Awesome park to live at!!!My wife, Mary, and I spent 3 years looking around San Diego for 55+ parks.. And our realtor showed us our current manufactured home (the first of 7 mobile homes) on a Saturday a.m. in August, 2017. After seeing this home and the park, we submitted our bid to buy it; we moved in September.This park has very helpful, there for youmanagement, professional, yet personal security team, maintenance staff plus the awesome friends weve made and swimming pools; all have contributed to our terrific experience here. Day in and day out, we made an excellent choice to live in a 5 star park, a 5 star home with a 5 star environment. Kudos to Imperial Mobe Home Estates/Escondido!!
