I love seeing movies here for cheaper. Even without the reclining seats, it is still comfortable seating. Always clean and LOVE the real butter that you can get on the popcorn. We just wish that they would implement that in all of the other locations. It is worth the extra $1 for sure

I love this movie theatre.......usually. Last night was a different experience. The concession area had 2 lines open and wasp about 15 - 20 people deep in both lines. There were about 6 to 8 people behind the counter though, but no one thought to open up another register. As for the theater it was extremely hot. My kids had red faces and I was very warm. In the lobby, there was a mess of food on the floor. There was popcorn and wrappers on the ground. This all while there was a lull between movies. At the concession stand every employee in view, about 5 or 6 of them, were either leaning on the counter and talking or sitting on the benches waiting for a movie to end. My 3 year old daughter saw the hot dog on the ground and said daddy yucky garbage. So I guess a three year old can see the mess but employees between the ages of 16 and 25 cannot.This is an edit from my last review. Since the last review the Marcus corporation felt like this should be there new value cinema. We were extremely disappointed in this decision. The last two times weve been here have been great. The theatre was clean and the staff seemed to care. Obviously, now the movies are cheaper but we have to wait for newer movies to get here. Oh well. With lower prices, the place has been cleaner, the staff has been courteous and the service polite. I would highly recommend coming here as I am afraid that if people dont Marcus will shut this value cinema down too.

So the kids were off of school and we needed something to do. We checked out the movies playing and found Playing with fire. It was cheesy and predictable but had some funny parts. Most importantly, it entertained the kids (and whole family of four)for awhile for less than $20. You cant beat that!

Great way to save money and enjoy a nice movie experience. If you are willing to wait to see a good movie, or are a bit behind on your movie outings then you will love this budget friendly option. Staff is generally polite and concessions are good. Marcus should take some initiative and install some recycling bins at this site. Just because we are watching the budget does not mean we are not interested in protecting our environment.

This theater is run by Marcus Corporation and for the value price that you it has digital sound and large movie screens Im very comfortable sitting. On Tuesday you pay $1.50 and they also give you a free popcorn but you need to be a reward member what you give you points for extra value. If you on a budget this is the theater that will make you and your family very happy for a night or for the weekend enjoy Showtime Value Cinema.

Drive 51 minutes to this theater because I like the idea that this is the last chance I have to see a past movie that I missed when it was originally released. Prices are great! Tuesday is bargain day. Because of the affordable prices, I am able to see at least 3 movies in one day. Concession prices are like going to any other Marcus theatre.

Came here for the first time and love the place. Very comfortable seating, fresh popcorn, excellent customer service n very clean.. love the place.

*** Went to see FATHER FIGURES; Got there 15 minutes before Actual movie start time. ALL DOORS WERE LOCKED!!! I was KNOCKING ON WINDOWS AND WAS CONTINUALLY IGNORED BY A HEAVY SET, BROWN HAIR CAUCASIAN FEMALE. I CALLED & LEFT MESSAGE ON VOICEMAIL WHILE STANDING, Right there, IN THE COLD WATCHING HER IGNORE ME!! TO DATE I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE FROM MANAGER REGARDING HER ACTIONS! **( Went to Bistro PLEX and enjoyed BLACK PANTHER!! )Went to see Blade Runner...All was good as usual. Everything clean, people friendly. Out of nowhere... BAM!!! OUT WENT THE LIGHTS & MOVIE. Right during what seamed like a Great part. It took a short while to get everything on an boi oh boi do I wish they hadnt!! The ending was AWFUL! Still love going out to Franklin though. Cleanest theater of all!! Also nicest employees!

I havent been to a theatre in years, because of the cost! I recently heard of Tuesday night special discount! I intend to go to the movies more often from now on

Very fun and enjoyable! Tho the food was a bit over price and defintaly not worth the pay. the building was very humid and sticky but if u dont mind that then it is a prefect place to enjoy a movie! Other from those to problems I loved the wide open theater room and big screen. A good place to wach a movie!

While I certainly miss the lounge recliners, rest of experience was very good. Friendly and attentive staff means that I will return.

Marcus showtime is great for the price! The movie was great. It does need updating, but for the price Ill take it.

I am a site coordinator for an elementary school after-school/summer program from inner city Milwaukee. We have now visited this theater twice, with EXCEPTIONAL service both times.The staff were all so friendly, patient, and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about everyone.The most recent time, the GM, Jenine, after we came in late, paused the movie so the majority of the kids could get their seats. She handled the other guests in the theater swiftly, correcting the inconvenience for those guests.THANK YOU!

Was really good for the price. We saw Dark Waters, had no clue what it was going into it. Wasent a bad movie for $3.50. I would totally recommend to other people!

VALUE is right! Amazing price points you will not find elsewhere. Friendly and efficient staff, very clean facility. No recliners in the room we were in but comfortable chairs with reclining backs. Will be back asap!

Amazing value cinema. Movies are second run but got 2 kids and 1 adult in for $11!!!! Great for families with kids or anyone. Seats do not recline, but are comfortable and rock (a little). See you favorite movies for next to nothing!

My local theater. Large number of screens, and excellent reserved dream lounger seating. Great selection of food choices. Enjoy the cocktails at the bar inside for date nights. 3D movies are also a great experience.

The girl who served me looked a little overwhelmed but handled the pressure quit well. Loved the fact that they $5 Tuesdays are actually $4 and the place was clean and cozy. I did not know this place existed until I googled life of pets 2.

This place is one of my favorite places to watch movies at! I will update it more the next time I go. The theater is no different from the other first run theatres. Stadium seating, great popcorn: free little popcorn for members on certain days. I mean for $1.50 on Tuesdays; this place is the bomb!! Even at $3 on other days is still worth going here. Maybe you missed going to the theater when had the films running first run movies. I love the idea that it’s close to my home in Waterford. I hope that this theater stays here for a very long time!

Old school movie theater with great prices on movies that are on their last days in the theater. Doesnt have all the modern amenities - restaurants, bars etc but the price is great on tickets & they offer real butter for the popcorn!

O.M. gosh!! They have discounted ticket prices- real ones! I saw a movie (Lego 2) in the evening, on a Tuesday for $2!! Nice comfortable seats that recline, deep cup holders ( small Popcorn savvy?) reasonable volume... for $2 bucks! Check it out

Great place to watch a movie with your family without dropping $100

We enjoy going to this place with the kids. Its half the price than going to the other theaters. There pop corn, snacks and drinks are on the high end, but still a good value.

Was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this theater. The ticket prices are great since they show older movies. Concession prices are high but thats any theater you go to, no big deal. Seats were comfortable and the picture/sound of the movie were great too. Theres also a nice little game room. Will definitely go again.

First visit. Large parking lot, inexpensive movie cost. They make their $ by concessions sales. Seats are general admission. Seats are decent fabric upholstery, fairly comfortable. I will definitely go to this theater again.

This place brings back fond memories of the budget cinema in Greenfield, although the size is incomparable. This place is huge! I thought it was going to be a dinky theater but I was very pleased with how big and well taken care of the place is. The seats arent loungers but you cant expect that from a budget theater so you cant hold it against them. The concessions were the usual movie foods, popcorn, sodas, candy, etc. Overall, great place, 10/10 would go again.

This is a great value priced theater... If all you want is a movie at the cheapest possible price, this is your place. Should know that the seating is not as comfortable as the more popular movie theaters in the area. Ive been here half a dozen times, and the sound quality and volume varies greatly from movie to movie, from screen to screen, and from day-to-day. I mentioned this to the staff, but they didnt seem to be very receptive. Its almost as though they didnt know what to do with a customer comment? They location is far-flung, out of the way, seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Overall, unless you really want to save money, this is not the place to see a good movie.

Very clean theater, very family friendly location, and always showing the newest releases. What more could you ask for in the neighborhood cinema of a sprawling suburb like Franklin, WI. I suppose it would be nice if it were a locally owned company. Oh wait, it is.

This is our go to for the low movie theater. $3.50 everyday except Tuesdays then its $2.00. The only down fall is the seats are the regular stadium ones, but for the price its fine.

Showrtime Cinema continues to be my absolute favorite movie theater. I have seen countless movies here and even came out to my best friend in one of the theaters. Amazing place!

Better than I expected. I drove 37min from home. Bathrooms are nice and big. I brought my kids and we will definitely come again. It is perfect for families.

Awesome movie house nice big chairs the middle raises so you have extra Comfort they lean back you can get pretty comfy most of the time I go to the movies there and I fall asleep recently I just went and watched the Jurassic Park movie it was nice I was awake! Went on an off day & hardly any crowd, decent! cant beat $3 for the big screen in a comfy chair!

This theater offers movies that are out of a main theaters run, but at wonderful prices. Great for going to see movies that you may have missed. Wonderful customer service as per usual especially from their concessions worker Eric.

This theatre is way better than I expected. Admission was three dollars per person for adults and children! Cant beat that ! Prices for food and beverage were comparable to other theaters. The cinema lobby was very clean and well kept. Seating inside the theater was spacious and comfortable for regular stadium chairs ( not the reclining ones). My only little complaint, is that there could have been more staff on duty. During my visit on a Saturday afternoon, they only had one employee running the concessions which made the wait time long. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Hey, cheap movies are available here. Along with Tuesday movie deals. Check it out... Fun being able to go more than once a month to the movies. Hey, though if I may, screens are good, seating ok, bathrooms and candy counter are ok. The entrance, lobby and hallways need updating- albeit, without any price increases. Overall, a good movie value.

Nice clean movie theatre. Staff is very friendly and nice. It does not have the lounge chairs but the theatre is kept tidy and organized. You dont have to worry about sticky floors or garbage everywhere, this theatre is well taken care of. It is a bit hidden away but its worth the drive. You cant beat the prices here!

The movies are a whopping $1.50...YAAASSS, I said $1.50!!! Get your popcorn or candy, & go see 2 movies on a Tuesday!!

Very clean, I was expecting it to be run down but nope. Very comfortable.

How cool to go to the movies with 3-4 youngsters, budget priced @ $3 each, see a movie everyone enjoyed, buy a bucket of popcorn & refill for $4 and feed our small crowd the other treats, too. (Previously, I purchased the special $25 popcorn bucket- unlimited use!) Select seating, not too crowded, and handicapped parking for us two grandmas!

New so never crowded, good pricing, new-so still shiny, bright & clean. Friendly staff.

This was my 1st time being here. I used to love going to budget cinema south until it closed. I was a bit skeptical when my 19 year old son told me about this place. Thankfully, it was an awesome movie experience! The price allowed me to afford to take my family out for movie night again. Quality screen and sound, comfortable seating. I will most definitely start to become a regular to this theater with my family now.

The last budget cinema in Milwaukee.the woman who who originally opened this theater used to work for Marcus. Marcus ended up buying it from her years ago, and then turned it into a budget recently. It is nicer than the old Budget on 27th Street was. I believe every screen has stadium seating. Very clean, and Ive never seen it too crowded.

Loved it! Good quality food, and movie chairs. The only complaint was that the employees wore their hair down. But thats okay.
