Review of lacrosse fields. Had tournament here and the place has many, well maintained fields and an indoor, clean bathroom that is also in a building that served drinks and snacks (hot dogs and pizza slices also). They have ample parking.

I feel like I never get to play or get the ball all the other players get it but me it used to be fun when I was like 7 now it kinda just went down from there sorry plex

The price was right but you get what you pay for. Terrible lighting by the batting cages making it very difficult to see the ball and although you cannot expect perfect pitches every time, some machines downright awful. Was worth a try but if ever here for another tournament, will look for a different place to take BP.

There were 3 cages for baseball (35, 55, and 70). 55 didnt work and 70 is way to fast for littles. Had a ton of kids sharing 1 cage.

My son plays soccer for the Plex and he loves it. We have been to both facilities for his sports and they have always had a blast and wants to keep playing

These batting cages are awesome. We had a great experience. The bats are a bit old, but they work for hitting balls. The facility is clean and warm during the winter.

Great place to play softball in the winter. Still could use some brighter lighting in places, but overall a good place to play winter ball.

Google says they are closed on the weekend but the cages are open. Neat facility. We visited the batting cages and had a good time. 1 token for 12 pitches. The 10 tokens for $10 is a pretty good deal unless you are buying for the future. I think the more you buy the better deal.

The fields are top notch but the parking lot needs some serious work in places.

We use the Plex South for the batting cages. They are clean, safe, and fun, and the customer service is outstanding.We were a little confused about the summer hours. Google shows the facility as open from 9:30 - 4:30. These hours are for the front office. The batting cages are actually open from 12-8. I found this out because I showed up at 9:30 earlier this week with three kids eager to practice their baseball and softball hitting.Instead of being turned away, the lights were turned on, and the pitching machines were fired up. Its hard for me to find time to do things like this with my kids, with baseball games on the weekends, and me working most of the time during the week. I truly appreciated the extra effort.

Good bating cages and soccer fields but staff is a little slow

This place has gone downhill a lot over the last year. Everytime we come one or more of the cages are down or ridiculously off or, this is a new one, they have no tokens available.

Fix your parking lot pot holes! One tried to swallow my tire tonight. Traffic is bad during pick up times due to poor layout.

If you are looking to go to the batting cages CALL AHEAD they are always broke

Great location for soccer practice and baseball hitting cages

The batting cages have been having issues for several years. Instead of upgrading or repairing the cages, they decide to put down artificial turf. The machines are CONSISTENTLY plugging up and malfunctioning. It seems to bother the attendant when you ask them to come fix the machines. It takes them away from playing on their phones. I guess thats why they always have a Groupon for it. You get $50 of tokens for $28, and the machine works half the time. So, I guess that it evens out. So if you want your kid to get year round indoor batting practice, and since this is the only public place, buy a Groupon. Then that way your not wasting your money, your just wasting your time asking the attendant to fix the machines.

Nice dome and fields. Only issue is beware of there tournaments only 1 hour and 10 minutes. You get around 3 innings of play and no dividers between fields, put helmets on your outfielders.

Great place to practice your batting

Great place. Too loud but I didnt take a star for that. The place needs to be constantly filled with air thats why its so loud. I really wish the balcony had something more than a rope. Kids can run up there in a heartbeat and fall 15 thats why I give it 4 stars. I know parents should watch their kids I agree, well they dont offer any services for that either when they have their childrens soccer classes where parents are expected to participate. So how are parents to participate with 1 & keep the other from plummeting from the balcony?

Been there 3 times for softball tournaments and its always been fantastic! Very accommodating for both teams and parents, with the ability to host two games simultaneously. Has a concession stand, and small bar as well.

Adam and I cant thank the Plex staff enough for all they did to make our wedding reception an unforgettable experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They are willing to work with couples on a budget which is exactly what we needed. We would recommend the Plex to anyone looking to host an event. Thank you so much!

Love taking the kids here for batting practice.

No complaints of this facility. Has one large dome that fit an entire football team as well as one smaller dome. We had no troubles getting in, getting to work and getting out.

This is a good indoor facility. Spectator area for the back field isnt very good, but the front field is awesome for softball.

Facility was clean, but the sports was very unorganized. We had a softball tournament for NSA here and they went cheep on the refs and feel way behind. I talked to a ref that work games until 3am and double backed at 6 for our gameHe was late by half an hour. Couple hours later the games were backed up over an hour and a half. Other than that things will good. Refs were fear.Bathrooms were clean and maintained. Plenty of room to sit. Fields well maintained also.

Dimly lit. New turf for batters is nice.Always one cage inop. Calibrations are horrible. No other facility in town though

Great place for a Northern Indiana winter softball tournament.

Its veylry nice. The turf is a lot newer than at the North facility. They have a nice setup with the concessions and the fields on both sides. They even do softball in the big dome...pretty cool. We usually play soccer up North but its super nice at Plex South.

The word excellence is defined as the quality of being outstanding or extremely good. Take the word excellence and throw it in the trash because this establishment is the pinnacle of a sports facility. Excellence cant begin to describe the perfection to which operations are handled and processed. The customer service I received upon my last journey to the plex was compelling of admiration, to say the least. Its nice to be able to visit a place that is a sanctuary to the common folk. In the world we live in, its hard to find genuine personalities within our population. I understand the risk of the banditry, just last week a few oxen were stolen from my family upon our trek across the trail. I have no regrets, and due to the food shortages at the local shops; my family could have suffered much worse. My son used to love to make the trip to play on the indoor soccer fields, and to play on the Cadets program. My son sadly passed away do to dysentery, so we come to pay tribute through using the batting cages. We would recommend the Plex to any family that is currently on the Oregon Trail. Make sure to always attempt to ford the Eagle Marsh, because it is only 20 feet deep and the weather conditions never improve. Good Luck on your travels, and Mothman bless you all

Best soccer coaching in town! Been attending here for a couple years (mostly at their North facility but we have overall very impressed with the Plexs coaching and programs.Communication can be a little confusing at times. Would love to see some updates to the north buildings indoor fields. Especially air conditioning... but coaching is the best in town.

Son was new to the program and showed up at weekly practices. They pigeoned him into a hiker position and didn’t expose him to different positions. Game days he barely played 8 minutes out of a 40 minute game and 99% in the same position. This league is a learning league. Don’t sign your kid up if your looking for them to have playing time or learn about the game.

Cold. Its cold inside. Wear a jacket or 4.

Watching several softball games in the PLEX is nice when its pouring down rain or snow and ice outdoors or even on high heat days. Today is was very cold inside so coats and lap blankets felt good. Appreciate the spacious spaces to sit and root for your favorite team.

Really awesome. Totally believe that Crossville Tennessee needs one of these. Totally need Sports all year round and this would help.

Took my son to the batting cages. I thought it was kind of expensive. It would be cool if you could adjust the pitching machines speed.

The staff was very kind and friendly. They made our time at the plex very enjoyable and we are even on our way back right now! For anyone looking for a good place for a sporting event this is the spot!
