Was very nice and welcoming. Quiet and great place to unwind. It is unique and have never seen anything like it.However parking is on the street and you do have to pay for it if you are driving. Also the parking can be hard to find if going during rush hour.Overall I would love to go back here everyday if I could.

Fun 30 minute adventure exploring the different water garden areas. Wear slip resistant shoes if you are going to go down into the waterfall area or climb the mountain. The quite pool was beautiful and very peaceful. It didnt seem like the aerated pool was working as designed. The mist was neat, but the sign described a flat, table top effect we didnt experience. Still a fun and enjoying detour.

Absolutely beautiful place! Great for photos. Nice place for a free date. There are 4 main exhibits; 3 water features and a large stone one (The mountain). Cant believe it took me so long to actually go for the first time. I definitely recommend going at night. The lighted aerated water feature is awesome in the dark!

There was no parking spot by the gardens in spite of the low number of visitors. It is possible, though, to park in the streets which were empty. (In September 2020). The main attraction was shut off but other water spaces were functional and quite clean and taken care of. It is wonderful to just hang around and enjoy the soothing sound of the streams and the beautiful landscape. An ideal location for people who work in Downtown and wish to take a break and relax with a book or a friend.

Nice little hidden gem. My sister and I saw it as something to do when we were visiting the area and we were not disappointed. There were nice grassy areas if you want to sit and relax in the shade. Many pathways to explore. Great place for photo shoots. I did not see and signs saying no to climb onto the platform above the highest terraces so if you choose to it will be at your own risk. There is no handrail and it would be a very bad fall.

This has been one of my favorite places in Fort Worth since I was a child. Doesn’t matter how many times I go, I’ll always see it as one of Fort Worth’s top FREE hidden gems! It’s the perfect place to stop and have a picnic under some shade trees. The walls are built into really kewl steps/benches. There’s a lot of trees and shade. And a few different water pools. Very scenic and great for pictures. If it’s your first time in town this is a must see.

A great little gem in downtown Fort Worth. You might be thinking, its just some water fountains, whats the big idea? Well, spend more than a few mins at each pool. Leave your phone in your pocket, and just enjoy the moment. Its a unique experience, no matter who you are.

Refreshing attraction to visit on a hot evening. Huge, elaborate fountain and other water wonders. Would be 5 stars if it had a splash area or interactive feature and a drinking fountain. Good place to take photos. They need to add port o pots for the homeless folks who shower here.

I love all three gardens. There is an interactive 1, great in the day time; a light show one at night; and a tranquil one for whichever time of the day! Please wear slip resistant shoes, you can easily hurt your self if youre not being careful.

Visited on the weekend and the main fountain was not turned on. Not sure if it off due to maintenance or it is just not on over the weekend. Very nice grounds with plenty of places to settle down to get out of the sun. There is not a lot of street parking but there is a parking garage across the street. Prices are posted as you enter the garage. No attendant was present during my visit so credit card was the only payment option.

This public, free space has been a source of joy and peace for as long as I can remember. Spent many days playing hooky as a teenager here, later brought my own children, these days I have the privilege of helping maintain the facility as an independent contractor for the city. Whether for work or for pleasure, every visit gives me great pride in my city.

Very pretty waterfall gardens with steps leading you down the center. It got pretty foamy in the middle of the pool and we didnt want to slip as we went farther down. I have been visiting the Fort Worth Water Gardens for a good 30 years. On this occasion I a chance to visit after dark. Although, the area was lit, it appeared that none of the fountains were running. In my opinion, this really detracted from what otherwise would have been a beautiful evening walk-through.

Aside from the extreme Texas summer heat and humidity, this place was awesome to visit. I had seen photos of friends coming here, but didn’t realize how large and deep the water structure is with the steps was until I saw it in person! It was also cool that they had 3 different water places, all very different from each other! This would make a fun date activity! Just make sure to go in the morning before the peak UV rays hit.

If you have a break while working or visiting downtown Fort Worth, a stop at the water gardens is a must! The oasis of terraced stone pools and water falls provides a peaceful respite in the middle of the city. Bring a lunch or a cup of coffee and watch visitors make their way to the bottom or join in the adventure! Also a great, free option for a family outing or a date night.

I gave it a 3 star rating only because I checked online and there was nowhere on their web page that indicated the main waterfall attraction was not working. There are three main waterfalls and only 1 was fully functional. The one I took a photo of had half of the sprinklers working and the main one was closed. I was told they would get the main waterfall fixed next week. Would have been nice to know that before we drove 4 hours to view.

It was pretty neat! The park is quiet and although many people come to see the gardens theres a lot of seating to have a picnic or just a quiet place to sit. The active water part of the square gets there most attention. The steps down to the water can be slippery so wear shoes with grip or just be careful. If you are afraid of heights this might be hard as there are no railings and its a big drop from entry level to the ground level. Its loud once you get to the center but its fine. The mountain attracted the drone flying folks. The airrated part was quiet and people were hanging out chatting. I would park on the same side as the Sheraton hotel. Youll need coins for the meters. Its also free and a great place to visit.

Such an enchanted experience, not sure why I waited so long to go here. It was just magical! We went during the daylight and after dark, both equally important for your experience. We will definitely go back and stay longer.

Beautiful place to admire, walk around, or just sit and relax at any time of the day (or night)! Love all of the different varieties of water features, though when I was here maintenance was being done on the biggest feature so that was out of order and my schedule was too packed to stay and wait for it to fill back up. Even with the biggest feature being down, this was still a great experience and my family and I had a lot of fun here!

A wonderful garden made on the theme of Water fountains and pools. It has a stepped architecture where water is flowing through steps and people walk over the steps. It looks beautiful. At night time, they turn on the lights which adds beauty to this scenery. Also there is fountain lake where there are multiple fountains watering in synch. It looks awesome to eyes. It also has lighting arrangements. You can spend whole evening here just sitting and looking at the structures. I loved it.
