Good bass at the kingfisher ponds. Use red or orange they did not like the green and yellow.

Fished 2 hours and didnt catch no fish.but good place to see ducks.

Nice trail and natural area. Good areas to swim in the river.You might see deer, turtles, snakes around the trial.

Just started on the trails here..I found this to be very peaceful and pleasant...nice ride.

Kingfisher Point Natural Area is a perfect place to go to get the full Colorado experience when you only have a short amount of free time and are restricted from taking a trip into the mountains. The scenery is beautiful, the wildlife brings home the true feel of the nature of Colorado, and its a place to feel like you can get away from it all for a bit, without actually getting away. I would recommend making your way there when you have even half a day. Just take a nice walk, and let the stresses of day to day life, drift away, if only for a few hours. Recharge so you can get back to the daily grind, being at your best.

Bird sanctuary on old Sugerbeet landfill. not much as far as trails but has a 2 bird ponds and access to Poudre Trail

Great little spot to do a little river fishing. Tucked away in the middle of town. Only about a two minute walk from the parking area to the river.

Paved bike trail with historic farmhouse and barn.

It is very nice trail with concrete walkways which is adjacent to the Cache Le Poudre River with a nice small wooded area.
