommend.

Tree Trekkers is a fantastic, fun and challenging experience for individuals, families, teams and even birthday parties. The staff is excellent in making you feel welcome, teaching you the ropes, and in being present. Definitely its a place well go back to many times, and send many others as well. We ended up with a group of 17 people from age 10 and up. Everyone had a great time and was able to find a course that they were comfortable doing. I have been to several of these facilities in the surrounding areas and you course if my favorite. I like that all the courses start at the same area so even if you arent on the same course as your friends you can still see each other and interact with them. Some other places you could spend the whole day and not see the people you came with if your arent all at the same level.

Amazing place to take your family or a group of friends. Zip line course around the outside is so fun and a super long course! The courses provide a variety of challenges. I stuck to the easier courses (which were still super tough) and my son ventured off into the black diamond and double black diamond courses. Great staff and support while you are in the air. The staff helps you if you are stuck on the course or can’t figure something out. A must visit for fun in Frederick. So happy to have this wonderful adventure near us. I felt like I had a great workout the next day! Muscles and body had a great workout.

Kids had a blast here. Short (less than half hour which doesn’t count as part of your time on courses) instructional time was perfect. Courses range from easy and low to the ground all the way up to expert and about 35’ in the air. Our kids really enjoyed the zip lines and the challenges that this place put in front of them. Parking is open and plentiful so bring the biggest vehicle you got. Keep your sports cars at home as the entrance is gravel all the way up. The staff was outstanding and on point. All you need to yell if you need help is “STAFF” and one of them was there in no time. Be sure to bring plenty of water as you will need it from running these courses. Also, pack a snack or two. You will need it to keep your energy level up with the full 3 hours you get. Everything you need to climb is supplied.Harness, gloves, and safety latches. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is, the path for observation and photo ops do not connect all the way around and you find yourself back tracking to get a good picture. Also, there is no lightning around the course. We went on an overcast day and there were parts of the courses that made it look like twilight at night. Would I go back?? You betcha.

Absolutely top notch place to take the kids for an active afternoon. Place looks great. We plan to host our daughter’s birthday party here in the near future. The staff was very helpful and even followed behind my 8 and 6 yo daughters on the zip line course to make sure they clipped in correctly as I zipped ahead. Great addition to Frederick county.

I had so much fun spending a few hours with coworkers. We each had different comfort zones and I was able to keep going while others watched. We all met up together at one of the pavilions then of and running. Great way to push yourself and test your abilities in a very safe environment.

New Solutions Realty held a appreciation party at Tree Trekkers for a total of 11 participants and 6 watchers. From the first inquiry as to how to coordinate and cost, to the day of the event, the staff was helpful and appreciative. The facility allows for all levels of fun even though we were all adults some more adventurous than others. We brought our coolers, had pizza delivered and it all ran beautifully. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

A friend who lives in Spain was coming to visit with her husband and two kids. They were looking for something to do that wasnt museums (which theyve done on earlier visits) that would wear the kids out. TreeTrekkers more than qualified. We visited a day before the official opening and it was already operating like a well-oiled machine. I previously had little to no interest in being attached to a metal cable in a harness 20-60 feet off the ground, but, now I find myself mentioning it to anyone whos visiting that may not have experienced the thrill or solving a puzzle in mid-air. The staff were super friendly and also encouraging to the more hesitant in our group. This is a great addition to Frederick!

I am a 68 year old grandfather and for a birthday gift for my 11 year old grandson we decided to take a Tree Trekker adventure. What a thrill it was to experience the variety of challenges this amazing park offers. The park looks like an art exhibit with the many layers of obstacle courses strung out over your head as you walk through the paths of the various courses. The staff was exemplary in their enthusiasm to help you don your harnesses and explain the safety rules. Although a bit involved, the security features give you a sense of real security before embarking on the trails. We accomplished two yellow courses and two green courses and of course dont miss the exhilarating RED course with 7 or 8 zip lines offering continuous enjoyment. As a 68 year old I found out two days later how physically demanding the courses are on an older body, but I kept up with my grandson who was beside himself with excitement and athletic accomplishment. I highly recommend this over any indoor electronic video game Adventureland for its pure incorporation of Real physical endurance and exhilarating, energizing FUN! We will definitely be returning again and try our luck at the Blue and maybe even a Black Diamond course once I get my arms and legs back to normal. It was hard on the old knees and ankles at times, but worth every minute. My grandsons review was It was awesome and if you give a review, make it a 10! PopPop Marty

Adults and kids (ages 10-12) all loved the unique experience here: friendly staff, fun and challenging courses. A great workout and a safe way to test some limits. Very highly recommend.

My nine-year-old daughter and I have been there twice now, both times taking along another nine-year-old friend. We all had a blast! The staff is so helpful, the courses are really fun and challenging, and there are nice pavilions to picnic. I’d highly recommend a family outing, Team building event, birthday party, scout troop event, it’s a great place to challenge yourself both mentally and physically :-)

A fantastic place to spend a few hours. In three hours we did not even try half of the courses. Staff make the whole of the experience exceptional and safe. The teens in our party went off by themselves while us adults hung with the under 10s. There is a course for everyone. I highly recommend TreeTreckers.

This place was phenomenal. The diverse courses fit all skill levels. My children are 8 and 11 and have never been on any rope courses other than a few simple ones at camp. They start you off with a training to learn how to use all of the gear. By the end of the session, they went through all of yellow and purple courses, the zip line course and were daring enough to try the green courses which ended up being too much. My 8 year old had to be rescued several times because he wasnt heavy enough to zip line all the way to the end. An employee would immediately come out and rescue him and get him back on his way. Everyone was extremely patient with newbie mistakes and always looking out for the safety of children. They also coaxed and gave advice to the children if they got stuck on any obstacles. The leap of faith rapelling on the green was especially terrifying but it was so gratifying to see my 11 year old push back her fears and do it. Already planning next trip!

Great time there on a crisp fall day. Ten high school boys and we had a blast, we could go at our own pace, choose the levels of challenge and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We just had a grand adventure at Treetrekkers yesterday! My 12,10 and 8 year olds were climbing away (I’m injured so had to watch from the ground unfortunately). The staff was amazing, so friendly, encouraging and helpful. My 8 year old getting very nervous with new things and heights but the staff had him up in the trees in no time. At one point he did get to a place where he was uncomfortable to continue and once again, amazing staff to the rescue! They got him down and he was off to do another trail all in his own. My other two kids didn’t want to leave at the end of their three hours and already begging to return. They have yet another big section opening very soon that would be amazing for younger kids (and mine want to tackle that as well). There are great picnic spaces to hang out and watch, have a party or just take a break. You can follow along on the ground on all the nice trails as well and get a nice workout. Honestly this is a must do and a great new addition to the Fredrick/New Market area!

I took my daughter and her friend for a birthday present the week before it officially opened and they loved it. The employees did an excellent job giving the safety briefing and helping them through out the course with tips and advice on how to best accomplish each obstacle. While we were there a storm started to roll through and they quickly and effectively got everyone down off the lines and under cover. This was the best money I have spent all summer as my kids loved it and I loved how close it was. We have bought tickets for an adventure park in olney but have yet to use them because its not super convenient when you have 4 kids of varying ages. If I didnt have a baby I would have been up there with them! We cant wait to go back and I highly recommend.
