Lived here my whole life love it its the Whiteside of Escondido

My parents live here, this is a fantastic senior community and for the first time my parents have friends and events they can be involved in. I love that for them. Great place and beautiful facility.

I think its domestic and reserved for the folks. I just visit from time too time, its nice, I give it 3 stars.

Charming small Adult 50+ or older mobile home community. Great paths leading from one end to the other too.

They have new management and seem to be very nice, park is always clean the gentleman that do the are great always willing to help. I dont live there but my in-laws do.

A quiet park in a nice area of Escondido. Some mighty fine people make this a home.

My husband and I have lived here for over 2 years and just love this park!

My parents have lived here eight years and have never been happier! Mom started a craft class there and they are having the time of their life!!

There are some very angry people that will set there dogs after you!!

Great food and cheap as well!!! Friendly home like atmosphere!!!
