This is a beautiful park! The park was clean, quiet, well maintained. My best friend booked his wedding here, the price to book the park and buildings was very cheap. The staff was very kind and helpful.. The flowers were beautiful in the park and made the back drop for the wedding more surreal... If your looking for a good venue for a wedding or even a family get together i would highly recommend..

Almost always a beautiful place for pictures. Great park for children, swings, tennis court, basketball court, fishing pond has catfish and a beautiful water fountain. Rose bushes all around. So many great spots for pictures.

Very beautiful park. Most of the parking seemed to be curbside on the street, although there was parking near both pavilions. If events were happening at the pavilions, then you could forget parking close. Parking is probably the only thing for me that varies with 1 to 3 stars. It got very congested that particular day.

A small but very beautiful little park in the heart of town. A trail to walk around, playground for kids, pond for fishing, and many beautiful houses worth walking past nearby.

This is a very nice park right in the middle of our city. There are a lot of different places to explore and you could spend an entire afternoon just wandering around. Its a great place to go and kill time right in your own backyard. A little bit something for everyone. There are playgrounds, picnic areas, a lake, garden area, a place for parties and anything you could think of really.

What a beautiful park! In summer, it is a truly photogenic place to stroll around and enjoy the flowers. And in winter, its still nice! The paved trails dont get too sloppy, and theres plenty of spots to take a break if you need to.

Landscaping for Spring, Summer, Fall around the pond is always lovely and peaceful. The park has a great walking path, a playground, tennis courts, and shelters (one really nice enclosed shelter with a fireplace). Its most photographed area is their promenade area used many times for weddings.

This will be my favorite park for all my days.Was my Grandmas favorite place.When we couldnt find her, thats where shed be.She loved looking at all the flowers and smelling them. Wed be there for hours just wandering around.

Its a great park. You have a few pavilions and the rose gardens for events. Its always busy though! Its a very busy place to go to and parking is hard to find. The flowers are beautiful as well. Its a decent place to have an event at.

The rose garden in Lakeside Park was designed over 100 years ago and is beautifully maintained. The basketball courts and the rest of the grounds are always in great shape as well. Fort Wayne parks are the best!

This park is amazing! I grew up around the corner and cant think of Fort Wayne without thinking of the Rose Gardens. Every year they dedicate time to make it come alive with flowers and continue to maintain their health throughout the summer!

I like the ponds and all the trees surrounding it. The rose gardening is beautiful. Only problem is all the foolish people taking up space taking engagement and wedding photos. If it wasnt for all the weddings bogarting the most unique meditation part of the park, it would be fine.

The pond needs to have some type of security around it.....my son damn near drowned in it years ago....it’s extremely easy for a child to access especially ones with lots of energy......other than that it is a very beautiful park

Beautiful park with a lovely little lake and photogenic white columns. The path to walk around is very nice and the place is well kept. The traffic from the city around is not ideal, but everything else here is perfect for a day out.

First time visiting. Beautiful landscape, lots of places to stop and rest, also plenty to see and explore. Appreciated the labeled varieties of roses so we could educate ourselves on what we were enjoying visually.

Fun park to play frisbee.. But would be nice to have a drink fountain for dogs.

Beautiful location for a summer wedding CEREMONY ️

The park boasts a beautiful rose garden that is breath-taking in the spring and summer. You will see many weddings taking place here in the warmer months. The park has huge, open grassy areas - great for soccer or to play fetch with your pup. The basketball court/tennis courts are a little dated and rundown but you will still see people using them and enjoying the warm weather.

I very much enjoyed my visit!!!! The American Foundation For Suicide Prevention ceremony was beautiful!!!! I look forward to coming back again next year

Super serene!

This park and garden is beautiful. With a pond in the middle, beautiful landscaping, and a circular path, its excellent for walking your dog, going on a romantic stroll, or getting family pics taken. Nestled into a neighborhood with very neat historic homes, this is an excellent way to spend an afternoon strolling through the heart of Fort Wayne.

Ive been going to this place ever since I was a little kid. Still is nice now as it was back then. Now Im bringing up the Next Generation and me and one of my good friends daughter went out there so she can learn how to ride her bike. Always good scenery and a good place to bring young children

One of the gems of Fort Wayne. Highly recommended that you go in the spring and summer to check out the rose gardens! Be careful that you dont get caught in a wedding picture... seems a lot of photography goes on. Watch out for the geese too!

Great spot but parking is limited. Also a wedding party from the rose garden were drinking & using the facilities & garbages from our rental space.

Oh my goodness this park was so beautiful and many different flowers and plants .I wished that I had more time to visit there.

I really like this park. I grew up near it and always loved to take walks with my dogs around the area. My family has had a number or of family reunions and birthday parties in their pavilions and Ive also been a part of a couple of weddings in the beautiful garden area. Its normally pretty well kept up and clean, but sometimes can get a bit messy. Overall, I really love this place. Im not sure how expensive it is to rent the areas, but it shouldnt be much
