Very friendly and fair management. It seems that if people want to upgrade their home, they want to continue staying in the park. Many people have been living there a long time. Mature trees, good location. The rent is a good deal considering it is just north of and close to downtown Fort Collins!

Place is terrible fine you for no reason. The park workers only help the people they like and they turn off the water whenever they want without warning. Owner and management are just there to collect money and don’t care about the people. Even walked out on people who wanted to fix and better the park. They were the ones who set up the meetings. Terrible place

Older woman who I spoke to is very unprofessional and rude and doesn’t listen. Go in person because she hangs up on you over the phone. On the other hand mike was very pleasant to talk to.

Located at 2025 North College its Hispanic predominant trailer park these days you have to buy the trailers that you live in there with still very nice part

Great monthly rent prices for the location and all park employees are friendly and very helpful.

No street markings Google was way off by 5 streets where I was to go. The numbering is different and confusing at first.

They havent remodeled the park.My kid got really hurt.Also this place is absolutely garbage, they will fine you for everything.HEY YOU WANT TO BE FINED FOR HAVING MORE THAN ONE DOG?!?!?Then live here.

I visited today and wish that each street/turnoff had signs with lot numbers pointing the direction.

Horrible place to live. Rent has been raised over 3 times for security patrol and none exists. Pit bulls running loose, same cars speeding up and down streets. Drug dealing beyond obvious. I have seen guns pulled out several times. Thanks for the strict background check, lol. If you care about your family and belongings do not move here.

This place is on north college its a mobil home park that only allowes mobil homes that you owen or purches there note no old model units allowed it predominantly Hispanic community

I was impressed by how clean the park was how friendly the people in the park are and what a wonderful job management has done and keeping puter Valley Mobile Home Park a safe place to live. I havent been there in over 20 years I was really impressed Bernie Roland has done a wonderful job.

I have lived in this park for more than 10 years. In the last three or so it seems they are trying to make me move. I feel I have been a good tenant here. Not sure why all of a sudden they send me several notice for uncommon things. Other people seem to get away with the things they tag me for. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE.

The people are great around there. Homes are fairly nice

We really enjoy our new home. Everyone minds their own. Never had any complaints and we have family and friends over alot and enjoy our music

Kind of ghetto, but a great neighborhood. With plenty of kids running around, and even a pan van slanging breads and a raspa man slanging you favorite ice creams.

I can say I lived there in 1984 and it was no problems. Now you are sure to have the law on your tail going in and out of the place. I got pulled over for being near the place at 11 p.m.

Was visiting family sorry they have to live there used to be a nice place but over the last 20 years the owner has made little to no repairs and when you drive down certain streets in there it looks and smells like a garbage disposal.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. The streets are full of dogs. The office refuses to be accountable for enforcing THAT rule, but they have no problem fining us for paperwork or leaves. One neighbor has a pit bull, which is against the rules. The damn pit bull follows kids around in the street. It came in our yard MANY times to bark at us in our home. The pound cant do a thing about it because owners see them coming and put their dogs inside juuuust long enough for the dogcatcher to pass by. The internet is worthless, and they told us all the wiring is too old, but they wont fix it. Our other neighbor ran a homeless hotel out of their backyard shed. It smelled like beer and urine for months. In our 2+ years there we regularly saw police, transients, dogs humping in the streets. Ever see a bum fight in your neighbors yard? No? Well, come to PVMHP!

Only one staff is awesome,because he greets me when i pass by on my Longboard.......Other than that,the other staff are Capitalists who rip money off of their tenants by raising water and electricity bills unfairly(Personal Experience) for their own benefit.They Seriously need to fix the roads appropriately,because one time i almost killed myself when i tripped on a crack while i was on my Longboard,so they need to spend money on the roads,and not other pointless things.Second of all,They need to fix the sidewalk because when it rains,my family has to spend a lot of time cleaning our driveway,and that is not fair.We need for all of the community to benefit and not just the owner,and for everything to be shared equally among everybody.Third of all,the owner needs to fire the interpreter,and actually hire one that actually knows how to interpret.One time when i was reading the Poudre Post,i found a minefield of spelling mistakes in the Spanish Section.At least in my opinion,the current interpreters quality of work does not deserve to be rewarded with daily pay.When the Capitalists are incharge........Everybodys needs are ignored because of Greed When the Socialists are incharge...........Im sure everybody will prosper and their needs met by a honest owner ☭☻I would not move here.If you do.......You will be sorry!

Been here 3 yrs the 1st was fine til they came up with bullshit excuses to start fining people I follow all the rules and try to work with them tell them my part of the story for every situation and they blow me off say that Im lying and charge 100 for every lil thing we where do they even come up with tho prices Im just tried of management and their bullshit security this is the worst place Ive ever lived dont I dont recommend this place to noone!!!!
