Chris is a gift from God! My wife and I have lived in this park for more than 4 years and never met anybody here who cared about what we had to say. Chris talked with us for a long time and listened to everything we have to say. we told him about our problems and the very next day he fixed them for us! Michael and Lydia were always so rude. after talking to chris for 20 minutes we know that our park is only going to get better! God Bless you Chris!

Clean park and the manager couldnt be any nicer, he spent an hour and a half in the pouring rain and ankle deep water to help me get parked. This was when California was being hit by three major storms one after the other. He was also able to transfer us over here the same day when the park in Davis didnt have our spot available.We have a triple slide 30ft fifth wheel and at least with the spots available now this was the only one we could fit in. So keep that in mind if you have a large rig, you may not fit. The manager should be able to let you know. He was excellent at getting me into the spot as I was alone and therfore should be able to tell you what would it wouldnt fit.Im very happy right now but Ive just arrived but Im impressed with the somewhat new manager from what I understand from other reviews. It sounds like he really cleaned it up. Probably the nicest manager Ive dealt with in four years of full-timing and weve been to a lot of parks.

My parents have been long term residents here in FMHP Est. 04. Throughout the years, it seems weve had decent managers. This new manager (female, I cant remember her name) is fixing the place up! Its starting to look like a community! White picket fence with nice landscape designs. Im sure its still work in progress but its coming long marvelously. Great progress!! Hopefully the Park can finally get the laundromat back up and running again!!

I have lived here 2+yrs. Alot has changed since Ive been here. We have a great new onsite manager her name is Lydia Mitchell, and she is doing great job. This park is clean, quiet and a peaceful community to live in. The new Corporate office is awesome as well.

Neighbors are really nice and quite. The park is very nice and the manager lydia is very nice and always their when we need her. She works really hard to keep the park clean

Ask for Lydia Mitchell. She is so helpful and patient. She will make time for your questions and walking the property with you. She is easily the best service related person I have dealt with in the last 5 years of any kind. Very responsive.

Park is easy to miss driving by, but nice and quiet once you find it!

I really am pleased to be a new resident in this park. Lydia the manager was the most pleasent and manger i have ever seen. She was such a blessing working over time to make sure my family andvi are taken care of. The park is very maintained. Im greatful to be a new resident here.

Great rv park they have a new manager and she is amazing. She makes sure the park is clean at all times, she is friendly and always there for you.

Very homey place to live at with family

Actually, I rate it BOTH a 5 star and a 1 star. THE GOOD: Very professionally run. Full range of facilities including pool, spa and separate fitness and rec centers, laundry room, 48 cable channels, showers, dog friendly (though I did not see an actual dog run), storage units and one of the best recycling/garbage areas Ive ever come across. Park is clean, well maintained, properly paved, flat spaces, tree lined. So, why also a 1 star? THE BAD: With more than 400 spaces, there is always someone nearby idling a diesel engine or banging about. With 400 spaces, the showers were so far away, we used our own tiny, mini-motorhome shower rather than hike to theirs. The tree-lined park blocked my satellite service to DirecTV (space 15) so we used their cable service but it was of very poor signal (would be IMPOSSIBLE to watch a football or baseball game; okay for the evening news). Airport and train noise is not horrible but is definitely audible. Because it is so large, it felt like being in a condo complex (kinda tight between the units).

Very disappointed when I visited. The place is a dump and there is garbage piled high outside some of the units which looks looks not only as death trips but also could pose as health hazards.

Its ok but there is a lot of cockroaches

Recently, this park has changed management. There is occasionally loud vehicles driving through the park or people working on boat engines. They seem to have some sewer troubles and people have started moving out.However, the possitives outweigh the negatives. The management seems sensitive to the needs of the residents. The location is ideal for my wife and me.

They dont give back your deposits that are outrageous for a piece of dirt, they screwed us on my sons deposit, my moms and ours.
