I have been here a few times in the past already and every time that I come here, I get the best views of El Paso and Juarez, Mexico! There’s no other place that gives out such amazing views in all of El Paso! Although a good word of advice is that there’s almost no space to park your car or truck and you will struggle to find a parking spot on the weekends particularly around sunset. Beyond that, this place is amazing! All pictures were taken on February 8, 2020.

Good place to view night scene. But not easy to find a parking place. I noticed 95% of the parking places are occupied by cars that parked there for several hours, with all lights off and engine shut off. It looks like people are doing some special activities?I think these people are very selfish, and also poor. They hold the view only for themselves. They want to find exciting moment but are not willing to spend money like in a good hotel or restaurants. Shame on them.

The top of scenic drive you have a clear view of neighboring México and the border. Its mighty impressive at night where both El Paso and Juarez light up. My boyfriend and I went after dark and there were plenty of people, feels safe, a good view, and we put a lock on the love fence.

It is an excellent place to see 3 states and 2 countries from one spot... The 3 states part threw me off, but it includes Chihuahua, Mexico I was told. So... United States, & Mexico are the countries. Texas, New Mexico, and Chihuahua are the states. There are several plaques to read and learn from on this site as well. Take a short trip and evite the view. I heard it was spectacular at night.

Bring your significant other, a lock and a marker to shear your relationship status on the stairs of love. Pay a quarter to see most landmarks through the binoculars. Most important of all come see the Star ️. It was put into place in by El Paso Electric in 2003 to support troops deployed to invade Iraq from Fort Bliss.

Great place. Definitely stop by if you have a chance. It’s good to see it both during daytime and when it’s dark. There’s a place to park. You can see the border with Mexico. Take some quarters for coin binoculars, they let you take a good look at bright different colored houses in the neighbor country.

One of the last places my family and I went together before I had to head back to reality and school. I cant wait to go back this summer and spend more time exploring. The views were absolutely breathtaking! Parking can get tight the later in the day you go, so make sure to be there early!

Not the best photos, since I was there late night, but this place gives you a beautiful birds eye view of El Paso, the Mexico boarder and Juarez! I wish there was some dim lighting to light the walk paths, and if you go at night make sure to bring a good coat and beanie, it gets super windy and cold up there on the peak!

The scenic overlook is a breeze to get to as it has a paved road leading all the way up the mini mountain. There is plenty of space to park once you’ve reached the flags and the viewing area is massive. Make it a goal to go at sunset or even just to witness the stream of lights at nighttime. The views are amazing and worth the effort!

Went there before sunset. The views from here are beautiful. You can see views of downtown, freeways and overpasses, etc. The mountains look great with the sun setting behind them. The only thing is the roads to get up there are steep, winding and kinda narrow.

Gets very crowded but its definitely a pretty place to drive or go for a walk if you can find parking. Lots of young kids there which isnt really an issue most of the time. Just be careful of the crazy drivers that zip through there without acknowledging the speed limit. If going on the weekend make sure you get there early or else your not finding parking.

Magnificent location for tourists, newcomers, photographers or videographers. Cross winds make the dirt and sand feel like nano pellets in someones face; therefore, I recommend eye protection or eye drops.Restrooms or porta potties are not available. ADA parking is available; however, the lookout area is NOT accessible. Visitors must utilize a stair to descend and ascend to and from the public grounds. At night the area offers one of the most fascinating views of the city lights. If you do not have any physical impairment that deter you from using stairs, you can go to the apex of the park. If you have mobility impairments, you are restrained to the parking lot area.Maybe one day in this New Way of living, certain areas such as this one can become ADA accessible. :)

This overlook is beautiful with views as far as the eye can see. You really see just how intertwined these cities are and the border just fades away. They have arrows pointing to different land marks around the area and viewers so you can see it closer. Great place to go and see some sights and get some fresh air.Limited parking is available and a couple of land marks are near the mountain side where traffic drives by so be very careful.
