I come here quite often. There is a nice smooth paved trail circling the park as well as a gravel path to a common dog area for swimming in Silver Lake. There is a small dock and many a swimmer, kayaker, or paddle boarder enter and exit here. A large dock a bit further down hosts fishermen. Cannot say that Ive ever seen them with a good catch. There are signs up for not feeding the ducks, but the way they follow you around, they clearly eat well. Yesterday, I saw a 7 inch crayfish crawling along the shore. A girl that lives in the adjacent apartment complex said they are plentiful in the lake. There is a pavillion with a grill, a decent playground, and clean bathrooms - though theyre locked up with the pandemic.

This is Silver Lake in Everett. A quaint calm lake. A nice park with grassy area lakefront Beach pier for fishing. Often used to launch inflatable.Cons: Bathrooms are often closed, no trash cans to be found.

PROS: Access to the piers, ducks (do not feed) restaurant, and path.Covered area (rental: pavilion), small bbq grill, n sink.Small playground areaCONS: Large grassy muddy area (A LOT of poop!) On days when its hot, it smells!Water fountain, disgusting.Bathroom: Well, its PUBLIC...currently closed due to COVID-19.

This is a pretty small park, but there is also a huge field, a covered area, and its right by Silver Lake. There is a 4 seater teeter totter which is big enough for adults (yes, I had my husband teeter with me and it was fun!), a smaller 2 seater, a nice play structure, and sphere merry go round that the only picture I took was when I was playing with filters, but you get the idea. There are 2 regular slides and one with rollers that is bumpy and fun for the kids. You can walk over to the lake and there are a few docks to walk out on. Usually you will see at least a couple ducks swimming around, and get to see ducklings during the right time of year.Just a reminder; ducks and geese equals duck poop in the field area, but its not super gross.Overall, a small playground, but a lot of room to play and a lovely view of the lake.**edit** Added a couple pictures

The boat launch is great. Lots of people bring Kayaks but my family rolls in a 14ft Zodiak with a 55lb trust trolling motor(Since gas powered isnt allowed on Silver Lake) My sons get to play on the playground while we get everything ready and people are pretty friendly.

This is a good place for a walk. The water is clear, there’s a small trail, plenty of birds, and informational signs. There’s also a playground. I went in autumn, it may be much busier in the warmer months. Emory’s is on the lake with outdoor seating.

This is a spacious feeling park with a great climbing gym for kids. There is a walking trail that starts in the park and goes about 1 mile around Silver Lake. There is a large covered picnic area, but its usually free except for weekends. It has a wood or charcoal fired park type grill. There are a few benches also for just relaxing. There is a nearby restaurant/bar, Emorys, that had a great bistro menu.

Nice community park with lake access. Park here, and either stay and play on the playground, use the covered picnic shelter, lounge in the grass, feed the ducks off the dock, or access the lakeside trail from there. You can reserve the pavilion for events online. Public restrooms are usually well maintained and very clean.

This is a great park. I like it for launching my kayaks and sail boat. You have to be able to transport your boat about 100 yards to launch. They have new play structures for children and lots of picnic tables. I like to walk around Silver Lake for exercise and to meditate / relax.

The park itself is nice. It’s easily seen from the main road and parking is free. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the structure is fairly small and there isn’t much to offer as far as playground, however, the space is quite nice. Big open field, access to the water, a couple docks to walk out onto the lake on, and lots of ducks! We just prefer the park on the other side of the lake. That one is much bigger with lots more to offer, including swings. I would say this particular park is better for younger children.

I like this park for several reasons. There is always parking available. The path around the park is paved and wide. The are lots of ducks and geese and you can typically see a pair of bald eagles at the top of a dead tree on the far side of the lake. There is also a dock to walk out on and access to get in the water . My only observation is a lack of upkeep...i dont think any weeding was done the better part of the year...disappointing, but still a good park to visit

This is a small park with a little something for everyone. First things first: Free parking is adequate, bathrooms are available and clean. There is a big play structure for kids, an open field for running around, fishing docks, paved paths for dog walking, bike riding or a casual stroll, complete with interesting educational plaques along the way. It is within walking distance of multiple dining options, including a fancy restaurant, teriyaki, a noodle house and a French bakery! It is on the shores of Silver Lake, but not optimal for wading or swimming. If youre looking for a swimming area, please check out Thornton A. Sullivan park on the opposite side of the lake.
