Everything went pretty well even with the added covid limitations. My kids liked playing with the motorized seats. There was enough room in the seats for my son to sit on my wifes lap and both still be reclined and comfy.

The most horrendous experience. We had a party of 11 people (mainly children ). Place was not only not sanitized but completely trashed, bottled, popcorn, glasses, candy in the floor, ... reported it and the manager told us he would move us to another auditorium and restart the movie for us. Thirty-five minutes later we finally sat down. We appreciate the solution but it was a huge waste of time.

Good place to see movies. Very Clean, staff friendly. Almost as great as Showplace East.

We had my daughters 7 th birthday party there. It was a really fun party. When we arrived the party area was set up. The girls had a blast. If you havent done a bowling party, do. Fun for all ages.

It wasnt too busy in the afternoon. They were social distancing with the seats. The only down fall was the lights didnt automatically dim but we called from the theater and they fixed it promptly. I had a great time.

Being an a list member is so worth it. You get discounts and can see 3 movies a week for free.The theaters are clean, mask policies are enforced. We used to be avid showplacers, but made the switch. We love it.

Favorite movie theater in the Evansville/Newburgh area, hands down. I drive all the way from newburgh to go here. The atmosphere is amazing, great staff, fair prices, and love the seats!

I am legally deaf and they offer closed captioning. They have seating where you do not have to climb stairs. Staff is very accommodating prices are a little high from the concession stand but so are most movie theaters., restrooms have always been clean and staff accommodating

Minus the cost and money spent, this place is awesome. Recliners are super comfy. Spacious theaters. A nice treat! Discounted Tuesdays are a plus!

Great place, good food, good people. Awesome movies and of course, the previews make you wanna see more movies. Only problem is the center arm rest, you can put it up but uncomfortable for couples who like to cuddle unless your on top of each other. Gotta be creative to find ways around it lol.

I really enjoy this theater over the other main one in town. Well organized, very comfortable and clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It doesnt have an IMAX or serve food during the movie, but it also doesnt need it. This theater doesnt need those distractions to be just about perfect. The cuddle seats are a nice amenity as well.

Movies prices for tickets themselves are good. They have especially great deals before noon. However just stay away from Icee machine! Seven dollars! No thanks!

Amazing theater first one Ive seen that serves alcoholic beverages. Not too packed, nice and cozy with friendly staff, and reclining seats. Would definitely visit if you live in Evansville or are passing through the area.

This place is awesome.. I was worried when the theater was almost full, untill I saw the seats.. This is like first class. Huge recliner seats made watching a movie here a joy.Took off one star for the astronomical food prices, but I assume all of thats amenities cost money and this is how they pay for it.Still have to deal with obnoxious movie goers.. But the seats mitigate some of that...

Big and variety of choices...best to look up movie & showings, because not enough posters to say whats showing and workers halfway know anything about the movies showing...take a blanket or freeze...the black movies arent showed like the showtimes say or have very limited time showings

We had a great time at AMC. Service was fast and friendly as usual. The theater was clean and comfortable. The movie looked and sounded great. I am sure we will back soon for more movies.

The best way to watch a move is at AMC Evansville 16, leather reclining, good food and alchohol. A great place to relax, spend the whole day and watch one, two or three movies in a comfortable safe environment.

This theater is one of the finest theaters in Evansville, Indiana. All rooms have motorized seats. Rooms and chairs are clean. Many different types of drinks. An occasional $5 drink and popcorn special should be kept as a normal all time special! Pizza, hot dogs, and many other foods to eat. Bar for alcoholic drinks. 3d movies and great sound system in each room. Great memberships for viewing 3 movies a week and many perks. Yes, this is the theater to go to for family fun!!!

I wont visit any other theaters, other than AMCs. I love their variety of food and beverage, and I am a VERY pleased member of their AMC Stubs A-list. Which has an AWESOME benefits package. They also participate in a discount Tuesday program, which is good for people on a lower budget. I would recommend AMC Theaters to EVERYONE.

The seating is Awesome and very comfortable but how do you plan on selling any concessions with the Outrageous prices you charge?! A small Coke is $4.99 and a large Coke is $6.49!! WoW, the is insane!

12/3 Stephen was so nice at the concessions and the guy who signed us up for the stub club at the counter was awesome very kind and helpful. These two people are fabulous. Thank you!

The place was filthy. We waited almost 15 minutes before some one came to wait on us. The soft drink machines were either out of ice, out if drinks or out of lids. The butter dispenser only had one working. How ever, the seats are very comfortable and the movie was awesome! A Saturday night 630 movie should not be like this. Ill continue to go to Showplace Cinemas!

Nice chairs, but I wish it didnt take a half an hour AFTER the scheduled time for the movie to FINALLY start. As usual, snacks were an arm and a leg. And stay away from the sour patch kids, they werent at all gummy and tasted kind of off.

Would be great if you are a stub member. Food is expensive, lines are long, and member essentially get to skip lines. Seating is more spaced out than Showplace, but Showplace has better seats with more functions and a better bar.

Visiting here 01-01-2020.Concessions suck! One of the busiest movie days of the year and only 2 guys working! Line is barely moving! Two Thumbs down!!

The employees are little out of it and they cant seem to keep supplies stocked (cup lids, straws, etc.) But best overall theater in the area. Its pretty limited here.

Comfortable seating and the perks that come with their loyalty program are very nice. Concessions have a large selection, but are quite expensive.

Always friendly workers here, worth getting some packages since they are good deals if youre frequent like myself. Best popcorn of all movie theaters in the area.

Recently saw Toy Story 4 with my wife and our 24 year old daughter here. Not a big fan of the recliners because I tend to fall asleep in them. Nice clean venue for movies.

I am pretty sure they had 2 people taking orders from customers cuz it took forever just to get 2 cups for drinks. They didnt have straws or lids, had to ask for them & they finally brought that stuff out.

I love the fact you can get your seats ahead of time and the layout is so private!

I love movies and I love earning free stuff, so that makes AMC a win-win. This theatre is always clean. Sometimes, they need more concession staff and some of the machines are out of some drinks (which is a new problem, but its happened on 2 visits now), but otherwise, I am comfortable here.

Food too much and line makes you miss movie. Prepare to get there hour early if you want popcorn.

Saw the movie Shaft with my wife. We drive semi and they had plenty of parking for us to be able to get in and see a movie. Got some weird looks pulling in. Guess some people need to realize that truckers dont have that 9 to 5 job. We are out for months at a time. And deserve the same amenities as they do. Our truck is just bigger than theirs and cost as much as most houses.Thank you AMC for having a super nice theater for us to get away and feel normal in

Saturday 2:00 PM movie only has one person snack bar??? Really? Over 30 people waiting in line. Poor kid was swamped. Hello management...Get your place organized.

This place is always great. The seats recline and are very comfortable. I live that you can reserve your seat ahead of time. The only thing I would change is I wish they kept it a little cooler in there but thats a personal preference.

The selection of movies here seems to be excellent (I only saw one movie and would have seen it even if it had been the only thing there, I dont live in the Evansville area). The seating was amazing. If theatres everywhere were as comfortable as this one, I would see more movies. Comfortable, reclining seats, with footrests. The movie that I saw was in one of the smaller rooms, holding 58, so I cannot confirm the seating to be the same in the larger ones. The concession stand was horribly overpriced, but I havent seen a theatre with reasonable concession prices in about 15 years. I did not buy anything at the concession stand, but it appeared to have an excellent selection of overpriced food and drinks (Including what appeared to be an alcohol selection at a separate counter. Take that as a positive or negative as you wish.) The movie itself was reasonably priced. Would consider going to another movie there if I was in the area and something that I wanted to see was on, I would have a hard time saying as much for the theatre that we have where I live.

Came to watch Lynyrd Skynyrd live taping from Jacksonville Florida, their last concert taped, and it was to start at 7PM and at 7:30PM, I was notified by guest services and they said that management was working on it and it wouldnt be on for another 30 minutes until they could get it fixed! They need to run tests prior to the showing! Luckily the issue was resolved and the manager was very professional about the complaints!

Nice place with plenty of parking, large open spacious foyer, reclining comfortable reserved seating. Our sound was a tad lacking this time but it was aladin and has been playing a while. Its usually on par.

Been going to this AMC for years. Its the best theater in a 90 mile radius. Management changed a few months back and with the change came a few drawbacks, but the quality of the theater by and large remains the same. A-List is an amazing service if you go to the movies a lot, and if you live within 30 minutes of the theater, theres simply no better option.

We usually enjoy this theater, but the last two times we have visited the movie has been a little too quiet and today’s visit someone brought their very small child. The child was talking loudly the entire time so we struggled to hear the movie Secret Life of Pets 2. It ruined the experience for our family :(

Clean with very comfortable reclining seats. Seat price is a little higher than average but worth it if you like comfort. 2 drinks and a large popcorn was 18.50. Free refills on drinks.

It was awesome. I went to see Bohemian Rhapsody and 5he tickets were limited. I had to sit in the 2nd row from the screen. It was not a problem, since the seats were fully reclining. I must add that the seats were very comfy. I plan to return as soon as another good movie comes out.

The place has improved so much since I was like, 6. New seats, carpet, I think wider screen. Popcorn and drinks are still a bit pricey though. I dont really care though, you guys need funding somehow. 9r maybe not. Its 12 AM for me while Im in the bathroom looking for water.

My 4 yr old and I had great time watching Grinch. $5 popcorn and drink good price. And relaxing in the recliner chairs while watching movie we both loved it

People are friendly and the theatres and Bathrooms are very clean and inviting. The wait time/wait line isnt very long. Unless its a big movie premier. Other then that Id highly recommend.
