Great trail for cycling, running or walking. Did some of the geocaches on the trail.
ATTN: This is a linear park! Its a long line! Plan accordingly! This is a beautiful place that runs alongside a large canal and is wooded on one side. Its perfect for riding your bike, rollerblading, walking your dog, or going for a run. Ive even seen people go fishing in here but Im not sure theyre allowed to. It even has a large, metallic bridge you can ride over or even take pictures from. I see this happen a lot! Lots of birds, turtles, fish, and Ive even seen an armadillo or two. There are multiple shaded pavilions with picnic tables to sit down and rest or eat lunch in too. This is such an under-used area! Enjoy!
I love this park. I enjoy eating my lunch at the picnic tables under the gazebo and then walking on the path for a little while. It is very scenic.
Such a nice walking path. It is never crowded. Most of the shade is gone (since Irma), but still a lovely walk. My favorite section is the part from Daniels to 6 Mile Cypress. Park at the south end on 6 Mile Cypress, there is plenty of parking there.Enjoy!
