Awesome playground next to a big open field. Has two parts one for 5 and under and the other caters to 5 and above. Many varieties of play structures for kids to enjoy for couple hours.

Lots of toys and equipment for all ages, plenty of seating for parents and such and well maintained and clean

My five year old daughter asks to come here everyday, unfortunately we live in Bellingham.

Fun park for kids, new equipment. Volunteering to help build it makes it that much more enjoyable!

This is one of my sons favorite playground that he loves to play on. I like that there is an endless amount of areas to climb areas on. That it made of wood and it keeps my son entertained for hours of endless play. The many different types of areas of swing they have like the tire swing. Neat little house area even have a smaller playground for smaller children. Love that they have a cover area to sit down and watch your child play. Also love that they have 2 inside bathroom and its well ventilated so it doesnt stink.

Still closed due to covid... Would have loved to play here.

This place is so very magical. Especially during the Christmas season. The period clothing and genuine character of the workers, really give the feel of our past. This gave me a real appreciation for what we sometimes take for granted. Ive gone now, every Christmas for 6 years now.

This is the coolest park in Ferndale or even Bellingham probably. Your kids will love it and it is next to the community garden. Make a day with the kids

Quiet, clean, not much else to say. Its well maintained.

New play ground built in 2016 by the community. Has large play equipment for big kids and a separate area with equipment safer for smaller kids. My kids love it here. Doesnt have a restroom but there is a port-o-potty in the parking lot for emergencies.

This is the kids favorite all time park. Lots to do and stuff for both big and little kids.

If you have kids this is a fun place to go with them it is Ferndale always other kids to play with and as a parent it is also fun for you and them and the rest of the parents there are always very friendly

So happy they built this! I would recommend a few trees be planted on the south side of the park as the equipment can get very hot during the warm days.

Great area for younger and older children (2 and a 5 year old) to run around and easy to keep an eye on on both at once

Such a beautiful park. Restrooms could be cleaner and they could also have diaper changers though.

Big playground for kids of all ages with baseball & soccer fields. Across the street is the river you can walk next to on the short gravel path. This place has a parking lot with 2 single bathrooms & Picnic tables. Fun time for the kids.

One of the best parks in whatcom county I think. Adults can run around and play with there kids here. The one I think that’s is the best is the one out in linden by the Industrial area/creek

Wow super cool playground. Lots of fun for kids and their adults. Big kid swings, little kids swings, teeter totter, slides, climbing bars, more slides. Great for lava monster tag.

My absolute favorite park! Really good for multiple ages and the park structures don’t feel as cramped as the ones at the Lynden City Park. The divide between the larger kid side and smaller kid side is also very nice and it’s great that there is a field nearby to run around in when you have energetic children!

This park, built entirely by volunteers, is wheelchair accessible, beautiful and by far, the most fun you will ever have on a playground.

Great for younger kids. All kinds of cool playground stiff I wish was around when I was a kid. Some stuff Id never seen before.

Awesome park I love the warm open atmosphere, the park itself has a very open design and is accommodating enough for parents to run around on the equipment arrive after there kiddos! We love the star shaped Merry go round!

Great park. It seems to go on and on. Only issue is there is no shade from nearby trees so it can get really hot.

Awesome park that the community helped build. Its also one of the few wheelchair accessible parks. There is a climbing wall and ropes, bridges, tubes, several different swings. And of course plenty of slides.

I can say its the biggest park Ive ever seen in Whatcom County! This place is humongous and there is so much to do. The good thing is that its near 2 other parks which are also awesome. I love to play with my girl their. The biggest problem: the sun. It was really warm and the sun was hitting hard on us! We couldnt spend much time in there because of the sun and the play park was getting warm. My baby couldnt slide because they were so hot!

By far the best park in Ferndale. Plenty of things to climb on, slides, and swings. We go there at least a couple times a week.

Brilliant play space for all ages. Disappointed in the family who donated a fence picket that says SF 49ers fans for life though, this is Seahawks territory.

Too many kindergartners, and we got kicked out twice.

This is a geat park. It has a toddler and bigger kid area. There are porta-potties with a sanitizer station. Goggle maps has yet to update its info to get you there but it gets you close.

My grand children absolutely love the play ground. Thank you Ferndale.
