Nice quiet spot to launch the kayaks and paddle back and have lunch in the beach. A great girls day on the lake

Me and my 3 children love this Beach I have been going here all my life its very clean and quiet. Nice place to have a picnic and swim they have changing rooms and restrooms grass area and also Sandy area its a beautiful beach with a beautiful view we Love it ♡♡♡

I like going here been here twice it cute private little spot have a gazebo with electricity and tables. Small beach area and ropes off swimming area. Water is a bit dirty but its a lake so it to be expected.

Love this place. Perfect for family outing in the summer time. I also love this place as a photographer!! I have done so many photo session here

Beautiful beach,has bathrooms

Griffin Beach is quite nice. A pavilion is available. Bathrooms as well (but not always open). Sandy Beach and great water when bacteria levels are at low levels. Its a good overall experience for my family.

Nice quiet beach! No smoking or drinking allowed, but bring solo cups and you have a great time. Can also rent out a covered area with picnic tables too

Since its been cleaned up and redone its a nice Beach to visit they have little girls up there and Im little covered area that you can sit and eat take the family have a picnic

Would give it a 5 star if there was no glass or trash..its not their fault but I found a tampon floating here once

Great lake beach for a day trip. They have a sand beach and grass area to spread out on, a covered pavilion with picnic tables, and outside grills that you need to provide your own charcoal for. Avoid going on a tuesday..a local day camp consumes every square inch of the beach every week.

Very clean, pretty, quiet, cozy.Beach attendant was very nice! No life guard on duty. But really nice place.

Nice little beach on Lake. Resident Permit or $5 a car. Grassy area and sandy area a couple picnic tables and a large Pavilion with picnic tables. Also small bath house. Looked like easy in and out for Kayaking or paddleboarding.

Great Time at the Fishing Derby

Rules being broke, smoking,had to breath in a cigarette or two from others, kids going way out, actually were the boats go through between island and shore. Tenant had her head in a tablet most of the time. This was my first time there, found this area online,read through, couldnt find that there were any charges, but when I left I had a blue paper under my windsheild saying I need to see tenant to purchase a permit, but no tenant to be found at this time,also no signs saying I needed a permit when driving in. Other then that a very nice spot, spent the day there.

Griffin public beach is one of two public beaches in Franklin for Webster lake. It features clean water, a decent parking lot, public bathroom / changing facilities, grassy areas for playing, shaded spots if you wish, a covered pavilion, charcoal grills for cookouts, a sandy beach and somewhat largish beach with water that goes to about five to six feet deep at the buoy line, nearby there is a small, rocky island you can swim out to.The Northern Rail Trail has an outlet about a mile away. This hiking / biking trail is a former railroad and such is very flat and level. It is very well maintained and is a scenic route.
