I have to drive through there every single day and I absolutely hate it. There are so many cars parked on the side streets, making it hard for two cars to pass at some points, there are ZERO speed bumps, there are dogs constantly getting loose and the tenants speed through the park. This morning someone was speeding so fast towards me I had to stop and pull my car over. This park is dangerous and I cant believe I havent seen kids getting hit by cars, or dead animals in the road because no one cares...but its probably just a matter of time. There needs to be speed bumps in this park!

Clean homes and friendly environment. However, the children way to young and many others need to remain in their yards maybe go over to the park with their mother, father...how about BOTH Parents!These children are playing in the middle of the streets, darting out from behind parked vehicles. I would truly despise it if a child, an elderly personwere to be harmed, a child harmed and/ or how about a person with disabilities walking with a cane, maneuvering the electric wheelchairs!Please Tell Management, The Owners, The City/ County planners...Darnit, Tell Someone!After having witnessed this, I shall think twice as well l as I express my dismay to friends!

Hickory village located in the Northwest part of Fort Collins nice clean little trailer park

This is a mobile home park located off of North College in Hickory Street has a lot of upscale mobile homes are predominantly white neighborhood safe for young children a family member of mine is the manager only mobile homes that are owned or purchased out of the park or Allowed no rentals

Great place to live. has a couple of play area. Quiet area. King scooper and dollar tree, down the road. fast food But he king, Macdonal, SUDWAY.

Horrible place. My vehicle has been broken into and vandalized. Dont live here. Also experienced people driving horribly by tailgating and then almost hitting my vehicle. The landlorf guy is rude as all hell. No parking either. Live somewhere else.
