We would like to commend this parks manager on a job well done!! We own a small local tree service and have been contracted to do work within the park several times. Bobbi, the park manager, takes a genuine interest in the condition of the park and the safety of the residents. She is professional, yet very easy to work for and communicate with. The residents seem to be pleased with the work being done in the park and are happy to know they have a manager that is working hard to make their community a great place to live. Keep up the good work Bobbi!!

My family and I have lived here for a little less than a year and we love it! Our neighbors are all so nice, plenty of kids for my kids to play with, and pretty much overall a nice and quiet little community. Bobbi is fantastic running the office! Always very friendly and very courteous. Maintenance is awesome! Have a problem and they are right on it!

This placed has really turned around. Its a very clean and quiet place to live. Bobbi has been a great manager. She really stays on top of things, listens to her residents and gets things done. Im quite satisfied living in this community.

I have lived at Fairfield Acres for 18 years. I am pretty pleased with the new owners and what they have accomplished so far. However I will give our property manager Bobbi 5+ STARS, as she goes above and beyond for all of us residents. I don’t know what any of us would do without her.

The manager at this Community is one of the best managers I’ve ever met she not only does her job but she goes way above and beyond. After living in a trailer park community for 20 years I’ve never met A manager like her!!!

New ownership has taken this once nice park and turned it into a nightmare. Older residents who have lived there 25 plus years are getting notes upon notes upon notes asking for documentation of every single thing, ie repair work, dog license, insurance, you name it. Not that these things aren’t a great idea, it just makes a 78 year old woman upset.

34 yr residents, new management and a lot of needed repairs and upgrades happening.UpdateRepairs were nice, glad to see new homes but theyve decided to turn them into rentals. I pay 400 a month to live here new rentals are paying 900 to 1200 a month. Not worth it anymore. This used to be a community of homeowners now were half full of renters who are here one month and gone the next.

Love my neighbors and like this place to live in all the stores are really near the mobile homes food stores and etc i like living here the only thing is that theres been alot of changes some good some bad but youll get used to it

I’m giving a 5 star cause this place is changing . It was a hot mess . But with our new Manager Bobby things are changing, she actually listen to the resident issues and solves our issues as quickly as possible .

This place has changed a lot maybe like 2 years ago or a year ago wasnt like how it is now they actually have a bunch of new trailer in the streets they all are really nice brand new and is really clean the rent went out a little bit but I think is worth it nice
