We visited my husband for my daughter 1st birthday so she could celebrate with him. Let me just say this is the best Chuck E. Cheese experience I ever received. They followed all the proper protocol for Covid safety. My daughter had a ball. Due to school starting kids were in school and we were the only family there. Everyone was nice and so helpful. I couldnt have picked a better place to have her party. If im ever in town we will be stopping again. I just hated some of the games werent up for play but that was due to the 6ft requirements!!!!

This is a fun place for kids so as a grandma I end up spending a lot of money here. The games seem to be well maintained and they have a selection to fit all ages.The stuffed crust pizza is good the management is very The night shift is consistently much friendlier and more pleasant than the day shift. The day shift acts like they are doing you a huge favor taking your order or answering a question. The evening staff is fun, polite, and friendly.They are extremely careful to check kids and parents in and out so you dont have to worry as much about someone taking your child.If this review is helpful please click on LIKE.

Amazing Staff!! There made sure my Daughters small Birthday Party was a success. They took the proper Covid- precautions with seating and ensuring everyone wore mask in play area and hand sanitizer was everywhere.I recieved a call that said there would be no balloons looks like theres was a shortage of Helium, However the manager Joes went far and beyond to make sure my daughter had balloons and her table was set up. Our Party Host Brandon was amazing!!!He made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful and made sure everyone had a good time. We were very grateful to have an awesome staff to help with my daughters bday. Thank you to all the Chuck E. Cheese team members!

Warm pizza, clean place, good games for children and adults. Noticed that kids are afraid of the characters.

This place is way better than PPP I still love PPP pizza but Chuck E Cheese has amazing pizza as well. I think you get a lot more bang for your buck with the playing time. Also it’s much more clean here and they always have the salad bar which is so good. I will definitely be back!

I organized a bday party for my best friend. The host was so amazing and friendly, there were only 3 kids, it was a grownup party. But we all have so much fun, not expensive at all. The host made sure we always had food and time to play. I will plan more grownups bday party in this location. The whole restaurant was clean and every person that was working was so friendly and looked happy. It is a happy place

Years ago, my son and I went there, for the first and last time. We had a blast...mostly. The lady employee was so sweet and helpful. The lady manager was mostly hiding in back, rarely came out. She came out, as my son and I were leaving. She stopped us, accused me of kidnapping my own son. She questioned him, smiled at him, scrutinized me. I frowned at her, told her, hes my son. She finally saw that I was telling the truth, and let us go. We never went back after that. I called to complain, but there was no clear number to call. Peter Piper Pizza has the best food, drinks, rewards, games, staff, etc.

All my kids really love Chuck-E-Cheese especially the cards that they use to play the games you can add points. And the points are enough for the kids to play so much and get tired and even have points left on their card. They still pick Chuck-E-Cheese over Peter Piper Pizza and Im cool with that.

I just wanna say this place is the play to find peace and love you with those whom surround you, really goo food and games are the best

Most games are broken or rigged and the prices of the things you can win with tickets has gone up. The variety of prizes has become less present. You can tell Chuck E Cheese is losing money and they need it. The place was completely empty when we got there. Chuck E Cheese will probably fall apart soon, its sad cause the place was my childhood when I was younger growing up in the late 2000s and early 2010s.

Great place for kids. The pizza is better than Peter piper pizza. The crust is delicious. The games are only one point or token which helps the kids play more. The staff is very attentive. We attended a birthday party there and the staff helped clean up and pass out cupcakes. Highly recommend to all families.

We try to go here regularly. We already found our favorite waitress; she always greets us when we come in and makes you feel like youre the only person in the room while shes taking your order. The food is great, the staff is great, whats not to like?

The manager in this place is professional and 100% customer oriented. We had an excellent experience there were few mistakes I made but the manager jumped to help inmediatly, I hardly give 5 stars but this time they deserve it. BTW they have new games and all you can play for 30 minutes

Absolutely great place. Family throws many parts here and every couple of weeks bring my daughter to just have fun. Always a great time even though they are a little understaffed.

I frequently take my child here to play and I would say that this place is clean and games are always up and running. The manager is very nice and is quick to fix any issues so that’s a plus. The only negative thing I can say is that I’ve been able to take my child out of Chuck E. Cheese several times without anyone inspecting our arms to match stamps. So that’s terrifying..

The pizza is always good! The staff was nice. Of course it was busy when we visited and made it hard for my daughter to play the popular games but she still had fun. There was a few birthday parties going on.

Family had a great time; the salad was fresh and awesome. Great seeing the grandkids enjoy their pizza and having a great time playing games. Service was great and very friendly. Always enjoy bringing the family and grandkids to Chuch E. Cheeses.

Love taking my toddler here for playdates and weekend fun. Always great customer service. Love that they have online coupons with token deals. Also love that my child and I get stamped at check in prevents paranoia on my part. Have had birthday parties here and always leave happy. Definitely recommend.

We had our sons party at the Sunland Location. We were very satisfied with the service, party package, and party hosts. Everything ran smoothly, the food was served promptly, the entertainment was great and all our guests enjoyed themselves. Staff friendly and easy to work with!

The people were friendly. There werent many people there which made it more comfortable for me. We celebrated my nephews birthday and they had fun.the pizza however was lacking in taste and style a person in my group likened the pizza to be the worst she had ever eaten and it was expensive. For me it was just plain one topping pizza nothing to brag about and the meat lovers pizza was scant with the toppings.

Service was horrible!!! Our ticket of when we ordered food said 7:03. We did not receive our medium 1 topping pizza till 7:25. We then received our sandwich around 7:35. Still no beer. I had to go up to the counter & ask to speak with the manager for our beer. We were already finished with our pizza & sandwich when the manager gave us our beer. Our wings were given to us at 7:45, the wings werent even cooked right. Never coming here again. Not to mention there was 5 ticket eating machines & only 2 worked!!!! I live off of artcraft & after my experience with the Sunland park chuck e cheese Id rather spend the time & gas to go to the one by toys r us. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would.
