The entire crew was fantastic! Very polite and made the experience fun for my girlfriend and daughter as it was their first time parasailing! Prices were very reasonable for the experience.

When our two grandsons visited, each on separate occations, we gave them three choices of things to do. Both of them chose parasailing and loved it. Its like flying in an invisible airplane. The crew on the boat are very entertaining and professional. This makes the experience so much fun and everything runs so smooth. Of course Im glad they choose this, I get to go along with them.

On a recent visit to Fort Meyers beach, my son was begging me to parasail ans I was petrified. I finally gave in. We called the number for paradise we saw on a local ad and they answered all my questions and we made a reservation for later that day.We arrived at the stand and the shuttle picked us up on the beach. They shuttled us to the parasail boat, went over all the safety procedures and made us feel very safe and secure. They really knew what they were doing. We had an absolute blast and would highly recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Totally professional and personable from A-Z. Great time! Thank you!

This was the most amazing experience from beginning to end, the young lady who took our reservation was polite and professional, she answered all our many questions. My sister in law and I are of a certain age and size and had a trying time getting in the shuttle boat and doing the transfer, the crew on both were great, literally hauling us up and being so gracious about it. Once in our harnesses and in the air it was pure heaven. Thank you to all the crew for being so patient, funny and kind with us, you made us very happy

From booking reservations to the actual parasailing, it was a FLAWLESS experience! Air Force 10 years and I’ve traveled all over and this is definitely in my top 5. I’m not only big on professionalism/customer service but just having fun in my down time. Paradise Parasail delivered both! The crew was fun, welcoming and great energy/vibes all around. My family and I can’t stop talking about how amazing this company/experience was! Highly recommend the dip package and additional photos, they captured the BEST memories. No better way to social distance up there!

The staff at Paradise Parasail was super nice and helpful. The experience was amazing for our party of 6! We made reservations by phone; they gave clear and direct answers. Check in on the day was fast and efficient! But kudos to Captain Justin who went way above and beyond customer service. He delivered a safe, smooth and enjoyable ride but what impressed us more, was the way he handled and resolved a small technical glitch with photos. He went out of his way to make sure our memories were saved and delivered.We will go back to them in a heartbeat!

Good experience to try. The personal is great. They will pick you up at the shore and bring you to the actual boat where you will be hooked to the parasail. One more nice thing is that you dont fly roughly its ao smother than you can barely tell when youre going up. I would recommend it to everyone trying to have fun.

We sailed on Thursday July 16, 2020 and it was the most wonderful out of my shell experience I’ve ever had. I’m not a swimmer and was scared to death to be out in the water even in a life jacket but the whole crew at Paradise Parasail were so excellent in explaining and getting my husband and I ready for our flight. Thanks so much for an excellent first time experience and we will definitely be back to experience again but this time with our 4 kiddos!Thanks again!!!

Beautiful day we chose to Parasail. My boyfriend and I decided to try It (him being a first timer too) and it was an amazing time. We got to go twice due to some photos being forgotten to take for the dip lol our second dip was wild and awesome. Got the 4 mile package with photos. Wonderful staff and captain of the ship, had a blast and will be doing again in the future :) recommended is a 10 out of 10 yes

With Coronavirus, the kiddo has had a lot of fun and almost all summer activities cancelled and ripped out from under her. This was something new that she and I had never done and got to do together for the first time. The most fun, relaxing, beautiful views with amazing captain and crew. From the desk staff to everyone we encountered; we were so pleased with the friendly and light hearted engagement. We did 2 dips and used a Go-Pro for the memories from above. Thanks all and we look forward to doing this again and again! ️

I was nervous to do it at first but after talking with everyone involved I was put at ease. It was a blast. The only thing that I didn’t like was initially we were told no phones but after we returned to beach to pay overheard another party they could take their phones and the guys could take pictures for them. I wanted more pictures of the whole experience!! So being able to have my phone I could have done that. It was overall a great time! Exhilarating!

It was our 1st time to parasail, ot will not be our last it was great, and this ctew os wonderful. They make sure that you are comfortable.

Our daughter had never been parasailing so we obviously had to take her to experience the thrill. The crew was fantastic. From the boat that picked us up to the boat that we switched to for parasailing, both had great staff. They were fun and entertaining and left us with a lot of knowledge about the area. We really enjoyed our day. Id suggest calling to reserve your place because spots tend to fill up fast. And its totally worth paying for the larger package to get the two dips as well as the Polaroid photos!

My daughter and I had never experienced parasailing before. From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Everyone was super friendly, the captain and I made a lot of small talk and found out we were from same state. The little boat ride out to the bigger boat was a bonus to me, the more time on the water the better. Fort Myers beach is beautiful and I am so glad we decided to parasail with paradise.

The people are great and the ride is great! Make sure you purchase the longest ride you can...we got the five mile and feels like a very short ride! Time flies when youre having fun! Happy parasailing!

Customer service was great! We enjoyed everything. The only thing “off” would be the boat driver who picks/drops us off. He took a picture of one of us and we were all girls. Someone called him out on it and he acted like he didn’t know he had his camera on (flash gave him away) Kind of made us feel uncomfortable. Other then that, every other staff member was great!

Paradise Parasail was very accommodating, waiting for us as a last minute addition when the first company we booked with had boat trouble and waited to the last minute to tell us. My daughter went with her two friends and loved it. It was expensive but worth it to see how much they enjoyed it. Wish the ride was a bit longer. Would definitely recommend.

So awesome, 5 mile package is the best, and then I turned around and rented jet skis from paradise, you guys are great you helped us make lifetime memories during this horrible time in our country....seriously thank you guys for finding a way to remain open and making my family vacation one that will be remembered for life

First time parasailing and it was amazing. The employees are extremely friendly and very informative. The guys operating the boats were also very entertaining. Everyone I interacted with, with this company, made me feel very comfortable. The experience itself, was truly insane and the views were breathtaking. We will definitely be returning next time we visit the area! I highly recommend Paradise Parasail.

I enjoyed the parasailing. It was great!The down side was I was to go up alone. They made me go up with another person I didnt know. I didnt like that!!!I was also supposed to get a 2.5 mile flight which they said they said was doubled because there were 2 of us ...5 miles. I dont think so. We were up maybe 6 to 8 minutes at the most. Do the math!!! At 60 mph, thats a mile a minute. The boat maybe could do 30 mph pulling 2 people which I doubt since the water was a little rough.??? My flight should have been at least 10 minutes long if not longer.They do offer 1/2 off your next flight if you bring in your picture that was taken on your first flightNot too bad of a deal.

It was an incredible experience! When you go up you can see the whole Ft. Myers Beach coastline. The drop was smooth for being 350+ feet in the air, and the crew was also very friendly and efficient.

Went jet skiing and had a blast will definitely be something we will do again. The prices were also very good and people laid back

These guys made me feel very safe transferring from the boats and when giving directions on what to do. I never felt in danger they really kept it safe and fun. I highly recommend if your nervous but want to do it these folks take the nervousness out of it leaving it nothing but fun!

The staff were nice enough. Seemed rehearsed and not very genuine though. They ask you to fill out the piece of paper with the tip when youre with them on the boat even though you could more easily do it at the kiosk on the beach where your credit card is being held anyway. Its windy and the paper is flying around so its definitely to put pressure on you to tip more since they are sitting right by you.

As part of a 3-generation trip to Florida in October 2017, we were thrilled with our experience at Paradise Parasail. Grandpa, 61, was a little nervous because of his size, but he felt safe and had a great time. My daughter, 5, was afraid she might lose her glasses, but she was just fine. She even went twice to help balance out the weight. Our son, 7, loved being dipped in the water. My husband and I loved the experience being pulled behind the boat as the highest thing around. We were thrilled with the photos the crew took, and will cherish these forever. Even our toddler took a nice nap on the boat. We would highly recommend it for all ages!

Ordered the package with 2 dips and it was worth every penny! A very cool experience with amazing views you have to try at least once! The crew that took us out on the boat was a lot of fun, very friendly, playing great music and made the experience even more memorable! Would do it again

The people at Paradise Parasail were awesome. Front the booth lady to the charter boat captain to the parasail boat captain. My 7 year old, 14 year old, and husband parasailed together and loved it. They got their toes dipped twice which they all loved. My 10 month old baby and I road along on the boat to watch. It a super fun afternoon and one for the memory books.

This was our second time with Paradise Parasail. Just as fun the second time. My wife was really nervous the first time, and as soon as we were in the air no more nerves, it is so peaceful up in the air. So two years later, she couldnt wait to go again.

3rd time with this company, same boat driver every year. Brought the kids for the first time, they had a blast. Boat captains were funny, down to earth and interacted great with everyone on board. Im sure we will go with them again.

We got there really early & they took us out immediately. We had expected to wait around & they nicely managed us in. The flight was nice & long & we definitely felt like we got our moneys worth. The captain/s (Justin & Alex) were really nice & informative. They did say it was their off season but we thought it was perfect that way & didnt feel rushed at all. It was a thrill & a lot of fun I cant wait to go again someday! Everyone was super nice & we felt very safe! Definitely worth going.

We had an awesome time with Paradise!! We were booked for the day before Memorial Day but the weather did not cooperate until later in the week. Paradise called us each day to update us on the weather and Friday we sailed!!! Great all around experience from booking through the end. Our whole experience was great start to finish. We were picked us up right at our scheduled time. The boat operators were both licensed Captains, which I feel is important. They were very organized, boats were clean, equipment in good, clean condition (not over-worn). The ride was spectacular with a smooth take-off and landing.
