They are very safe and cautious during this COVID 19 time. They are separating people and being safe. They have a good menu and food. The popcorn is always good and hot. They’re IMAX is really cool and I recommend you go there to which ever movie that they are showing. It’s honestly a really good theatre.

If it wasnt for the outrageous cost of snacks, this experience would be better. Next time I will come after having just eaten so I dont spend an additional $20 on snacks. The IMAX theater is worth the cost, as the sound and image is incredible!

Staff was friendly as can be and it was nice n clean. Thank You to the Razorback Malco and their employees especially during this crazy pandemic. We will definitely be back

Was expecting more menu items but what was provided didnt disappoint. Movie was good too.

I’ve always loved this theater. From the moment you walk in it feels like an experience. A good one at that. They have a good selection of theater food. I’ve never had a bad experience here.The IMAX: The new IMAX inside the building doesn’t seem like a true IMAX theater. It seems like the extra small version. I would say it’s a Mini-MAX. It’s not a legit one like you will find in Tulsa or Branson. Sound is legit though. I love the recliners they have now.

My best friend worked here before COVID! The place to be for Marvel Premiers and just regular movie outings w the buds! The full menu of tasty food is nice, if a bit expensive but that’s what you get when you go here. Excellent service, clean restrooms, and they’ll even bring you your food!

I saw unhinged. The movie was great. What scared me is the real life aspect. Its something we see everyday. Knowing something like this actually happens makes it more real.

Great time. You have to wear a mask, they take your temp. There were only 8 total people in the entire IMAX.

Concessions are pricey...as they are in all theaters, but the overall experience was good as usual. I like the self-service ticket kiosks. I typically attend afternoon/matinees so choice in seating is never an issue even on weekends (unless its a huge blockbuster). The ATMOS screens are now my fave here because they have recline seating and sadly the IMAX here does not.

I wish more movies were out and that covid 19 will be gone soon

This one of the nicer theaters in the NWA area. Standard set up, and standard theater prices. Ive never had a bad time. Its clean, and the staff are friendly.

Pretty standard theater experience with reserved seats, recliners, plenty of space, etc. And 12.50 for tub of popcorn and giant drink.But what got this theater a 5 Star review was the staffs concern and cooperation in finding and returning our 4 y/o granddaughters cherished treasure that we discovered she was missing after we returned home. So we called to ask if they could find it.It was not a valuable thing and easily replaced, but the staff went the distance to track it down and arrange its return. Awesome!

We pick our movie and get our tickets on line. Its easy, even I can do it! Lol.. saves time at the theater. We are glad they show Christian movies, too. We often enjoy the grill food. Nice touch for a positive relaxing experience!

Great theater never bad service

Great food if you choose to buy it. You pay more than you want but the food is actually high in variety and tasty. Excellent chairs, to bad you cant pull the armrest up to cuddle. Say hi to Tony! Hes the man. Helped is a lot with information.

As always awesome, theater was perfect temperature and clean. Good service great burger! Probably the best fries in town also. Food doesnt take long to be made, is rather costly but hey its a movie theater what do you expect. Great sounds great seats great food. Git er dun!

We love the comfortable reclining seats. Sound and picture quality both are great. Concessions staff were very friendly, and my kids really enjoyed the tiny popcorn seasoning as a fun upgrade to the (and only $1).

Didnt even bother to clean the spilled popcorn and empty soda containers between showings. Dirty and disgusting. Really upset I paid $20 for a fathom event and got this kind of service.

The theatre was clean, and movies were timely. Staff acted like they wanted to be somewhere else. I really didnt care for the concession stand because the popcorn was cold and you have to put your own butter on it, which means you can only get butter on top not throughout the bucket. The popcorn is popped in a back room, dumped into a tub and then dumped into holding bins that arent heated. Thats why its cold. I much prefer the theatres in Rogers.

This is a really good theater, I Guess to explain my love for this theater, I have to go into a little bit of history. Movie theaters in the 1980s used to be gorgeous, very lush and fantastic architecture. Then there was a decline in that trend for about 20 years. Now theaters have realized that people can bootleg and watch anything online, anytime. Even movies that just came out. So the movie theater has to offer an experience you cant get at home. And these guys really get it. They have a nice coffee bar and little bistro restaurant, the regular snack bar has a wide selection, the place is clean and gorgeous, the reclining seats are lovely & its great to be able to reserve seats next to each other for your party. Its a chain, of course, so nothing unique. And expensive like all theaters. One fun unusual thing, you can order a pizza from their restaurant and get it delivered directly to your seat.

Malco Razorback Cinema has it all; every blockbuster imaginable multiple times a night, amazing picture, impeccably crisp and booming sound, comfortable reclining seating, and fun, irregular showings, such as Studio Ghibli films and Friends reruns, all on the big screen. Indulge in highly priced--but perhaps worth it for the venue--snacks and drinks (alcoholic and virgin). Butter the popcorn. Order the beer. Lean the seat back. Live life.

My wife and I lived the reclining chairs! These chairs are provided in every theater except the IMAX theater. We will definitely visit again!

This is where my daughter and I go to have daughter/dad time. Love the recliners ! Plus we can order food and enjoy it while watching our movie. Plus there is a IMAX for the movies you want to enjoy that extra experience.

I am happy with the facility and movies offered. However, I am fairly distraught to hear if the $4.50 booking fee. Finding ways to not hire as many workers, and then charging the customer (in my case) 15% more for the product, which ultimately makes it more convenient for them!!

Standard Malco theater. Screen and audio quality is good.What I really like is that they participate in Fathom Events screenings.Getting to see films like Saving Private Ryan or ALIEN on the big screen in 2019 is really nice!

Reclining chairs were extremely comfortable! There was some popcorn in my seat but the rest of the theater looked pretty clean. The attitudes of the employees were not the greatest (girl at the popcorn counter and the guy taking our tickets). The bartender was very kind and helpful. Although the drinks are very expensive... My glass of wine was $10 but I guess we expected that.

Pretty decent classic movie theater. I went to a regular showing not IMAX. There were recliners, and I payed at a touchscreen kiosk, and I picked my seat from the kiosk as well. Pretty clean. One bad thing is I had to pay 75¢ for a 6 ounce water cup. Like come on. Other than that totally nice average theater.

This is a great movie theater. They have a full bar with wine beer and liquor. They also have the most comfortable seats that Ive ever say in in any theater ever. The staff is also very friendly.

It’s a hit or a miss. Depending on the staff you can either have an amazing experience or a terrible experience. The prices have also recently risen due to their renovations... however the quality hasn’t wavered.

Best theater in town. Hands down. If you are going to see a movie go here. And I love that they added reserved seating with tickets. Best decision ever. They also added in seat delivery of most of their food. Which I’ll likely never use, but I think it’s a nice addition for any theater to be able to offer.

During one of the most intense and dramatic scenes you could almost hear a pin drop.... Then an employee decided to change the trash cans?? Why, it disrupted the entire audience. Two guests got up and asked the employee to not do that so loudly but the employee continued on disrupting the movie. What a bummer.Also, the un attentive and slow popcorn stands and the creeky recliners growing louder and louder deserves the two stars.

Super nice theater. I love getting to pick my seat ahead of time and getting to pay too. So convenient. Very comfortable seats too. The whole experience is pretty plush.

Ticket prices were good, I eat alot of popcorn, the popcorn today was marginal, small kernels and pieces, no butter in the middle when I asked, my friend had a chicken sandwich with fries which was very tasty. This was my first time there, I did not see a condiments station to put extra butter on the popcorn. The staff was nice.

The chairs where good. They have chairs that recline. It was a nice theater. The restrooms where clean. The only reason I didnt give this place a five star rating is I could hear the movie in the next room during its action scenes. If you are watching the loud movie this is the place to go. If you are not, its not bad and I didnt notice it through most of the movie I was watching. Worth giving this place a try.

Very clean, features imax and 3D screening, plenty of snack options as well as built in Grill and Bar which is always nice when you wanna do dinner and a Movie. Prices are fairly accurate in comparison with other theaters but still a tad pricey.

I took my two daughters and their two friends to a matinee to see Frozen 2 and honestly I was worried I would be spending over $100 just because of it being a total of five of us and in reality I was surprised only paid $40 and everyone that was very helpful to let us know of the extra credits along with the comfortable seating and just overall grade time that I had with my daughters in her friends

Comfortable seating, climate controlled to be comfortable. Ive been in theaters that were hot so you had to buy drinks I dont think they play those games . Clean bathrooms great experience I expect Ill go every month.

I enjoy the Atmos Sound Experience they offer. The directional sound is beyond former surround sound and really makes a difference in the movies they show. Pay a little extra, get a little extra. If youre going to see something that doesnt have action sequences, their regular cinemas are fine. Theres also a bar.

I liked my experience here as it’s closer to home as well however it seems more expensive then the AMC at the Fiesta Square.Love the reclining seats. Very different experience from California. It’s a bit cumbersome to select your seating especially as we don’t reserve in advance. Going to the movies is usually a last minute decision for me.

We enjoyed ourselves so much at this theater!!! I am so used to the cost of tickets being higher at most Texas theaters, so we were pleasantly surprised by how much lower it was here! Plus the fact that you could order your food at the concession line and then have it brought to you was amazing!!! The seating was nice...the theater itself was nice... everything felt like five star! Will definitely be going back when I visit Arkansas again!

Fine. Though I felt a bit singled out. I went to see detective pikachu alone and biked there so I had my backpack present with me (For snacks, water and my phone and change of clean clothes as I sweat when biking in heat) I was asked if it could be checked for security purposes again fine as I had nothing to hide, ultimately they found nothing (obviously) and said theyd have to hold on to it, which I was of course fine with and understood. I then went to go watch the movie and as I was sitting in my seat the manager who checked my bag previously came up to my seat row, stared at me for about 5 seconds, said nothing and left. Just felt a little singled out, am I strange for seeing a movie alone? Otherwise a wonderful place to..take a date or a group of friends.

It had a been along time since i have been, but it is great now. Prices for tickets are nice, food is a little high. Chairs are so great. No matter where i sit i dont have to worry about room for my service dog

I went there for the first time with my husband to watch the Avengers: Infinity War movie in IMAX. Spent $30 for 2 tickets (more expensive for a worthwhile experience). The theatre seats were Very comfortable. When we arrived, we found out they do reserved seating. We werent sure which seats to reserve, so the lady at the counter suggested choosing between rows F, G, or H because they are the most centered with audio surround sound. I liked reserved seating because I didnt have to worry about someone stealing my seat whenever I needed to get concessions or use the bathroom. The food there is decent, if expensive. My husbands burger was cooked about medium well (we like ours ruined, lol), which was a surprise. If you also like your meat well done, make sure to request it so. They cook everything to order, so when we placed our order, they gave us one of those devices that flashes and vibrates when your order is ready.Overall, I really enjoyed the experience. I was so happy to watch the Avengers movie in IMAX, it was great! You still have time to watch it, so go do it (date: may 24, 2018)

What a treat it was seeing a show here! The little small town (read: crappy) theater where I live has kept me from spending any of my money on new movies. Bohemian Rhapsody was fabulous with the incredible sound! I was dancing in my extremely comfortable reclining seat through the concert footage.

One of the cleanest facilities I know. And the staff are nothing but friendly. Its the closest and only theater Ill go to because of its quality and maintenance.

Good cinema with comfy chairs, the snacks are VERY overpriced (5$ for something you could get at Walmart for 1$) which is standard I suppose. Booking online with Fandango has a sizeable markup, and theres assigned seating, so you either have to suffer through it or go there and buy tickets beforehand

Great theater. Wonderful seats and very clean. Thankful for them showing Saving Private Ryan for the D-Day anniversary.

Although the tickets are expensive now that they are officially a recliner / IMAX theater, this is our favorite. They have partitions in front of each row, giving you even a little more of a barrier from the people sitting in front and behind you. Its kept pretty clean, and the staff has always been pretty courteous. Several places to eat surrounding it.

This place is really nice. They have a bar and snacks for food. It has a wishing fountain and looks very nice. The IMAX movies have a bigger screen but they don’t have reclining chairs. In the normal ones they do have reclining seats. There is reserved seating so it is best to buy the tickets early on. You can look at the movie times on the website and buy tickets on the websites. This is a very nice theater.

Reclining seats make it a comfortable movie experience. Food is a little pricey, but good. If you get cold easy bring a blanket.

Good seats. Theyve got a lounge and restaurant in there now, plenty of people to keep lines moving. Good audio, good visuals and comfortable seats. Bathrooms are clearly marked and easily accessible, as well as clean. Two online ticket purchase kiosks are available to save time. Arcade seems to have a decent number of functional machines. The foundation is also quite pleasant.

It was wonderful. Nice comfortable seats very clean theater and people were very friendly. My only complaint is that 2 drinks and 1 popcorn cost more than 2 people admission. In my opinion thats RIDICULOUS !

The theaters are always clean as are the bathrooms. Best seats are row D seats 3-5 in those nice new easy chairs.

Malco Razorback Cinema provides a pleasant atmosphere in which to enjoy the movie of your choice how you choose. An IMAX theatre is present for those who enjoy the big screen, while I normally choose to sit in one of their many Dolby Atmos cinemas. You get control of your experience.

This cinema is easily the best in the area, the prices for concessions and ticket admissions may be a little high but the theater is great and has nice staff. Be sure to ask about the student discount at the door and for big movies make sure to buy ahead of time.

I love this theatre!I never got to visit before they added the reclining seats, but they are awesome. I love the amount of space you get to yourself when watching a movie here.

I put one star. Actually, I wanted to put both a 5 star rating for the past... and then a 1 star rating for how it is now. I dont suppose that Ill be going back. They have set it up so that you have to pick your seat before you enter. The days of buying a ticket, then walking in, picking a seat, sitting down are gone. You now pick your seat when you buy the ticket. Its no longer she who gets there first gets to pick. You could settle for scraps.... but then if someone sits next to you that you dont want to partner the movie with, what do you do? Youve paid for a specific seat. Can you just get up and move? What if someone else has bought that seat but hasnt shown up yet? One of my great joys in life was going to the movies, opera too, especially here at Malco. I will never go again if I have to pick my seat before I go. Nope.

Went to see Chonda Pierce Unashamed with Jeannine and Audrey. Great performance. Funny and inspiring.

The burgers from the grill are so very delicious! They come with Cajun fries which are so good!
