Ive spent the past 10 years of my life residing in this park and it has been a pleasant experience. Very rare family friendly manufactured/mobile home park with a pool. Space rent is not as much as other parks nearby and it is perfectly equal distance between the ocean and the desert so if you like trekking to both of these places, youll like living here.You have a beautiful view of the mountains as well as you have the option to simply walk to restaurants nearby. Ive gone on a couple dates with my wife where we simply did this. Also, the park contains RV parking as well so if youre a RV travel enthusiast, living here is a great option. This place is also located nearby many hot local spots like Stone Brewery, North County Fair Mall, Wild Animal Park and many more. Not only that, it is within a few miles of the I-15 so you can get to other cities quite quickly as well.If youre looking for a nice place to raise your family but cant afford the costs of renting or owning a home, this is a good place to look into.

Have been living at Valley Pkwy Mobile Home Park for about 2 1/2 years. I am in the middle of everything(stores of every kind, every kind of food(even a 24 hr. Mexican restaurant right next door), storage facilities, laundromats, banks, etc.). There is a fabulous pool and pool table.There are some drawbacks. There are mostly driveways for 2 cars, you may get lucky to get a 1guest spot out of 6 by the pool. If youre not so lucky, you have to park across the street and either have to cross Valley Pkwy or walk to the light and cross(Valley Pkwy is almost always really busy. The other thing thats bad is the water. There is a water shutoff almost weekly. They send a notice ahead of time, but its still a nuisance.I feel the good definitely outweighs the bad. I get along with all my neighbors too.
