Not a bad place. Rules for most part are fair. They do try to keep the place clean, and cut. They plow. Anyone who has an issue, they try to address. Credit check is a little expensive, but I understand why they want it.

Awesome and the neighbors are nice aswell

Its a nice place to live. Quit and peaceful with maybe the occasional loud noise. My only problem is you cant get a dog if you live there.
