Absolutely amazing, Im a adult and I spent 5 hours here and would of stayed all night if I could haha. The staff is nice and helpful, lots of room to jump, very clean. I highly recommend this place for everyone of all ages. Ill definitely be going back soon.

My kids thoroughly enjoyed burning some energy here. We all loved how many different activities there are to do. The staff was courteous and helpful and interacted with as well as helped out the kids if necessary on some of the equipment. We will definitely be back again!

Great couple of hours of fun for my 5 year old and my intrepid 1.9 year old. Went from 9am to 11am for the summer tot promo. Loved that there where only toddlers at that time slot very peaceful no loud music. Next time we go Ill bring a lite snack because the kids get really hungry. They do sell snacks and drinks there but if you dont want to spend extra bring your own.

Have been very scared to take my kids anywhere but it was time to get out of the house . They recommended this place since kids can exercise at the same time ! The premise behind this place is great. It’s a family friendly environment to visit...if you have OLDER kids. The establishment has ONE plastic Little Tikes slide for toddlers. They are expected to share the jumping areas with grown adults, which explains the need to sign a waiver the minute you walk in. The website states they have hours for “toddlers” from 9 AM to 11AM. What if the birthday party I attend is in the afternoon? I’m sorry, but if you’re going to charge my 2 year old the same $30 as a grown person to jump, then I’d expect a small area designated for them to jump. The staff is friendly and attentive (so long as they aren’t flirting with each other) and as long as you’ve got your trampoline socks on...if not, they will become tyrants and demand you go purchase some.

At first I was bothered by the fact the website says it has hourly pricing but when we got there is was only the all day pass, but once I realized my son had no issue with jumping for the next 6 hrs I was over it. He had so much fun there working and improving his tumbling skills. The only real downside is there isnt a lot of seating available for the parents. We were able to find our spots in the end though. The staff was very friendly and exhibited a sense of control. Im glad we went and ended up staying till 11 PM

I recently went with my family and it was a fun experience! i walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. they helped my family and i get settled in to jump and informed us of the rules. i would definitely recommend this place because it was clean and really fun

This is a great place for entire family. Kid friendly. Went to a Birthday party and the service was great. Only thing is, I went to the snack bar to get something to eat because they served pizza and I cant eat gluten, so I ordered fries. Guy at register told me they didnt have fries, Churros or nachos. Went on to tell us that they were busy on Saturday, thats no excuse to not have anything. Poor management, how could you run out of food on weekend?

When I came to jump I had a lot of fun. The staff on the trampolines was really nice and the park was clean. They’re food was good too and was out on time! I would definitely recommend this place if you want to take your family out for a good time.

Had lots of fun with my 2 kids for toddler/ under 6 jump from 10 am - 12 pm the male in charge periodically checked on all the customers offered beverages, and was always cleaning, I also received a great deal $5 per child for 2 hours you really can’t go wrong with that this is my second visit and they always get it right

I guess if you are not use to trampoline parks you will think this place is GREAT.1. Too small from what I am use to2. This is the only trampoline park that made me purchase their BRAND socks3. Then they harrassed my kids as I went to purchase their BRAND socks.4. Teenagers stand around and talk holding the basketball..and the worker just watched. I have her an opportunity before I said something g to them.5. You cant even add time in increments of 30 min. I am not use to these types of trampoline parks.I guess for my tour in El Paso this will be the best we get since my kids love to jump.

Came by the other day with my kids. The over all experience was fantastic. The young lady in the front was very knowledgeable and went over the prices and what it includes.They have a ninja course which my son loved we stayed all day. They even have a concessions area where we ordered pizza, they even offer unlimited drinks.Coolest part we got to keep the socks and we can bring them back to jump again. Most definitely will be coming back with my kids and nephews. Highly recommend to come especially curbing this summer heat!

We had my sons 5th birthday party here! Zaragoza location! The staff was AMAZING to say the least! They were so attentive to every detail. They helped us unload everything from our car, helped me with the setup and helped us load everything again once we were done! The manager delivered great customer service! Our party hostess was SARA SOTO! She was an absolute sweet heart! Making sure all of my guest had what they needed. She was fantastic with the kids! If you have an event here, definitely ask for her you will not regret it! I love having organized, and detailed events and they did that and much more for me! THANK YOU!

This place is trash. No backflips no frontflips. It’s a fun free zone. If you have kids it might be cool but if you are a young adult looking to have a good time without alcohol don’t go here.

Very dissatisfied. After paying $302. We got to the establishment only to discover they didnt have our reservation. We attempted to give this place a second chance since the previous year they failed to us the game cards that were included in our package. This year they failed to schedule the event. So sad my son loves this place.

I absolutely love this place, it is a good place to have fun and enjoy time with family and friends alike. Some things are a bit pricey but it is worth it since there are many areas with trampoline sections and places where you could even play Dodge ball or basketball. They even offer food and drinks if you ever get hungry. Service here is really friendly I highly recommend bringing your kids here.

Paid $300 only to be told no all day long. Not to mention the staff is beyond rude. And you cant get a refund at all. You can use your money and actually have fun somewhere else. Will not be coming back. People here have no customer service skills and not care for anything other than keeping your money. Hope this review helps.

This is a great place to have fun with your kids. The trampolines are so much fun. There is a free jump station, a foam pit, a dodge ball area, basketball, etc. The arcade area is a lot of fun as well. However, the food and drinks are extremely expensive. For a 16oz of water it cost $2.75!! The service is great and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Booked a party for Dec. 21st. @ the Eastside location from 1pm to 3:30 pm. After being charged $302.02. We showed up to the location and they didnt have our booking. Reserved on the 13th. Second time this place gives the saddest attention and customer service. To bad that our child loves this place so much.

I absolutely love this place for my child. The people on the trampoline floor are always enforcing rules ( they are strict but that means that they are doing their job and that they care) which i love because that means that they care for my daughters safety. The price is great, you get to jump all day and even leave and come back. I live in the west side and i much rather come to the east side to jump. The customer service is great on the east side and i would 100% recommend for the whole family to enjoy their time here. Rockin jump east is the place to go!!!!

If you have a Groupon, read the fine print. You cant use it on student break! Horrible. They only offered a One Day Pass at almost $30..thats it! No other options! My daughter had Jumpland Socks but they had to say Rock N Jump?! Really? Nowonder its always empty.

Clean location. Kids finally unplugged their technology and moved! I was able to rest a few minutes on comfy couches/ massage chairs, do some office work. The summer pass is an all day thing! We stepped out to eat then went back to play. A bit pricey but worth it.

Way overpriced for the younger kids that you really cant dump off to spend entire day unsupervised. I can typically sit for an hour or so with a book, but, eh, not impressed. The snack bar is wickedly highway robbery too. The place has definitely paid for itself many times over I am sure of it.

We decided to throw my 2 year old daughter a birth day party and couldnt ask for a better place. Amazing prices the staff was amazing everyone was with a smile all the kids had a blast, they all left crying due to they did not wanted to leave. Had so much trouble with the Groupon, if your getting one don’t even bother. I understand about the fine print but (Maria) gave us so much problems with it she always had something to say about it I went like 5 times to see if we could use it and nope we couldn’t till now. And even now she said we couldn’t because it was for the one on the west side when the second time I went and she said no I ask her what day can I come? She said when the kids from El Paso district go back to school (fine print regulations) I repeatedly ask her again and again if we could come that day she said yes I’m like are you sure she said yes we open at this time and it’s this day you can use the coupon I’m like okay I’ll be here that day. Came that day she said and nope, that it was for the location on the west side I couldn’t even say anything anymore I was furious, my kids were sad because they were let down again! so I just ask to speak to the manager well she was the manager so I ask to speak with someone else and I did his name was Rafael he did everything possible for us to go in. He (Rafael)is the only reason I would go back if I had to but at this moment I don’t think I will ever go back there.

Irs 100% healthy exercise and Antique Rose can supervise 9 yr old grandson while he meets new friends and learns to socialize. I do work on laptop for 6-8 hours while he gets better exercise than tech toys.

Took the kids for some fun for about an hour. Was told we couldnt pay for an hour and had to pay the unlimited price. The girl at the front was quite rude and unwilling to help or even call a manager.

It was a horrible experience and too expensive for what it is. On the website it says they charge 18 person but when you arrive its 30 per person. They watch you like voltures and tell you what you cant ?? and thatcan do. What is that?? I didnt get paid to be followed around and be told what to do and how to jump I could buy my own trampoline with the money I paid and on top of that they dont give refunds if you didnt have a good experience. Honestly just buy your kid a trampoline or rent one because its way cheaper. If youre a young adult looking for something fun to do this is not the place!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. So disappointed! I want a refund!!!!!

Was disappointed that it had so many rules against flipping/about how to jump and only allowed one person at a time on trampolines. I understand the rules are there for a reason, but for an indoor trampoline park, it was very restricted compared to others we have been too. Food and drinks were very expensive, so we only got some bottled water. We paid for an all day pass which was a good price at about $20 each, this allowed you to leave and come back if you wanted. Definite plus to go eat. It was cold and raining and my kids still got out a good amount of energy so it was worth going.

Well as most people are aware of how business is conducted in good ole ElPaso, you dont expect nor demand what good business should be.The business is cheap, the water fountains are broken, HANDICAP PARKING is discarded, when it should be close to the entrance. They have kids running the business, because the owners are CHEAP!!

This place needs to take pricing strategies and product strategies from other trampoline parks around the country. namely Get Air and Altitude. I walked in expecting to get to jump by myself during the week for an hour because I like to practice my flips back and front,when I got there I was told that the ONLY pricing option was ALL DAY!! you do have other customer types, so once you discover how to serve them, I will be back because I love the long trampolines for tumbling passes. since you dont get alot of business I suggest advertising and lowering the price also. there were like 2 people in there for toddler time. every other toddler time I have seen has been pa ked!! and they were only $10 for 2 hours! and the parent jumped for free. again, do some research please because this town is boring enough and many of us dont think that spending $30 for all day when you cant last all day jumping anyways have other things to do in a weekend. I also expected the regular hourly price to be less than what we paid in california. I have not yet taken my child here yet because the pricing strategy during the weekday angered me against going at all.

This place great! My friends invited me, it’s my first time here. I got the unlimited jump, my friends and I have been here for 4 hours now and we are not even tired! I got their pizza deal I have unlimited drinks and I got pizza to eat too. I want to get their monthly pass, I can see myself coming everyday especially since it’s summer time. Great place to spend one with friends or even with my sisters. Oh and I got some cool socks that grip to the trampolines which helps a lot!

When we first walked into the park you could already get a foul/musty smell inside. Upon attempting to check in the gentleman in The front let us know that we had to pay $27 to get in however we had purchased our tickets online and it said that for an hour it was only $18 we were able to clarify that and purchase our socks and go in to the park. After that we went into the bathroom and the handicap toilet was clogged all the way to the top with water on the floor. They were in poor conditions & with kids going in there it was not maintained whatsoever & I didn’t not want my son to touch anything because of how poorly maintained they were. After that we went into the park to jump, not really sure of the rules we joined in with all the kids that were there to jump on the trampoline. We then got yelled at by a staff member because apparently the trampoline was one person at a time. But seeing all the kids jumping around everywhere we did not know. I was thinking that maybe the employee tried to get our attention & we might’ve not heard him so maybe he raised his voice to get our attention so we let it go. The staff also didn’t attempt to control the kids at all. Having a son that is 2 it was hard for him to be able to enjoy it because the kids would not wait their turn or would constantly cut in line. This was an issue that seems ignored by staff. It was also very difficult to decipher who was staff & who were the kids because all the staff members seem so young & some of them had sweaters so you really couldn’t tell who was who. I doing think I would ever pay $18+ for admission for a place like that again. It is overpriced for the overall quality of the establishment. We paid for an hour & because of how unsatisfied we were & left after only 30 minutes. I will not be returning or would I recommend anyone to ever attended.

Very expensive for the way the they treat you, so many restrictions. You can’t even sit on the trampolines for a few seconds to catch your breath before they tell you can’t sit there.

Coming here with friends is super fun. Being able to play dodgeball against them and all the other activities has you fully entertained the whole time. You never get bored here, definitely recommend! (:

The place is not toddler friendly, the food and the drinks are ridiculously expensive for a place like that, they dont even have toilet paper in the restrooms and those are very dirty. I dont recommend this place to anyone. I bet there are other places where you can enjoy with your family, I will never support this business again.

Good place for the kids to come and play. Its a little pricey however. I say its only worth the price if you get the unlimited jump bracelet ($25.00) and plan to stay a good 3-4 hours or more. A 2 hour bracelet costs $22.00. My kids loved it there. They were there 4 and a half hours and they didnt want to leave.

Disney land in El Paso ... loved the staff price is crazy though minimum wage is $7.25 you need to work 4 hours in order to come jump work on the price point I can see people get very upset on reviews although CLEANLINESS AND STAFF MAKE IT OKAY

Great place for the kids a bit pricey but well worth it had great customer service from a young lady named Sarah and a young man named Joy that played and helped my nephew jump into the blocks, for sure will be bringing my own kids more often. Only complain was our pizza wasnt as great given the price that it is .
