My experience with Susan Eisens establishment was definitely a 5-star one. I left 7 or 8 rings to be resized. Her assistant took a lot of time to discuss the sizing of each ring while he was measuring; moreover, he cautioned me to upgrade my home owners insurance policy to cover the value of the rings, whose value had increased over the last few years. In addition to the resizing, several small stones were replaced in a ring and my wedding rings are dazzling thanks to their refurbishing of the Florentine finish. The cost was quite reasonable for all this work. Her shop features high-end art as well as custom jewelry; it was a pleasure to view the decorator pieces on display for sale. Susan herself is gracious and outgoing, and her shop and customers are protected by a security door which she activates from inside the shop when she recognizes a customer. -- Carol Beene

Susan was rude, pretentious, and her way of doing business is ridiculously outdated. I witnessed her multiple times tell someone they would be called back while checking on the status of their jewelry, only to be called back at her leisure (days, even weeks later.) She only takes care of customers based on their looks pertaining to how much money she thinks they will spend. I saw her turn away a black man at the door because she didn’t trust him being in the store alone with her. Disgusting establishment, I hope this mediocre at best jewelry story goes under.
