Love this park!!!! Great location multiple basketball courts and also has an area to play hand ball....

Great place to play basketball with some friends or walk your dog plus their is a lot of shade with help from the suns heat

Nice and peacefully. If youre going to use the basketball ball court bring a broom because its full of dirt and rocks since there is a construction going on at the moment beside it.

The artwork was AMAZING! It should be preserved or made a landmark if it isnt already

Great location for pics and to experience the El Paso culture and feel of the city!!! They had basketball courts, and tons of tables to have picnics or hang out with friends and family!

Nice Sunday night for a cruise at Lincoln Park, the only thing that s**ks is that most of the park is fenced up. But otherwise, it is a nice place to kick back and listen to music.

Hand painted chicano murals beautiful works of art when I visited El Paso with family. I would definatly love to go back when the have gatherings/ events. Id reccomend anyone who is visiting tobstop and admire all the paintings such beauty and detail each mural tells a story.

Nice park under the freeway in El Paso, Texas. The car show they have there is free to the public. Its a very good and fun car show.

Its not much of a park with all that construction going on.

The best part about this park are the Chicano Murals. The park is very noisy because of the overhead traffic.

It was awesome, all the cars and the people were great. Definitely coming next year.

Best culture park in el paso tx

Shared by the two interstate connections. Wide open space. Paved walking path . Hand ball and basketball courts.

Great spot to walk around and look at the murals, basketball courts and exercise equipment. Fun spot for everyone in the family.

The city of el paso has low standards for park and recreation. This park might as well be on the other side of the border. Beware of used syringes.

This park features exclusive El Chuco Art work which is a symbol of the indigenous People of Elpaso.

Decent park but currently more than 50% of park is fenced off and not accessible. Ill try an make a quick short list of whats open or closed. Wish I had a timeframe for yall but to be honest I barely seen the construction right now. Dont know how long its been like this nor how long it will stay like this, but from all the material and equipment I seen its definitely not a quick patch up.....okThe sandbox( Slide, jungle gym area ).-----------Closed-----------Theres 4 hand ball courts1 side 2 courts---------Closed----------Other side 2 courts--------Open----------The 2 basketball courts both sides of street--------------Open-----------3 picnic benches---------Closed-----------The rest of benches and the port-a-potty------------Open------------I didnt count the columns but a lot of out of towners take pics of the graffiti(art) on the bridges columnsThis is a guess but should be close65%-----------Open-----------35%-----------Closed----------If anybody uses then info whether to avoid it or whether to decide the accessible parts are enough for you to go an I was able to assist, then cool.....----------L. Its a very Chicano artistic park. Nicely kept, clean and if you like murals paintings this is a great place to look.

I went to the car show and the turn out of lowriders, old cars, and motorcycles was overwhelming. The owners went all out to make sure you saw the best cars and the amazing work they put into them.

I like the culture scene. Theres something for everybody, i.e. tennis courts, Bball courts, wall ball, playground for the kids, and lots of picnic tables.
