I spent nearly five years in this cesspool. God awful, piss-poor management. Constant write-ups for absurd issues, such as childrens outdoor toys sitting in the yard. Or garbage cans sitting neatly next to the porch -- exactly where the former resident had them for well over a decade. This trailer park goes through management like underwear. The most recent one went out of her way to harass my 10 year old son while he sas playing in the yard, questioning him about matters that didnt concern him. Once you sign your name on the dotted line, youre treated like garbage -- which is sort of fitting, considering that the park literally located right next to a landfill. The only thing worse than the management are the residents of the park; an obese woman sitting on the porch, yelling obscenities at her kids; a strange older man that wanders up and down the road, snooping through things; teenagers wandering through your yard, vandalizing the outside of your trailer and bullying your children; small children wandering around with adult supervision, yelling obscenities. Lets not forget the poor condition of thr roads, which are never salted in the winter. Hopefully you work second shift, otherwise you cant get in or out of the park due to the minimal amount of plowing theyll do. Despite the absolutely terrible condition.and location of the park, they raise the rent every single year -- without explanation. One thing is for sure: theyre not using that extra money to improve that dump of a trailer park.

It Sucks!! Dont Visit, Stay Away!! Corporate only cares about their money. They could careless about their residence, visitors or anyone else. They go through managers like water.

Clean park, nice people, and a playground for the little ones.

Tried to buy a home from this place the women in charge said it could be moved when we came back to pay they said they wont allow it to be moved. Absolutely the worst experience. Getting peoples hopes up for nothing. Ridiculous.

Its a trailer park....dont expect too much lol

Very run down homes & property, half the spots were empty, kids all over unattended yelling foul words at each other, blaring music, barking dogs tied outside in yards of all dirt, garbage & tipped over garbage cans all over, old tires stacked up next to houses, one chubby kid was sitting in the hole where a windiw used to be..eating & spitting food out on the ground thru the window. All the houses were the same drab colors except for 1 cute and cheery home painted the color of a bluebird. It was unreal that anyone would live there, it was like a movie depicting the worse trailer park. Its honestly the worst mobile home park Ive seen. I was looking to buy a home but left after driving and seeing all that hot mess & a tenant telling me they pay the most lot rent in Summit Township.

Live in the park lot rent is $370 a month. Park has a small playground for kids with a basketball hoop. Right next to Casino. There are homes available for sale in the park.
