I love this little park. It’s always clean. Sometimes there are people sleeping over in the far corner, so be careful not to wake them.

Great big open grass area to run around. The playground is a bit boring, old and rusty.

Cute little park. I took my 2-year-old here to play while waiting to pick up the rest of our family from the Xfinity Center. It was completely empty, which was great because on this particularly nice Sunday evening, every other park we tried was full! Also, there is an adjoining open field where a man threw a ball a few times for his dog to get exercise; good to know we can bring our dog next time. Only complaint was the leftover we found on one of the platforms of the playground from a patron too lazy to walk the 32 steps (I counted) to the trash bin - and that was me taking a leisurely roundabout way

I have been going to this park since the hillside was dry dirt, used to slide down on cardboard boxes was a blast. It has a nice green field now, a small park and a swing set. great place for a picnic On a sunny day.

Great, small kids park. Large grassy areas to run a dog. It does unfortunately attract some homeless and drug activity on the tree border that is on one in side. I have never been approached or bothered there but I keep the dog and my kids away from the tree parts.

Sign says All Pets Must be on Leash. Park Rangers hand out tickets for non leash violaters. This is a busy place . when there are multiple dogs here it can cause conflict between dogs.

My daughter loves this park. It has a bit of woodlands for kids to explore. The playground is really old and needs to be replaced. The worst part is all the dog poop. People should pick up after their pets! Its gross to step out of your car into dog poop.

Great open field type area for sport type activities and the play structure had a decent assortment of options. The swings are then in their own area as well. Very well spread out and lots of room for everyone to mingle but be able to be independent if wanted.

This is a charming neighborhood park. There is a very large grassy area and a small playground area. The park does not have public restrooms or outhouses.

This park was named after my brother Doyle Cates, he was interviewed by the everett Herald and was on the front page of the paper, it was awsome. We lived on the corner of Norton and 35th.
