Its a pretty view and an amazing place to go for a walk

I love this bridge, I love the Gulf view as you go over it. I love to drive over it, walk over it or just stop and observe while standing on it. It feels like Fort Myers! Great spot to view the Christmas Boat Parade!

Great place to walk around and check out some boats and grab a bite to eat.

I used to love ft Myers Beach and parking on the other side of the bridge so we could walk across and see the view. But my wife disappeared and the police found her on top of the bridge on the outside of the railing and was going to jump. Craziness. She had never seemed like anything was wrong with her. Just out the blue.

Love this bridge on sunset and sunrise!

Its our favorite place. I love looking down into the the water and seeing dolphins and other wildlife. And you can look across the water and.its beautiful. You have to watch the sunset there also its gorgeous.

This is a sky bridge, you will see traffic going over this bridge taking many scenic pictures. You can see the entire Fort Myers Beach and Gulf of Mexico from the top. Park and ride at the bottom on right or you can get excercise waling over its pedestrian sidewalk complete with wall.

Good view seen lots of boats pass by.

They have made the traffic here worse than it ever was before. They also are attempting to build a water park on the Bay side where fishing was really good on that dock now its gone. They are ruining fishing in Southwest Florida. Im surprised the tourists are even still coming here

Such a wonderful experience to watch the boats coming and going as well as walking out on the fishing deck just for fun. Besides you never know when a manatee might stop by to nibble someones bait.

Traffic, traffic, traffic...horrible traffic!! Too many people in a very small place. Nothing special there but the same, booze, bad food and traffic and people congestion.

Good view and the only way off the island.

Just another big bridge funneling people to the beach. Beach-bound traffic can be VERY heavy from 9 am to 5 pm.

It is a bridge and can get really backed up.

Its right in the heart of everything you want to do in a Beach town and there is no waiting in long lines of traffic to get off the island

What else can you say about a bridge. Its stable and has a 68 ft clearance. Fishing under and a dingy dock

The first bridge was built in 1921 and was a fixed bridge a hurricane came in 1926 and took it out then they built a swing bridge in 1927 that was hand cranked and the bridge you see today was built in 1979 just a little history from Captain Bob
