Milstone 14 is a great theater and once they open back up everyone should get out to enjoy movie.

We bought our presale tickets for todays showing How to Train Your Dragon. We couldnt find seats that allowed all 6 of us together so they nicely gave us options to give us a refund or watch another show! This was our first time here. I like how it wasnt as busy as the amc 14s. The lines move quicker, but the downside is the theatre is a little bit smaller so it fills up faster. Pricing I think was a little cheaper as well! Staff was nice and friendly! Will check this theatre for showings before AMC 14.

Great movie theater. Saw the Sonic Movie there before all this craziness happened. I’ve always enjoyed going to the movies. It’s probably the one thing I’m looking forward to opening back up. I highly recommend giving Millstone 14 a visit

Really upset bought my tickets to watch Hustlers for me and my husband and we have our 3 month old baby with us, for a rated R movie when we get in the movie and get comfy movie is just starting 2 associates come and tell me and my husband we have to leave that they have a policy children are not allowed to watch rated R movies Ive never in my life been more upset and hurt been ready to watch this movie and cant I will never be back. I have another child and we have been to the movies before with him as a baby and never had this problem.

Took the family to see a movie tonight. It was a horrible movie! We decided to leave about halfway through. The theater itself was nice. The concession stand had lots of options and the staff were friendly. The manager was nice enough to refund the ticket cost. I really appreciate that because i know she didnt have to. We will be repeat customers. Well just have to be more careful when choosing the movie next time.

Love this theater and the staff that works here. One of the best priced movie theaters in the area with the best rewards program, actually see your rewards and its a free program. Facility is kept clean both bathrooms and theaters themself. Enjoy flashback cinema showings and newest movie showings. Highly recommend and I go all the time with the family or by myself.

I love Millstone 14. Great slate of titles. Spacious theatres and aisles for easy in, easy out and getting around. Complete concession stand and friendly, accommodating staff!

The service is good the movie areas are good air conditioning has a little bit too cold. The guy. That took our tickets told us the wrong movie number to go into turned out that movie didnt start for another hour fortunately I found out from someone else that wouldnt need to go to another number theater

Millstone is a great place for families to spend time. We always feel safe and welcomed!

Management is super degrading and RUDE to their staff. I think I’ll be telling people to take their business to one of the other nice theaters in the area that knows how to treat their staff better. Seriously, who tells their staff that they won’t respond to the title “management”. They have to be Mr. Or Ms., while degrading their employee for trying to ask a simple question Way to create a hostile work environment Millstone.

Love Millstone, only place to go to see a movie. Seats are always so comfortable.

Nice selection of movies to choose from. The concessions were busy but the lines were moving right along. Plenty of parking. A place for the entire family.

Detective Pikachu - A Long Overdue OutingWent to go see this with the kids. No complaints here, the movie theater was completely clean surprisingly. No pop corn, no rude patrons in there. My children and I were able to watch the movie in peace. The prices were affordable and the attendants at the desk and at the lobby counter were professional and courteous. I always have a pleasant experience whenever I go to the movies at Millstone!

They now sell wine and beer at this movie theater.Not to sure if thats a good idea! But I did enjoyed Maleficent.

Very rude attendants and overpriced for the service that you you recieve

I like the matinee ticket prices, it makes going to the theatre not feel like i am getting robbed. They also have 5 dollar days and 1 dollar summer movie days for kids. The seating is pretty comfortable and i like that the seats rock because i am a bit of a fidgeter. There are plenty of restaurants around the theatre as well which also makes this location appealing.

We received the best customer service last week! Victoria was a wonderful cashier and provided the quickest service weve ever gotten at Millstone. Wonderful movie and great popcorn!

The MANAGEMENT TEAM (not the workers) are rude

The theater was a nice size and very comfortable. I would say in that aspect they are the best in the area. But I would be extra careful not to leave anything of value here. My credit card and ID fell out of my pocket. I realized it as soon as we got home and called immediately to be received by a manager rudely proclaiming they were closed. We called again in the morning before they opened and my husband searched for it himself personally. It miraculously appeared and we got a phone call 4 days after it had fallen out. I appreciate getting my ID back and had already cancelled the credit card. But, there should be better communication between staff and better customer service.

The staff are rude and the policies are outdated. If I buy my 17 year old a ticket to see a movie why do I need to hold her hand during the entire movie? I have enough common sense to know what rates R may or may not contain throughout the movie. But a 21 year old can walk a 5 year old into that same movie??? It’s not just the policy, it’s the rude behavior of the 45 year old man tearing ticket stubs power tripping on young girls. When he asked to see their ID to prove they are 17, I stood there and watched as no other movie goer was asked to present their ID!

This is normally our theater we go to every month as a family. However, they have made it clear that the families of military no longer matter. Military discount is only for a single active duty ticket. That being said, their seats are nice even though everything else is insanely expensive.

A really nice place to hang out and watch movies! The place is clean, is in a great location and not far from where I live! Also five dollar Tuesday for a small combo!

My honey and I go almost every week. On Tuesdays! Two of us can enjoy a movie for only $20.00!

They have excellent matinee prices before 2pm. Watch out for the throngs of children, though! And I love when they play the old movies. Its usually pretty clean and seems to be well-managed. I have known many people that worked here and they spoke well of it.

The last time I was at Stone Theatres - Millstone, in Hope Mills, I saw Black Panther. Everyone already knows the movie was great!! The theater was clean, and there were plenty of ushers working to direct everyone to their appropriate theaters within the complex. It was a pleasant experience.

We really like this movie theater. The only suggestion I have is to make the fandango machines operable during the week, during the day. Having to wait in the normal line out front to get fandango tickets, really defeats the purpose. I realize they are doing this to cut down on staff needed. But they obviously need the extra help. Our movie today started late and they still have fluorescent lights on that are normally never on.

Had small problem with the movie but someone came and reassured us it would be starting soon. By passed all the beginning stuff and went straight to the movie. I so wish people would leave there phones in their car or not bring them at all. Very rude !

Theatre was very clean every time Ive visited. Great location with plenty to do before or after your movie. Great staff with good amount of theatres for a good variety of movies to choose from.

Single parents or anyone without a babysitter, good luck going to see any movie rated R. Although you’re a grown adult, taking a child who can’t even comprehend what’s happening on screen and sleeps through the movies you’re not allowed to take any of them in that are younger than 6 after 6pm. So good job millstone, you’ve lost my business from now on. Your date night rules are bull$hit and your concessions are incredibly overpriced.

Very, very nice theatre. It is very well decorated and designed. There are always police officers and security, which is an added bonus although the parking lot is well-lit and I have never felt unsafe. The staff is gracious and nice. Military discount! Love this place!
