Nice place to tee it up. Greens are in great shape. Better course than they charge for.

One of the best munis anywhere

Its a very nice place. The playground doesnt have shade and the trail goes into places that are kinda hard to see. I recommend you take a buddy or supervise your children. There is also the occasional homeless person under the pavilion but they dont bug people very much.

I havent spent any time at the actual park here, but there is some decent fishing to be had near the bridge. Caught some black bass and some panfish there

Beautiful golf course fun to play. Nice staff

Golf course is in amazing shape and the staff is very nice. However, they have no cart person, no water anywhere to fill up bottles (I understand that somewhat with COVID but no cart person?). Worst of all, we have player there 2 weeks in a row and both times we have had to wait for the 7th hole, on every hole! No marshal for speeding up the slower groups in front at all, ever. They have nobody out there and these drunk 5 somes have no clue that theyre supposed to let faster people behind them play through. Again I like the course but if theyre going to continue to not have anybody take at least one drive around the course every couple of hours its not worth it until they get it together. 5 hours and 45 minutes is way too long for two people to play golf.

Great park to visit! Large pavilion for a get together of any occasion. Playground for children to run around and have lots of fun. Multiple baseball fields are located at this park. Large parking lot for more popular activities. Would definitely bring kids of all ages here for fun and great memories.

A fun time on a fine old course

This place is doing a great job of growing the game! The greens were level and the fastest municipal greens I can remember putting on. The fairways can be a challenge to hit and theres really not much rough so it can be easy to lose balls. They do a great job of maintaining the course itself though.

Better play before renovation. More traps. Too much overlap at tee boxes. Dont plan to play there again. Too many other nice courses to enjoy.

Never heard of this course and was pleasantly surprised. Greens where fast, layout was good.It was a fun course, would play again if am ever I that part again.

The Trinity Trail System in Fort Worth is amazing. My wife and I have taken our bikes out on a ride of 60 miles and been on trail the entire time. It will connect with Dallas within the next 5 years.

This course is well maintained. The greens are pure. Its a shot makers course with a lot of hills and contoured fairways. Great outing

With the new renovations I have the feel of playing in a different city. Rockwood is a great place to test your golfing skills. Absolutely love the layout too!

Real good location for a city park, great place to take the kids, unfortunately there are a lot of pet owners that dont keep their mascots on the leash or pick up their dogs waste.

Played this course quite a bit as a kid, first time Ive played since its been redone and its absolutely fantastic! I love how quick the greens are and fairways are plush. Great layout as well. Will definitely be back, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Just another day at work mowing the Trinity trails

This is not the Rockwood golf course we have always known. It has been completely reinvented, on the same property, and for the better. The grass on the fairways is nice enough that you dont have to wish it was legal to tee up your ball. The sand in the traps is actually sand. About the only downside worth mentioning is that it is a long way from green to tee in a few cases, for those of us who choose to walk.

Its nice. Well kept grounds. There are times it gets pretty busy, but otherwise a lovely place to spend a Saturday just playing a few rounds.

All that money spent on redoing the course and they did put a dime towards the clubhouse. Great fun course now! Definitely worth playing!

The course renovations are nice. The staff needs some work. No water at any of the stations when it was 97 degrees. The restaurant was closed, so we couldnt get any drinks. There was no starter, we had a 4:50 tee time and didnt get going until 5:15. At 8:20 they came around and said carts had to be in by 8:30 even though there was 30 minutes of daylight left.
