Lived here 4 years with different managements. It’s a mobile home park. Lived in a few over the last 40 years and this one is good one. Location is top notch. The people here try to make there homes and property look good! No problems with crime! Fairfield police show themselves thank to management. You can’t beat the price to live here. Check it out!

Went to visit a friend not a very clean place lot of criminal activity going on had to help people on their trailer fixing things did not like it at all

Horning Mobile Manor is a great place to live and its very quiet.

Its nice but the manager, likes to harass tenants for no good reason

I got lost and entered this place, might be the best wrong turn I ever made. Its beautiful there.

Pretty nice as far as local trailer parks. I did get catcalled buy some old man while driving through

Its a nice community, neighbors are friendly, allows small animals. Its an ok place yup live or own a trailer.

Its a quiet place. Not much room for parking

There is a very rude man who lives in this park, he has lived there for years and he actually enjoys running people out of the park! He seems to think he is The Trailer Park King, management does NOT help anyone who has a concern with this neighbor from hell.
