My kids love it here! They prefer this place over Chuck E Cheese!My daughter loves the bouncy house they always have inside.That is where she spends most of her time when we come here.And my son is all about the games.

My family and I came in shortly after they opened today and we had an overall great experience. It has been about 5 years since we were last in and they have very much improved even though they do have their minor flaws. The last time we were here the employees were not that welcoming and we didn’t have the best time. Today the lady was very kind and helpful. Even though she was wearing a mask you could tell she had a smile on her face and she was just a sweetheart. Overall the place was clean and they were providing gloves for us if we wanted them. I would definitely recommend this place for families.

My kids and I liked going here because its close to home, but staff isnt really friendly or helpful, like at all. I had the place at 4 stars, but took it down to 2 due to the lack of enthusiasm (and acknowledgment) of the staff

I love the respect i received from the staff. the eye contact and patience for my kids. they can be really indecisive. 10/10 i would highly recommend to any parents that are looking for a good night out with the kids. i will be back for sure!

This was the best birthday party ever. The employees Mikaela, Devin and Israel were so nice. It was really clean and it’s so affordable. The girl Mikaela who made our pizzas, they were so delicious.

Its a fun place to take your kids but some kid hit my son with a whack-a-mole mallet

It is a nice clean environment and has many game options. The prices are very affordable and the staff is friendly. Their prizes are not expensive and their is many options to choose from.

It was a fun arcade. Wish there was a little more variety but great way to spend a an hour on a Saturday night.

We went for a birthday party. I love that the tokens and tickets all go on a card so much easier than carrying a bunch of tickets and trying to keep track of them. So much easier!! And the food prices were not too bad either amd it was clean. I was disappointed that you had to pay $2 to jump in the bounce house.

Maybe 4 or 5 machines out of 50 not working. Good selection of games though. Jelly Bean wall & ice cream for tickets is a nice idea. Decent clean facility

Loved going with my friends to her daughters birthday. Fun for the whole family.

When I am visiting in town I often times take my niece and nephew to Tokens-N-Tickets. I used to visit the place when I was their age, so it has been great to share the experience with them.Both them and I are big fans of the virtual reality set-up they have. I remember feeling the virtual bullets through the haptic feedback suit that were shot at me by my nephew and being amazed. My only suggestion is to add more to your multiplayer gaming selection, as we had to play the same game again when visiting this past Saturday because the rest of the games were a bit too marketed towards younger crowds.

Good selection of games without the mess of carrying around tickets. All of those are put on an account o. Your own personal card. Fun for the whole family...

A lot of the games werent working or stole tokens but the ones that worked were pretty cool. A little lacking on prize selection

Very nicely run local operation with the owners onsite working. I did not expect to find an updated modern fun center and my compliments on what I was told is a recent remodel. The Virtual Reality is the best I have ever seen and I live in California most of the year. Prices are amazingly low compared to what I am used to especially for this quality. Noticed some parties going on and the staff seemed to really be on top of the service. We enjoyed our experience at Tokens-N-Tickets and look forward to coming back next time we are in town.

Horrible! Germs germs and viruses is the name for it. Went yesterday half the games dont work,t are way to exspensive and in part of the place they dont even have light, the games have horrible jackpots and cost way to many tockens. Dont go there if you want to save money. If you want to play games go to Sweetwater, there games there are free and everyone is nice!

Not a fan how they transitioned to the card system instead of the coins they used to have. Theres no tokens now! Its in the dang name! Still, its not a bad place to take your kids for a bit.

We like this place. The children like it and there is an assortment of games to play. We had a birthday party there and it wasnt very expensive. Pizza was pretty good. The staff are friendly. You can find coupons in the money saver.

I use to love this place the money was worth it every bit... But now I feel like you dont get your moneys worth... Instead of them counting them there now weighing them... So your no longer getting your actual ticket amount.. Which I personally think is a rip off... I heard many complaints while I was in there about the same thing... I will sadly no longer be coming until they start counting them again... There reasoning for not counting them was because of the new tickets were to thick and kept jamming the machines.. In all honesty you should go back to the old ones then! Rip off

Tokens and tickets is our families favorite past time. Its completely affordable and my kids love it. The family that owns it are super nice and accommodating.

Its ok but half the games dont be on so whats the point of having all them games in there if only half are on. They need a little better service when it comes to counting tickets at the end you shouldnt start with another customer if one still has not been completed

Everything was great. Our server was on top of refills and extremely helpful. It was pretty busy, but all in all we had a good time.

Went here to rent U Haul. Upside: big parking lot, friendly staff. Easy to pick up and drop off. Downside: not really one.

Our familys favorite arcade in Fort Wayne. Been here many times! It is a reasonable price and they have coupons sometimes. My kids love this place. Some of the games have been updated recently.

Pac man on a big screen need I say more

They changed it to swiping a card as your tokens and when you win your tickets is your card just adds up as a point system . Very disappointed that they did this. Whats the point of going to a arcade place with no actual tokens and tickets thats the fun part and how can you even be called token and tcikets anymore. They should change there name to points and cards. And they are trying to charge $7 a pop for there new vr gaming system. I know its pretty cool but if your have a group of people with you and they wanna play all together people cant offered $7 a person it adds up . Lower the price on the vr system guys thats mostly all profit after its payed off or if it is already paid for then why you charging an extreme amount. Dont be greedy. Familys are there for fun not to worry about how much money is left in there pocket.

Fun games and good food

We took our granddaughter today for her birthday, she had a blast! It was our first visit and we will definitely go again. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got free tokens because the kitchen was busy and they thought we had been waiting too long. We would recommend Tokens N Tickets to others.

In the middle of the a remodel. Food took a while so order 45 mins before you actually want to eat. I had my large group order food and then play while they waited. Pizza was extra crispy... every thing else was ok...

Kind of slow, but we had fun and the food was decent.

First time here since they’ve moved locations, staff wasn’t the friendliest. Very dirty floors, very nasty. Definitely won’t be coming back. Got bored of the games they did have.

I really like this place. Good selection of games for all ages. Almost all the games were working (which says a lot compared to some of the other places in town). There are a lot of newer games as well.

Great place lots of fun. The games were fun the staff was pleasant. Seems a little run down, they have part of it closed, but not closed off. It looks like they had some ice cream or frozen yogurt which I never knew about and a candy store. So you can still see it and stuff but its dusty and lights are off. Presentation is everything guys. If it looks run down in an area, that expands to the whole place. Maybe stuff some more games in there instead. At the very least cover up the parts that are ghost town-ish.

Games were great. Some were old and kinda buggy some stuff was brand new! Including a very nice vr setup that is kinda pricy for 5 minutes of fun. I would say the only real noticable down side it the place was very hot and kinda smelly from everyone sweating since so many were in one spot. Thats not the buissiness fault im just telling people before they get thier and are supprised. Have fun!

Anytime we visit Ft. Wayne with the grandson he wants to go here. It is an arcade. Lots of games that reward you in tickets for prizes. He has fun and it keeps him amused. He is 10 years old. The nice thing is if you know you will be back you can save your tickets and then later on turn them in. Accumulate more for bigger prizes. It is a good place to keep the kids amused.

The pizza was good and they have fun games... However the WORST place Ive ever been to for prizes. I let my kids get all candy bars which I never do because anything else was ridiculous.

Tokens-n-Tickets got rid of their tokens and tickets. Everything is digital now, and stored on another plastic card to keep in your wallet. They need to change their name. Tokens-n-Tickets is false advertising. I hope they get sued. Were NEVER going back again. If I could rate it 0 stars I would!

Very disappointed. I expected much more from a place that caters to children and their families. Place was dirty, food was overpriced and terribly prepared. At least 20% of the gaming machines were in need of repair and or broken. Ungh, just a disappointing experience overall. Your children deserve better.

Hopefully, no one has to return a uhaul truck here. I have been trying to get my money back since April 2018. Communication with the owner is horrible. Money was taken from my credit card and was never returned once I paid the fees in person. The owner doesn’t return phone calls or talks through his staff.

Food took forever, even though there were only 2 other ppl eating and they were done. Not to mention its all simple food, burgers, hot dogs, Kraft Mac n cheese, bread sticks, canned cheese sauce. Then when the food gets there, its bad, and cold burgers and fries. Very bland, the Mac n cheese seemed like its sat in a pot for hours. The burger was soggy, very tasteless. While going to the restroom, which was filthy and stank, I passed a bulk candy area which was closed, and a few frozen yogurt machines not even turned on. On a Saturday night? On top of that, they look like they just bought whatever tables/chairs they could get their hands on from closing restaurants. Tables were all off balance, most were bent, or leaned.The games would be as expected, a lot of tokens needed to play any of the good games kids would want to play. They didnt even bother to repaint or change anything from the restaurant that was there and closed down before they moved in. Behind the counter, it looked like a back office area. A lot of stuff that you generally dont want to show to the customers just laying around half assed. At least the food was cheap, and the video games all seemed to work. Never going back, and definitely would not recommend it.

Hope you dont want to spend your fake money the staff is way more concerned with being on their phones or talking to their friends to work at their jobs.

The staff were not friendly at all. I did not see one of them crack a smile even once. Several of the machines did not work or did not give the tickets promised. Workers could care less. So we did not get the tickets we had coming to us on several occasions. The prizes were lame, all 3 of my kids were excited to pick out a prize when the time came but had a difficult time finding anything they wanted that wasnt over 1000 tickets. There definitely needs to be a better selection in affordable prizes... Thats not candy or a vending machine trinket.

I have not been to this place, but I did hear of it through advertisements and all and from what I have read from other people and their experiences, it sounds great. I hope to fly over to Indiana one day and visit this place.
