Ive lived in alot of places and I actually like where I live. The lot rent is reasonable. I have a nice yard for my son and I. The people are nice. Im happy to call this my home.

I have lived here since 2011, never had any problems. Yea there are some drunks but they keep to themselves. The worst that happened was when the Mexicans were raided and busted, other then that no problems. People sprucing up their places.

This is the most disgusting set of individuals running this place ever. And the parking lot that they show there is no parking lot for your guests to park in and then they use that as a reason to evict you when you tell them that you called your insurance company I was evicted from there for parking my Lincoln navigator on the side of the road instead of in my four foot long driveway which it was stuck halfway out in the road I tried to appeal it paid $130 to there is no managers office if you Google the phone number thats given its disconnected and I verbally informed him over the phone the owner and he laughed at me and told me to serve him like anybody else would and after I was evicted come to find out I just had to pay the back court cost which by then was 400 and some odd dollars but my property has been mangled and destroyed broken into and now its worth absolutely nothing I would never ever refer anybody to this place and they also own one out in wesleyville. Stay away. METH LABS STEALING CRIME JUNKIES IF THATS WHAT YOU LIKE YOULL FIT RIGHT IN

This place is one of the worst places anyone can live in,

Drugs. Thats all I have to say. And domestic violence and child abuse. This place is garbage and Ive been stuck here for 8 years. Dont come here. Youll never get out if you do.
