I honestly had never held much interest in escape rooms, but I actually cant wait to go back here. The room we did was super unique and the hour FLEW by. The employee there was super awesome and really attentive. Give that dude a raise for sure. Made the whole experience epic!

We had a fun time at this escape room. Small rooms but really interactive. Loved that we had phone calls coming in the room going along with the act. Super fun with families and work groups. Only negative was that the air was broken. Wish they had an option to pay per person instead of one person paying for the whole group (around $150) for an hour.

Friendly, considerate staff. Clean. Great time as usual spending an hour solving puzzles!

Took the WhyteSpyder.com team there for a team building event and our quarterly business meeting. The team had a blast! Mark and Corey were incredibly helpful. The team has already suggested we go back.

I took a soccer team I help coach l. We split in to 3 different rooms. All the kids had a great time. They were so kind and worked with us when our dinner reservations ran later than expected. Very well put together rooms and each was very different but very fun!

What a perfect birthday adventure, suggested by my (grown) kids! Alex was super helpful...and funny and attentive--the perfect host! We chose the Clue Me In room. He explained parameters thoroughly and was very patient with questions. He was very personable, which isnt always the case with escape room hosts. Newbies may wonder whether escape rooms are worth the cost--well, they are!! What great memories made, fun had, and lots of conversation afterwards with our team about how it all played out. The best part this go around...?...we escaped!!! Happy Birthday to me!

Visited NWA Escape Room on 12/4/19 with a team of 21 managers from my Company. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the challenges offered by three of the Escape Rooms. It was a challenging and enjoyable team-building event. I highly recommend this for a group of friends, family, or business group event.

This was a great time! An escape room is great for families, church groups, team building, and get togethers of all kinds. Ill just brag a bit and say my group escaped!

I’m sure this is a good experience for escape room first-timers, or younger crowds. But having been to other escape rooms in bigger cities, this one ended up being fairly underwhelming. other escape rooms have all kinds of different riddles and interactive components while the room we did here had a lot of combination locks with papers in drawers. the hosts were great but the execution of the room fell short in variety and complexity.Updated review 11/7/19 - Didnt mean any harm from my review, just trying to provide honest feedback.

We did a teen birthday party here with a great experience. The staff members were very kind and helpful and the escape room itself was lots of fun with many different things to do and figure out, not just a series of locks. We loved it!

We had a great time! Did the Untouchables scenario. The puzzles were difficult and with just the two of us we didnt quite get through everything in the hour, but the experience was great. The girl who handled our experience gave a great intro and never let us stay stuck for long without a hint. I will absolutely be back.

What a great experience! We attempted the Revengers room. Although we didnt escape, we had fun trying to decode the puzzles. Great customer service as well. We definitely plan on going back when the in-laws visit later this year.

Super fun! Went with a group of four, including myself and took their easiest room. It was certainly challenging but nothing too frustrating. Its not designed to scare you but make you think. A lot more fun than expected!

All my group found the whole experience disappointing. There was nothing to escape from. They wanted us to embark on some play acting and try and work out clues like you might find in kids activity books but made hard, simply, by the lack of directions. The props were all well used and one combination lock wouldnt open with the correct code not that we cared by that point.Reply - Thanks for the reply but we were only visiting that area so are not interested in doing anything else and feel the comments were explanatory.

This was our first escape room experience and we had a blast! We did the Clue-themed room and (with some help from our room guy, Alex), figured who, what, where, and why. Well worth the money, and the time just flew by. We will definitely be back to try other rooms in the future!

Unique escape room experience! We had a mix of first-timers and veteran escapists in our room, and everyone had a great time. I really enjoyed the intention of encouraging everyone to work together to find an answer before time ran out, rather than simply opening lock after lock like some other rooms. I also appreciate companies that steer away from violent themes for their rooms. This one was great! Would love to come back!

If you want to book a room by a call, you need to provide the card number, CVV, name. Why they need everything of a card instead of other things? Besides, we cannot go there&pay cash even if we go there immediately.

My wife and I went through the Al Capone room last night. It was a blast! We were able to work together to escape the room, even with an interruption for moving what shouldnt be moved haha - we beat it with 7 minutes to spare! It was a great experience and we would love to come back for the other rooms.

Our family of five (with kids aged 13, 10, and 7) chose the Revengers Rescue challenge, and though we did not solve the room in time, we had such a blast!! We thought the room was very unique and inventive. The place was clean and the staff was super friendly. It was a great hour of quality time together. We would highly recommend it!!

We definitely felt challenged and were brought closer together because of it. Were all counting on when we can go again!My 2nd experience here was even better than the first! We did a triple date in the Clue Me In room, and not only was it so fun for any Clue-enthusiast, such as myself, but it was all a set up for my proposal! This place will always have a special place in my heart, and the staff is so kind and thoughtful. The rooms are challenging and engaging! ;) I couldnt ask for more in an escape room experience!

This was my first time to an escape room and my wife and I loved it! It was so much fun! We had 4 of our friends with us and from the moment you walk in your mind will be hard at work. I had so much fun with my family at the Escape room last week! We did the Doctor Who room and completed it with less than 5 minutes left. The experience requires team work and some critical thinking skills. However, if you are stuck, they will try to give you clues. There is a fine line between not giving away the answer and not making you feel like an idiot for not figuring it out. The employee was great at helping us! Very entertaining experience!

We had a great time checking out the new NWA Escape Room with friends over the holiday weekend. We love games, and it was so fun to step into a game like this. The challenge had some really creative and thoughtful elements. The hour we were sleuthing flew by! I would recommend this as a creative group entertainment.

The NWA Escape Room is an exciting, challenging, and heart-pounding hour. Lots of clues to figure out, locks to unlock, and logic puzzles to solve. It is a great activity for families or business groups. I didnt escape within the hour when I did it, but it was still very enjoyable and a great time with friends! I highly recommend it!

I took my CAR Clinic staff for a team building event at NWA Escape Room. There was great team building FUN with this awesome company. My staff worked well together and they had a blast while solving the clues. Definitely recommend to others. You wont be disappointed!

If you are looking for a challenging interactive puzzle with friends and family then look no further. I have gone twice and have not been disappointed. Word on the street is that theyll be moving to a different site with more rooms!

Loved it. The concept is new and different. The puzzle was challenging but not impossible, and Id have enjoyed it even if we didnt escape. The staff was fantastic as well.
