Small but lovely place to take my paddle board to relax. Others were on their kayaks and you can purchase Day permits on site for only $5 which you put into a drop box. It appears they rent out kayaks but this time of year you would have to BYO. Saw a lot of folks exercising on their trail around the pond. Very minimal littering which was a plus, I am used to picking up trash whenever I get out on the lakes from irresponsible visitors.

Thus is very nice park in the center of Columbia/Ellicott City area. Nice environment, well maintained trail, has playground for kids, tennis court, basketball court, and lots of pavilion, but many time need reservation to use them. At some time the deck is good for boating, but need check special rules for that.

Great place to exercise or have events. There are more people now but they put up signs saying people should wear masks to help the spread of covid which is great. They have a little section for sports like tennis, basketball, baseball and soccer. The only thing would be that the bathrooms could be a bit more sanitised and cleaned more often.

This is my favorite park in Maryland! Sunsets over the lake are breathtaking. My son and I have been coming here for years. I often bring friends and family here as well. I love walking around the lake when the weather is nice. My FAVORITE part is I get to paddle boat, canoe or kayak depending on my mood. And you can take some pretty cool pics for the Gram. Definitely worth a visit if youre in the area!

Centennial Park is beautiful any time of year!!! STRONGLY suggest wearing masks. Someone purposely blew in anothers face yesterday without any provocation. Actually jogged past and turned around to come back and blow in their face. Found out this was not the first time it occurred and likely wont be the last.
