We took our 4 kids and they loved it! Boat tour was great and we saw a ton of alligators and other wildlife. Alligator “show” was great, it was very informative. Almost like an in person Animal Planet show. You can tell they love the alligators and they seem well cared for.As for Covid-19 safety, they required masks at all times, took our temperature, promoted distancing in the gift shop area, and distanced us from other patrons on the boat. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend.

At $34 per adult and $22 per child (ages 3-11), this place isnt cheap. However, its one of the better deals around as the hour-long airboat ride also comes with a short 15 minute show and 2 free printed photos with a baby alligator.The airboat ride is fun. This is one of the only places Ive seen where the airboats are actually covered, providing some shade on those super sunny days. The boats seat up to around 20 people though. So, they could get crowded and you may not get a great seat on the side for prime gator viewing.On our trip, we saw one gator in the first 40 minutes and then another 8 in the remaining 20 minutes. Our captain, Rocky, was personable enough though he heavily favored the left side of the boat where he sat, and folks on the right side got very little opportunity to get up close and personal with the gators.In addition to alligators, we also saw ospreys, iguanas, an armadillo, egrets, and other birds.The show was okay - definitely not the highlight of the visit, but a reasonably entertaining talk where you learn more about alligators and their rescue program.

What a great experience with 2 free printed pictures! We went on an air boat tour and then went to a gator show afterwards where we got to hold a baby gator. Our tour guides were great and hilarious! Being from Colorado we dont see a lot of this, so it was very interesting. Make sure to tip them on your way out!

Fun, family friendly place to visit! Went over the Thanksgiving week and it was wonderful. Kids enjoyed the pre-show, great boat tour and free group photo.

Really enjoyed the Alligator show and airboat ride with Captain Rocky. He is a very knowledgeable captain with plenty of stories and tidbits of information about the Everglades. Dont forget the Gator bites at the Gator Bite Cafe. They also have a cute little store for snacks, drinks and souvenirs. This is a very nice family outing. . Highly recommended.

Just what you would expect from an airboat ride!! Fast and Fun!! Everglades is an untouched and unspoiled wilderness! So beautiful to see wildlife thriving in this natural area! We saw many gators and various birds during our boat tour. It was so awesome to see a gator swim alongside the boat. Our captain did an excellent job of pointing out all the wildlife in the area and got up so close to the gators that were there. A one of a kind experience. Highly recommend it!

So much fun, amazing place! Very nice, friendly and funny staff, giving a great tour on airboat and make you laugh.Lots of wild life! Definitely see alligators and other animals. Price includes a free photo of you in the beginning, a 60 minutes airboat tour around the Everglades, 15 minutes alligator show and a picture with a baby alligator.Headphone recommended but not necessary for younger children and babies since the airboat is kind of loud. We love this place and we will come back for sure!

Most definitely recommend this place. Our guide tour was amazing and made the experience enjoyable. Theres lots of gators to spot. The gift shop was such a convenience, we were able to enjoy snacks while we waited for our tour. I spent a nice Saturday with my children here. Will come again.

Just went to the park for Labor Day, what an amazing experience. Started with an excellent air boat tour with Captain Juan who was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We were lucky enough to see 6 wild alligators during the tour along with vultures and other birds. The kids loved the Vulture Island portion. For our gator show we saw Chris perform a very funny and exciting alligator wrestling routine. We ended up adding the animal encounter to our visit which was amazing. Jessica our encounter guide was awesome with the animals and letting the kids hold and touch all of them. My little boy loved the baby gator, Gilligan, and my daughter was the biggest fan of the skunk, Wendy, the whole experience along with the pictures really made the day special. We cannot wait to go back again soon!

Great experience, good pricing, we had an hour air boat tour of the Everglades, we saw 6 gators, and Dillon was our captain. I give dillion two thumbs up, five stars, and a promotion if I could. He was a great host, he made everything exciting, he took the time to make my daughter a necklace from a flower he picked from the Everglades, his tour was awesome, made everyone happy and got everyone into the ride. I was not expecting the place to be functional with all the pandemic fear. To my surprise the place was as lively as it was when I was last there with boat ride and the gator show. People are compliant to safety measures. It was a fun weekend

My family and I had a great time today. We felt that the price was very reasonable for everything that we got to see and do. It was also nice to go during covid so there wasn’t a huge crowd. We had about 9 people on our boat and were seated every other row. We saw about 4/5 younger alligators And Mike was our guide too. He was great, got to see gators as he let both sides of the boat get up close to them! After the educational tour and seeing gators there was another part of the tour that let us see more gators that they rescued. Came out with two awesome photos as souvenirs for free too!

Airboat tour from Swamp Thing was fun and informative. We saw five alligators, several other wildlife, and learned a lot about the plants and trees. The alligator show was intense. I counted 13 loose gators just hanging out by the gator wrangler. A great performance. I highly recommend a trip here

We took our three kids there yesterday as a celebration for our 5 year olds birthday! Our tour guide was fantastic and we saw like 7-8 gators plus a multitude of other wildlife. We are locals and even though we live in this beautiful area, it was still fun and informative. Kevin who did the show for us was absolutely amazing! All the staff we encountered was friendly and made the experience all the more eventful! Thank you for making my little boys day special!

Its a good place for nature lovers. On the air boat ride just got to see one gator and except that it was just grass, plants and trees. Also got to see some vultures.The gator show was good. CHRIST the show host is doing a good job rescuing gators. So shoutout to him.

Had a great time. My dad suggested it.... great idea. Booked this through our hotel concierge....he managed to get us a VIP trip. Rode a twin engine swamp boat. Saw an alligator show and help a baby alligator. Really great and educational experience We got picked up from our hotel and dropped up afterwards.

Its a cheesy roadside attraction but it just works. The guide boat captain was appropriately grizzled and was, I think, very involved with the alligators we went out to see. The scenery was lovely even with the rain. Highly recommend.

I go for the levee, great bike riding! Since its the middle of alligator season, it wasnt too unusual to see this baby alligator on the path. Afterwards, taking a minute to catch your breath at the park, watching fisherman is a great way to wind down!

We had so much fun on this tour. From the alligator pits to the air boat ride everything was exciting. Dylan was an Amazing tour guide and took the time to explain everything and make sure we got plenty of photos of the alligators in the water and the vultures at Vulture Island. I definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area!

This was adventurous, fun speed boat ride, saw alligators in their natural habitat, saw a man pick up a 100 pound gator, & tasted the gator bites in the cafe. Nice gift shop too.

I would’ve rated 0 but it’s not an option !Rented their boat it broke down n they left us in the Everglades. The boat stopped running even though the engine was on. after being able to get some signal and quickly asking for help speaking with MARY. Telling her this was their boat. And she knew we had children with us . She said they would send rescue to find us but it never happened . They Did not place any kind of priority to rescue us at all.We eventually were able to connect with 911with no signal we were able to connect Finally to get help us. To only find out it was never called in anywhere for help. These people didn’t hVe a care in the world we were out there. 4 helicopters were sent & after 6 hours waiting the RESCUE team were the only ones that found us and took us backThey didn’t care at all for any of the situation happening. Knowing it’s dangerous for anyone to stay out there . This is worse experience ever. These people are horrible.

First time visit and I was quite impressed. Tour guide was informative. Egrets, osprey, and alligator were on the 30 min. tour. Alligator show was terrific! I could not see out of the front of the boat because of the weathered, once clear, plastic cover. I noticed at least one other boat didnt have this problem. While most of whats to see is out the sides of the boat, having a clear view out the front would have been better.Also, be aware at the beginning of the tour, the tour guide likes to show off the twin Cadillac V8 engines. Quite fun! But also a bit loud, be prepared.

A nice tour but what was supposed to be a 20 minute wait for a boat turned into 1 hour and 12 minutes.

My friend invited me to come along for a weekend and what a ride we had! From the airboat tour, to the alligator show, even to the gift shop this place was geared for tourists! Ive lived here for about 8 years and cant believe I never found out about this place until now. Ill definitely be going back!

Great experience! Saw lots of gators (4 were circling our boat at one point), good tour guide. The older lady taking the photos before you get on the boat was rude, but everyone else was great!!

Boat tour itself was nice, lots of views and gators that come right up to the boat.. but in complete disregard of what was written on the website no covid rules are followed, your surrounded in a boat with large amounts of people crammed all around you (about 1-2ft at every angle) some not wearing masks and the capt himself was screaming into the boat in front of my face without a mask, the store and ticket area was also crammed with people not social distancing, do not go if you care about getting the rona. The staff was friendly despite all being hellbent on tips which reminded me of my travels in 3rd world countries, I gave it 3 stars because the everglades is beautiful and its somewhat affordable.

The airboat tour was great! Swamp Thing was our boat tour guide, and did a phenomenal job. We were so impressed by his knowledge of the flora and fauna. He called to us many would alligators, to see up close in our safe boat. We also saw igaunas. We saw such a beautiful part of the glades! The alligator show itself was good, however the jokes were cringy corny. The seating was nice, so we were able to see the show closely.

This is a great way to learn about the Everglades, the history, and what’s contained in them. Very educational and funny. Our guide was comedic and made the trip fun. We saw a few different wildlife including several alligators. The shop and staff was very helpful and kind. It’s very kid friendly. Many people of different nations came while we were there. Lots of souvenirs to choose from to take home. Also, free parking!

Website description is not accurate. We were there before the boat ahead of us (11) left, were assigned to the next boat (12) and still had to wait 40 minutes until the boat after us (13) was full before we left. Due to that our boat captain had to cut our stays in each POI short everytime the following boat arrived. Finally when we got back we had to wait again for the following boat to arrive behind us before being let in to the next scheduled event - the gator interaction. When I asked the girl at the front desk about this discrepancy between the advertised and the actual service provided, she just shrugged her shoulders and said thats just how it is.The overall experience is good but a lot of dead time between short highlights.

This place was awesome. They ensured social distance and took temps before registration. The staff was fabulous and the captains were amazing. Learned so much during the 1 hour tour. Id give 5 stars but the animal show seems sad, there were so many Gators in one small area....doesnt seem right. For that reason, I left before the actual show started.

Really enjoyed the scenic airboat tour but unfortunately we weren’t able to spot any alligators in the wildlife. The tour guide did try his best to whisper the alligators to come out! He was so jokes which made the experience more enjoyable. After the tour we attended the alligator show to finally see them in real life!They were so cute and sluggish.

The boat ride was great and we saw multiple alligators. The ride was definitely the highlight. It lasted an hour and the guide was terrific. The gator show was pretty underwhelming so don’t expect too much out of that. The main reason I marked it down is because they did not follow the social distancing guidelines for the gator show. They packed the place full and it was impossible to not have people very close to you. Some got up and left the show for that reason. I would recommend that they limit the numbers for further shows for everyone’s safety. The boat captain (Juan I believe) did a great job of spacing people out on our boat so I appreciated him.

Its an affordable price for a full hour of alligator watching. We saw 3 of them and birds of pray of all sorts. Our tour guide was not just knowledgeable but funny. It was a wonderful time on the water and the gator show was very thrilling. Afterwards we went to see two baby alligators (one was albino) and I had a lovely time holding their snake Marley. Five stars easy. Thank you for the wonderful experience and I hope to do this again.

Had an awesome tour on the air boat with Swamp Thing. We saw quite a few gators, and he provided us with a great ride and shared lots of knowledge of the Everglades. Our Gatorboys show was entertaining and provided even more detailed information about gators. This was actually my second visit, and I would do it again the next time that I am in the area.

We loved the boat tour, though the alligators were harder to find than I expected. However the vegetations (especially the yellow swamp lilies) and the birds were awesome.The gator show was extraordinary as well.

Came out with our family of 6. From the beginning they appear to be serious about social distancing with masks for the staff and arrows and distancing tape all atounf the registration and gift shop. We took a picture before heading over to meet our captain and load up on the covered airboat that kept us out of the sun.With social distancing we were in the front and a separate party of 2 was in the back. The windshields are completely opaque, but the sides wide open (thats where you are looking anyway) and Captain Mike would get us up close and personal with the alligators on both sides multiple times. It was very cool seeing the environment. Theres no other way a family like ours would be able to experience the everglades and being able to see the plant and wildlife take back over the land after being dredged was very cool. We enjoyed having the types of plant species pointed out and Captain Mike seems real knowledgeable.After the airboat ride, we went to the gator show where we watched Kevin dance and prance (literally) around barefoot in with the nuisance alligators they have rescued. Kevin is cracking terrible dad jokes all the while picking up gators by their tails and pushing them around or even hiking one up completely out of the water and carrying it up front. Its hard to laugh at the jokes because you are watching and worried for this seemingly crazy dude who is obviously about to get his hand bit off, but he definitely shows either his experience handling the gators or is really desperate for money and willing to do anything to get it.After that you come into a tiny enclosure where they have a baby alligator that you can take a picture with (a boa too or albino alligator for an extra fee). They also have a few other animals, most notably two raccoons, one of them albino, that appear to be in very small enclosures and you can feel bad for them without knowing their situation if why they are there or if they are happy in their enclosures. Other than this one part everything of this place seems on the up and up.Last up we grabbed some food from the snack shack, gator bites breading seemed a little more lemon seasoning based than Ive had before and honestly I think it was good. If youve never had them before, try them. They taste like a slightly more chewey and greasy chicken nugget.Very cool place, prices seem reasonable, but be sure to bring some cash to tip your captain and Kevin.

My overall experience was great!The tour itself was very engaging, and our captains skillfully analyzed/described the wildlife around us. I saw many alligators, although hidden in plain sight. There were also many other animals, mostly birds in which also enhanced the nature of the tour.After the tour, we were led to the Gator Show where an (obviously) trained professional wrestled the gators. It was truly captivating!HIGHLIGHTS- Free parking- Professional staff- Engaging tour- Cool gift shopOverall 100% experience, definitely recommended for families who would like to witness the Florida wildlife at a safe but exciting distance!

Going in I didnt expect to see much, but I was proven wrong. We saw plenty of alligators and other wildlife. Dillion was very knowledgeable and informative during our tour. I would definitely go again. Be sure to wear light comfortable clothes because I can get pretty hot in south Florida

I sincerely enjoyed it, but my opinion is that they could do much better considering the fact that this is a very popular tourist destination. For example the gator taco could have tasted better, as well the guys who serve it, could have been more polite.

Had a great time seeing alligators on the wild. Be aware the boat only goes fast 3 or 4 times. Its mostly just floating around. Show afterwards was entertaining and not too long.

We had such a great time! Four of us were visiting from Texas.There were three adults and four kids in our group and we all had a blast! Captain Mike was incredible! HekHe was honest with us upfront about how its better to come in the winter as the gators tend to be out more often, but we left the dock hopeful. We ended up seeing 8 Gators! Captain Mike was awesome, made it fun for all, and was incredibly knowledgable! One of the Gator Boys, Chris, was incredible in the show as well! Everything was such a bang for your buck and the gift shop was fairly priced as well, which was nice. Everyone we came into contact with were very friendly and had no problem answering our questions and chatting with us about experiences. Make sure to bring cash to tip the Captains and the Gator Boys as thats how they make their living.Overall it was such a great experience and wed definitely do it again! Highly recommend!

Thrilling airboat experience with gorgeous view of the Everglades and close up wild life observatory. We had so much trying to find what animal is out there, and were greeted by this friendly alligator that came close up to our boat.

Great park. This is a MUST SEE for any tourist from anywhere in the world. Take an airboat tour or rent a fishing boat or watch the gator boys wrestle some gators. After that hop into the cafeteria and get some gator bites. Nice place for a day trip. IMPORTANT! Summer time can be very hot. Before going check the weather forecast and take sun lotion and hats.

This was an amazing experience. Our tour guide (Al- Igator) was so nice- eager to talk with us and knew so many things about the wildlife as well as the plants and how they were used by natives. The boats are nice- covered so if its raining youll be comfortable. Chris did the alligator show and was funny, brave and very knowledgeable. This was a great experience for the entire family, we had such a great time here, the 60 min airboat was really good, our Capitan Dillon was excellent, he made us laugh and had a great time, also he answered and share lot of information about the tour. The gator show was good too very interesting, the giftshop and store had good prices, and we also tried some of the food they had, the only downside of this vitit was having to wear our mask for the 2 pictures included in the package, Im not dure what is the purpose of that rule if a picture takes just a few seconds to take and you are not close to the photographer, but overall we had a great time, will definitely recommend it

We drove up from Key West for the day and it was well worth the trip. Its an educational trip through the everglades, and a great way to spend the day with friends and family. The fact that we were given a 50% discount for our military service was an added bonus, but we wouldve paid full price. We didnt go because of the discount, but it was much appreciated!!! Just one note of caution, if you decide to avail yourself of the Gator Café, protect your plate, the Grackles will dive bomb you and try to steal your fries!!! Enjoy!!!

Everglades Holiday Park definitely calls for five stars. The pricing is extremely reasonable. The airboat ride was exciting, informative, and memorable. My boat was able to spot seven wild alligators with the help of our awesome guide, Captain Fiesta.
