Great place for the family and friends to play games, drink, and eat. Games are half price on Wednesday and 20% military discount on other days.

I loved it it was lots of fun me and my wife went for our anniversary and had a good time

I came here for the first time about 3 weeks ago with my girlfriend. She loves arcades just as much as I do. We had a great date night. A lot of the bigger arcade machines are out of service due to Corona virus. The price is adequate, nor cheap or too expensive. I havent visited the gift shop where you can redeem your tickets but I heard they carry items like Nintendo Switch and other similar items. I havent tried their food, but they have a good selection in beer and other alcoholic beverages. I would like to visit again once these virus regulations are out of the way. Until then I think Ill hold my money.

My first trip to Dave and Busters was great! I actually ended up going 2 days in a row! Thank you to the staff for the great customer service as well as keeping everyone safe with their constant cleaning. We will definitely be back!

Have been to the El Paso Bassett Place location 3 times now and the service has always been great. I also had an event where I took a group of about 100 people to this location and they did a great job of giving us the proper attention. Today I went for lunch and it was very quiet for a Wednesday lunch hour. Service was fast and our waiter was very attentive. Food was really good, just maybe a bit too pricey for a lunch. Overall good experience every time.

Even with the covid thing going on, they do a good job at trying to help social distance. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Food is pretty good but pricey, and the prizes are usually pretty cool! Great place for the family, friends, or even just you for the start trek coin thing. Definitely will be coming back.

I have to give it 4 stars only because virtual reality game was closed.Also, being an investor of Play, I really recommend adding more and more virtual reality games to offer as world is heading towards new gaming era for next decade.Although, i do understand as well that covid19 has affected businesses so harshly globally and praying for a fast recovery for entire world. Field worker in orange shirt, named Tim, (shift somewhere between 5-9 on Saturday, October 17) was harassing me and my family on my nieces birthday for no reason. He followed and stalked me a total of 6 times for removing my mask at the bar for 6 seconds to drink my beer, even though there were others at the bar who had their mask off the entire time. I completely enforce mask mandates and I believe this was racially motivated, as he did not target any other individual other than my Hispanic family. Entirely unprofessional, he is undeserving of any position in his establishment.

Don’t recommend for anyone with big families. Tried to celebrate my daughter’s birthday & the manager did not allow us to sit together. Party of 7 blamed it on some state policy, I can’t find. Needless to say lost my business.

Almost rated them with 3 stars cus the service is way slow every single time I go. However, their food and fun saves them. I was surprised to order food and actually like it, I assumed their forte are only games but I was wrong, their food is tasty, the shrimp mac and cheese with bacon and salmon dish good good. The drinks are ok but depends on the bar tender. Super fun place for everyone.

Dave & Busters is located inside Basset Center off Gateway or accessible through Montana. It has mall and outside entrances, both are handicap accessible with parking. This location has several sections.When you initially walk in its a party. A loud, game filled arcade with coin machines, fun games both big and small. There are all kinds of activities for all ages. Giant claw machines, virtual reality rides, old school skill games, team games like air hockey and constantly new things. Great for parties and celebrations. There are several private party rooms. They also offer several packages.Theres also fun for adults with a TV filled bar. I saw a wide variety of sports and shows all around a colorful arena. Venturing further in is a fun decorated resteraunt. They have a fun, delicious menu. Appetizers are creative and tasty in good quantity for the prices. Specialty drinks are also available for kids like light up slushies, or gummy worm garnish. Entrees come with full sides and drinks are available at tables.A fun place with great food and party packages.

Dave and Busters was pretty cool. A little on the the expensive side though. All games were at least 6.50 to play. Ive been to other arcades that were half that. The food was decent however dont get the fries. They were cold and hard as a rock. Other then that the service was great . The place was clean. I did enjoy it.

Went on a Friday night with the family and was meeting some people. We reserved for 25 and they said 1 hr wait and that was fine. Got to our table was ordering drinks. They would not serve me an alchohol drink because my ID (Valid Arizona ID) was vertical.(they saw I was 21 even the manager) told me they knew I was of age but because of my ID they basically where not going to serve me alcohol. Gave me a free shareable witch was nice but I would have preferred my drink. Our whole party arrived and by then it was no longer pa led and it still took a good 30+ for food and not to mention they kept messing up drink orders(not mine I wasnt drinking) and was taking a long time just to get extra cups and napkins but I guess it was okay. Would not recommend though. Games where good I just wouldnt eat there again.

5.99 for bacon wrap shrimp? yea... u get 3 shrimps wrapped in burnt bacon.. buffalo wings taste like the one u get from the frozen section at walmart .Bacon burger with cheese and bacon... 2 undercooked strips of bacon and the cheapest cheddar money can buy. Burger was nasty. Cheesecurds were decent but the best part of our meal was cold water :) never again ! also happy hr doesnt start till 9pm instead of 7pm.

They have alot of different Games to play that are fun.

We visited to enjoy the Ohio/Clemson game. We received great service from the bar tender Gus after being seated by Sonny (who was very attentive and ensured we were seated in an area with an outlet to charge our phones. Bonus!) The drinks and food were great! Wed like to say thanks to the anonymous Philly couple that bought us Cowboy fans an extra drink which was delivered by Megan Go Cowboys!!!!!

Food is overrated but I guess the main attraction is the games for the kids

It was a busy Saturday night, waited 45 minutes for our table. The hostess was courteous and an automatic cell phone voice message was sent out when our table was ready. However, when we were seated, we waited another 15 minutes. We were never greeted by a server and had to flag someone down. The food also took about 15-20 minus to arrive. It was delicious but dont recommended it if you are in a hurry.

Really good place for families, friends, meetings, sports fans and fun. Great bartenders. The staff is always friendly. Their attendants are also very helpful with the gaming.

The food and drinks are good, and the games are fun. This is a decent-sized Dave & Busters. It doesnt have big rides, but theres a good number of games available. I personally only hit D&B for the games anyway.

This was out third time here. The atmosphere and food is good. Its a little crowded sometimes but there still plenty of flow.Unfortunately during this last trip, we had a situation where put card was stolen. Ashley and Joanna were amazing. They were professional in handling the situation. They made a stressful situation seem like it was no inconvenience.This is just a further example of how all the staff have been with every visit so far.

Been to this location here about 3 times, all within the last couple months. First experience was with a group of people and we had an issue with our waitress not be attentive at all. She had even spilled one of our waters on the table and didnt bother to help cleaning. After about 40 minutes of waiting for our food and watching her walk past without even refilling our drinks, we spoke to the manager Sonny who fixed all of our problems within 3 minutes. The rest of the service that day was great. The other times we also had waitress who werent crazy attentive, but with the size of the place its understandable. Weve still received good service since that first experience. Also the wings are killer!

Each time Ive gone, its been a great atmosphere with great service. Drinks 10/10. 100% recommend the mega mojito $10 for a 22oz of deliciousness. Theyre normally quick with drinks at the bar but obviously takes a little bit longer at tables. The food each time has been good. If youre planning to stay and play, I would recommend the food/card bundle. Its worth the price! The food choices for the bundle vary and (personal fav) the sliders w/ the tenders are delicious and filling. ONLY disappointment was the lack of steak on the steak/shrimp pasta. However, my husband enjoyed what was there. Definitely a good place for a date night, family night, and hang out with friends.

Service is hit and miss. Food is tasty but a little bit overpriced. They have a good variety of games but their point system might be confusing for some.

The service was great. Food was awesome, not cheap, flavorful and steak was pretty delicious. I had the fire roasted sirloin with bacon wrapped shrimp. They seasoned the bacon wrapped shrimp too. My husband was happy with his chicken sandwich. It was good food, fun time, and friendly staff.

Weve only been there once and our experience was bad with customer service and food. It wasnt cheap, thats why we arent sure if we should give it another try. We had fun at the arcade but thats about it. We wouldve had a great time if our food was ordered correctly by the waitress, if it had been warm, and if she had refilled our drinks without us having to be chasing her. Food was ok, not great for the price. Ill give it a 3 star for now, if we decide to go back Ill update.

Horrible service with the bartender. She was rude. She slammed our drinks on the counter spilling our drinks everywhere. The drinks were weak and flavorless. There was more sweet and sour than anything else. The person waiting in line after is for a beverage even told us not to tip her because of how rude she was to us. When we spoke with the manager about the drinks (still basically full) he said he would talk to the bartender. I would expect them to remake our drinks to the correct recipe. He would only keep saying he would speak with the bartender The customer service needs tweaking ASAP!

Ordered a shrimp,lobster and steak. Ask for the steak to be medium rare and they brought me a well done steak. Also took a long time to give us our appetizers of hot wings.they brought us our food first.

First we got wrong food delivered to the table, after almost an hour we got what we ordered but it was cold. I had to go get silverware myself and it was dirty. Not all was bad, the drinks were good and the ambient (tv) is good.

Dave & Busters has a good deal that allows you to play all day, for one low flat rate . We didnt know this so we payed for tokens and some of the machines take 2-3-or even 4 tokens.Be wise, look for discounts or bonus offers.

Had a birthday party on a Saturday 2pm. Would not sit party till 75% of party was present. Not good business. You can sit party and start making sales. Would not recommend parties here with that attitude.

Used to be great! I helped set up their gaming systems but they’ve failed to maintain them. Games will steal credits and they ain’t cheap. They need to maintain their games.

Fun for the whole family, friends, or a date. They have a bar and fast service, and despite the pricey menu, food is pretty good and didnt have to wait long for it to arrive.

Went for the $20 all you can eat and play promotion. The resturant, bar and game room looked pretty calm with open tables, for some reason we still had a 52 minute wait for our table. I figured since there was 7 of us maybe all the large tables were taken. Once we got a table we ordered a beer and nacho appetizer which took 25 minutes to get and the nachos were super crispy as if they were left under a heating lamp (see picture). Just like all great deals theres a few catches. The all you can eat wings comes in increments of 5 wings, one flavor and a little handful of fries (pretty good). The problem was it took over 30 minutes to get the first round so I asked to bring the second round when we got the first ones but our server said we had to finish what we had before he could order more. Needless to say we finished it within minutes after waiting for so long, we were starving. Another 30 minutes goes by and the second round came. Our server congratulated us as if we had won something. Confused we asked why, he explained we got the last of the wings. 10 is not unlimited but apparently our server had to fight for us to even get a second round so I have to reapect that. Since dinner was cut short we paid the $180 bill (20$ for each of us, appetizer, 2 beers, and six sodas). Mainting a positive outlook we headed for the games! Next catch, you can only play certain games. The games that were allowable were fun though. Mario Cart, most shooting games, some of the basketball games, air hockey, most racing games and the flight simulated games: StarWars and some type of homeland security one. We spent hours ordering drinks and playing games. All in all it was quality family time on a Sunday afternoon in a city that doesnt have very many family oriented establishments.

Understaffed leads to long wait times to eat on a Saturday. Menu been cropped way down and quality of food was mediocre at best with high food prices. Dont plan on returning anytime soon.

Ive been coming here consistently since 2017 when my family and I arrived to El Paso. Thankfully we have received nothing but pleasant hospitality and service each time. It is pretty crowded on weekends but the staff still manages to provide good service. I recommend it but also suggest you come with some patience in mind IOT prepare yourselves for the wait times on food and games.

What fun we had! We took the family here for dinner and games. I’d never been to a Dave and Busters and I didn’t even know it was here in El Paso til my daughter suggested it.It was a lot of fun. It made me feel like a kid again. There are so many games and just interesting games.The downfall was the price, it got expensive! I will still give them 5 stars because we genuinely had a lot of fun. Both my son and daughter were thrilled and it was the most fun we’ve had on a family night out in a long time.If you don’t know where it is, it’s in Bassett Center Mall in the back sort of behind Costco. We’ll go back again at some point, if the price point was a little lower they’d see us there more.Nevertheless, a must do if you have teenage kids. This was fun and is recommended!

The reason why I cant give them more stars is because of the time it took us to get our food and certain managers just didnt care, but Mr. Chris came out of nowhere and made the trip a nice one, our waitresses she wasnt bad either but I feel like they need to pay more attention to their customers. THE GAMES WERE ON POINT AND PERSONAL WORKING ON THE GAMES THEMSELVES THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND PROFESSIONALISM.

My family really enjoys Dave and Busters. Some great games and atmosphere. The food is not bad at all. It is a bit expensive ( more than Chilis) but we recieved great service from our waiter. Over really worth making the trip across town.

Fun games, got in for free to watch the McGregor fight. Drinks and junk are over priced but thats pretty much what I expected. Games are fun to do in downtime especially if you and friends meet up here. Cool prizes too, not just little kid stuff.

The whole franchise is emailing employees that theyre not receiving two weeks of PTO and everyis employee is being fired or furloughed effective immediately. This was happening since 3/18/2020
