Out of towners here from Carlsbad, NM! We loved this place! Our 3 year old had a blast socializing with the other kiddos. There are 2 slides which are pretty fast even for adults! An arts and crafts area, a mini go-kart/motorboat pay to ride area thats reasonably priced. All around pretty fun place. Staff is above and beyond! Ariel, the manager, was very helpful when my daughter fell down and opened up a previous rug burn on her knee. Could not be more pleased with her friendliness. Would definitely recommend, as admission is very reasonably priced!
My wife saw some videos of this place that looked really fun for the kids so we decided to check it out for ourselves.Hands down, it’s awesome! They Sanitized all the time. super friendly staff,They have $5 deals for food on Friday’s or combo meals which I thought was greatthe mango habanero wings and pizza are a must have. The variety of food is definitely satisfying. I can have my wings and some nachos fully loaded while my wife has her tacos and the kids eat their pizza. The freshly popped popcorn was just perfect for the movie theater. My daughters said the girls working are her new best friends they went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome from the moment we walked in, to the moment we were leaving they were magnificent. After being cooped up at home since March the kids deserved some fun and even behind the masks the staff was joyful and definitely made this experience one that lasts. You can bet we will be back this coming weekend!
Clean and staff are very friendly. Food was good too. It was gated and felt safe. My kids had a blast. I would totally recommend this place if you don’t feel going to the pool to drain kids energy. We had groupon for Rockin Jump they didn‘t want to accept the voucher having all lame excuse it‘s still school break... So we went here instead and had a blast.. I also had a groupon for here but we had so much fun we came back. We go here almost weekly kids love it. Perfect size not to big.
The staff was so amazing!I was a guest at a party there today so everything was new to me being it as our first time thereand I loved it.The workers, All of them, were so nice to my babiesThey loved this young lady with a long pony tail I didn’t get to catch her name but we will definitely be back she was attentive and always making sure the kids were happy and safe which is a 10 out of 10 for a mom of 3 like me.The food was good my kids loved the pizza Definitely want to try the fully loaded nachos next time
It is really cool because we mostly go there for every birthday and omg I cant speak.
Had a great time! Mother daughter date! Had our face painted by some young ladies named Ale and Tori and it came out grrrreat! We loved it! They were very nice! It’s good to see a smile on people while having fun!
I had a party the other day and it was amazing! The host of my party was extremely helpful she really went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly and keep everyone happy.Definitely will be back!
The food was good, got there around the time they opened andit wasn’t crowded and we had lots of fun. My kids were having all kinds of fun the young lady working the rides helped my kids have a good time. We will be back very soon
My kids loved it here. The food isnt the best but its way better than the other businesses like it. They have a variety of activities for the children which is nice. Its not really on the cheap side but I would say its worth it for the smiles it put on my girls faces. They keep asking to go back.
Very clean and helpful staff. Pizzas where every good and the wings were very well cooked! They made my granddaughters birthday party very nice experience. They had everything we needed. Plates cups cake cutter. Even the ice cream. The room was clean smelled good. Was not overly noisy to were adults could not sit and have a conversation. My biggest complaint would be for the cost of the venue you only get 2 hours in a party room which is no real time to eat and do cake and let the kids play. For the price of the party rooms they should be at a min 3hrs 4 would be optimal. After our 2 hrs we had purchase MORE food to be able to sit at the tables. We were told that the manager would not allow us to sit at the tables without buying more food. The only options were to sit in the walk way at very low benches which with my disability was not an option . so we purchased MORE food even though we took food home. But the staff was friendly and pleasant with the kids. We had a few autistic kids in our group. But had no issues.Over all really good experience but could have been great with just that extra time or allowing people to sit comfortably while the kids played
Some staff was rude. Hasnt been updated in the years we have lived here. Wasnt kept really clean. Wait time for the few extra activities were far too long. And at $2.50 per ticket, face painting, bumper boats and go carts were all way too expensive. Wouldnt really go again or recommend going to others...Also told at the door they dont honor any promotions or discounts unless we could tell them exactly what the promotion was and show it to them. Seemed odd. Like they wanted to nickle and dime people.Food was overpriced, rides were overpriced. Most of the staff looked miserable or was rude at one point or another.
This place is awesome I love it so much I had my daughter had her party thereand her friend Paula said she loved it
The staff is very attentive to the kids. Fun place for families and they even have an area for children under 5
I was so excited to take my son. I had been in the past with another family and my son was finally old enough to enjoy it and exploit. We talked about going all week long and he was so excited. We headed all the way across town to make it there by when the website said they opened. Got there and the door was locked. We waited a bit, all the while my son was peeking in and getting so excited to play. No one came to the door by 11:10, so I called the number on the website. The young lady told me they did not open until 3pm and the website hasn’t been fully changed yet to reflect this time change. My son was so beyond upset at having to leave without getting to play. As a business, you change your times online before you implement them in the store since this is your major source of advertisement. I am very disappointed in how this went down today and was very much looking forward to enjoying what this place had to offer.
My children loved this place begore but it has gone down. The crafts area used to have paints for art now they only offer crayons. We have crayons at home. The dress up used to have a variety of princess dresses, now mostly capes. There was a big weekday special advertising, when we paid I was told it was only for members.
This place is overpriced. Not one staff member smiled. They all looked like they didn’t want to be there, from the girl at the register to the guy taking orders to the girl that delivered the food. The one time I got a smile was when I was told my ten month old and I couldn’t be at the small playground because we had no socks. And it was a fake smile at that. I gotta say tho, the pizza was delicious.I brought my kids since they had been asking for a while, but I wouldn’t come back. Not worth it to me. Especially when everyone hates their job.
I always love going here. So many options. A piece of advice through. If you have a child that is two small for most of the rides I would get the package deals not the VIP deal. Its cheaper and goes a long way. Oh and down forget to get token and extra tickets.
It was not what we expected at all. 2 workers, 20,00 plus tax 2 rides that our daughter rode once each. The jungle gym was not great. What was great was the face painting she loved it and the girl was very patient. We did the painting cost another 10.00. She did like riding the dinosaur. But we had to wait for a worker for each activity I mean if she has a bracelet let her ride as long as she wants no one was waiting in line. Husband called it jungle jokes. It was for her bday and I really expected so much more we didn’t even eat there hubby said kitchen was not clean at all, lesson learned. We drove 3 hours expecting to spend a few hours there, left after 45 minutes and that’s because we had to wait to get on the 2 rides.
Pretty fun couple of hours with the kids. The ladies at work here are very patient and very fun to be around. The pizza is that garbage Pizza that your kids will absolutely love. The play areas the go-karts in the bowl riots my kids went on over and over and over again. Its really good for a rainy afternoon or a hot summer day
Really cool place for the kiddos, and really like the fact adults get in free.......
I love the fact that parent can play with their children. Staff is attentive and courteous. I couldent believe the food was not too expensive and tasted better than other similar places.
We received free passes to this really great looking place. Only to find out the passes are only good Monday through Friday, and not on a day school is let out. So its really difficult to try and coordinate the calendar in order to go. Once we got there we were admitted in for free using these passes, but for any other attraction you had to buy tickets. It just seemed set up poorly and should have been described better on the actual free passes. The decor and the staff and the cleaning this were all very good! My kids definitely want to go again. Just the promotion of their free passes that we had one and received, seem too poorly communicated.
I went with my grandchildren yesterday, I witnessed how one of the employees made sure every worker was caring and taking care of the customers employees going up and down young but you can see how attentive they are and making sure every kid goes with their parents. I really enjoyed Facepaint for the kids the girls know how to paint, I want to thank Jocie for helping my grandkid go down the slide, and Diego for taking the time to explain the tules, and the girls from the kitchen for being very professional. I recommend it, of course make sure you take money kids want everything. Great place.
It would be an awesome place to be if they had an air conditioner. It was uncomfortably hot the entire party. The air was not turned on. Definitely won’t be back
Great place to take the kids to have some fun. This place allows you to interact with your children on the playground. It gives children the ability to get some exercise and out of the sun. There are other activities children can take advantage of while being there. They have a small track where kids can ride small cars and a pool where children can ride water tubes. Both arent very big, but its fun for the kids. Other activities include a dinosaur kids can ride, a jump platform, water paint activities, face painting, a costume dress up area, and a mini theater showing various kids movies. There is a seating area in the middle of everything so you can keep an eye on your children. The food they sell is good. Not gourmet type of food or nutritious, but its good food for a reasonable price. They have added various entrees to their menu since they first opened. The price to get in is reasonable. Obviously, the price will increase if your children partake in all of the activities especially more than once. However, if they enjoy running around the playground they definitely enjoy running around at Jungle Jaks.
Fun activities, its clean, the employees are nice, but there is an extra charge for 1/2 the activities on top of admission fee, extra for food, extra for tokens, extra for socks that are mandatory to wear. Its a little frustrating to have to explain to the kids after all the tickets are gone what they can and cant play on. The one bonus is you can stay and play on the free things as long as you want. Im not sure Ill come back. Just too pricey.
Is Amazing and fun but it is a bit pricey
Great places for kids. Ariel and the rest of the staff here are amazing!!
Worth the money! Great place for kids!
Nice variety of things for the kids to do.
Over priced for just a playground.... bumper boats to small staff takes a while to assist some of the staff is rude not all
Rude employees... Talked bad about customers behind their back and make fun of children when parents aren’t looking. Unprofessional employees
The kids enjoyed the place but, the food was horrible. We ordered wings and the carrots were old and dry. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs for the kids and the sauce was so salty we had to return it. One of the employees in the kitchen explained to us her manager would never return our money so we would have to choose a plate of equal or lesser value. She explained the sauce was pre-made so there was no way they can make the sauce any less salty. The weiner in the hot dog was super dry. It seemed that they had been sitting there all day and had shrunk to the size of my pinky finger. The chicken on the nachos was extremely dry and overcooked. I just wish that the parents could enjoy a nice meal while we watch our kids enjoy themselves.
This place is great for small children. I paid for the $20 entrance per kid that includes unlimited rides. You have to be patiently waiting though for the employees to come around for your kid to ride the boats, dinosaur and cars. My kids loved the superhero face painting which is included in the entrance fee. Overall its a bit pricey specially if you buy food too but your kids will love it.
Nice place for kids. Have party rooms. Movies. Tacos were good. Different type of pizza combos like pizza and pasta, pizza and nachos, pizza and wings. Nice for toddlers. Face painting and water color painting. Boat rides and race care rides for kids. Nice to stay out of hot or cold weather. Pricing about same as other kids places.
Great place for the kids! Lots to do.
Fun place for the kids but its very overpriced and the prizes for the tickets are a joke. 50 tickets for a lollipop and 100 tickets for a 5 dollar off coupon...
Terrible service and rude staff members
The place is very good, but I dont like they charge for many activities. Good for parties
Worst experience at J.J. ever. Came as part.of.a party and when the 2hrs was over we were not allowed to sit at a table in the common area. I spent good knows how.much on wings, nachos and other sides apart from the party, and Im not able.to sit at a table. Im forced to sit on a bench like a second rate customer! Ill bet J.J. will never even bother to respond to this, as they simple dont care about the customer.
Terrible experience. Most of the staff working here look so unhappy and miserable, and they treat people accordingly. It’s a shame that a place kids come to have fun and play is ran by people with terrible customer service skills. Whoever is hiring should remember that this is a place to bring kids to have a good time and they should hire people who are kid friendly and don’t look like they’re being forced to be here.
I had my daughters first birthday party here and we loved it! The hostess was very friendly and nice. We were a big group and he was fast attending all guests. It was a little too expensive, but all my guests were happy and we were happy.
Way too noisy, too many people inside. Extremely crowded.
After checking out their website, I expected the place to be bigger. Its seems so much smaller in person. With that said, my kids loved it and had a lot of fun. Not too many places can two year and four year olds be in charge, but this place was it. It is a little bit pricey but worth it. The food was good too, unexpected after reading some of the reviews. Definitely would like to visit again.
Great for kids! New and exciting activities. Not the same old stuff like Peter Pipers. Party rooms are a little small.
My son (8) had a great time. Its small but has whats needed for active children. He liked the bumper boats and cars. He says he really liked the jungle gym and the free jump. He wasnt enthused by the theatre, but he is extremely active and doesnt care to sit still. Ordered a personal pizza for my kiddo and loaded beef nachos, it was alright, but not our favorite lol. Overall had a great time, staff is friendly, place was clean, bathrooms were clean and stocked. I will come here again.
The air conditioning was not working in the double room we had and it was over 100 degrees outside. Some type of discount communication about the fact would have been nice.
This place really had it all. My tiny tot quickly outgrew the toddler area and flew down the big slide with their older cousins. There were race cars and bumper boats and climbing structures, and food. This place was a one stop shop for fun. They even have painting, face painting, and makeover stations. We spent a whole afternoon and evening here and would have happily stayed longer if bedtime hadn’t snuck up on us.Some of the stations were sparsely manned, but we were there during the school week on a quiet afternoon, so maybe I didnt get to see it in its full (crowded) glory. Still, if we needed to access a station (painting, for instance), the staff was happy to help.
Good place to take the kids to have a good time the food is good and they serve beer to adults, they kinda go heavy on the prices like 7dlls for a crapy soda cup fot the kids or 25.00dlls for children to get in the place, besidea that everything is pretty good
I enjoyed the pizza. The play area is awesome bc I was able to go in with my daughter. They also have a variety of activity for the kids, bumper boats (#retroputtputtdays), arts and crafts, mini race track, dress up area and a movie theatre. Its fun.
Is ok... is a small place for what their offer... need more games... from 1 to 10 i want to say 6....
The pizza was dripping with grease.. The wings were bland and had no seasoning. The food in general was not so good. Good place to bring the kids but not to eat.
To start this review we drove here from Tinker AFB. We drove from 6 last night, stayed at a hotel because it was late and then arrived this morning. After a morning of difficulties we ventured out to Jungle Jaks for my granddaughter’s birthday party. When we got here the difficulties continued. The reservation was for tomorrow. We are only here today for her birthday. The manager and her staff went above and beyond. Even though they didn’t have a room available they put 4 tables together and worked with my daughter on the package reservation. I ran down to dollar tree for decorations and they helped set up the tables. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! I will warn you though. The mat at the end of the slide IS NOT soft. I’m the only casualty
I had a party today and that was the worst experience Ive ever had. For what their overpriced. When you go online it says one thing and its another.. I will take my business somewhere else this would be the last time I come here.
Awesome place for the little ones.
This is an excellent place to take your children; they have bumper boats, bumper cars, a childrens hair/style salon, a toddler area, place to eat, great jungle gym, interactive foam pit, and some arcade style games. The staff is somewhat friendly and helpful, but some seem like they dont enjoy their job. The prices are great, you only pay for your children, adults are free. I would recommend for children 3-10.
I just got a reaponse from the owner. And NO i have a screenshot of the coupon and it does NOT say to redeem at the entrance. I can send it to you if tou want!!! One more thing i was told i would get my money back to my card. And up until today i ahve NOT!!!
The kids have fun but it’s VERY UNDER STUFF!! They have one cashier trying to do everything by the time and one of the girls who work there needs to work on her costumer care .our members came in for a 2 hour party but were in line for 20 minutes and the food take too long. The waitress who help us for my sons party did a excellent job to the best of his ability. It’s not a cheap place so tried to hire more stuff so you can meet costumer satisfaction.
We had a birthday party here and let me just say it was a complete success. The staff was beyond attentive, helpful and had a great sense of humor. They were just awesome with the kids. The food was pretty good, the pizza was decent and the nachos were really good. Thank you to everyone who was there tonight!
Great famy fun time to go too. Food however was not so great.
Great place for birthdays or just casual outings with the kids. You have to take your socks in order to be able to play in the kids playground, so go prepared because even parents can climb in there with their kids. They have a dress up station where lids can wear their fav super hero cape. The place also offers a toddler station for kids up to 3 yrs old that has a play house and about 3 slides for their height. Another station is the art station where kids can paint in paper that they offer or you can purchase items that they offer to paint like a birdhouse or a dolphin (made of clay). They also offer a race track but no passing or bumping into another car is alowed or else the man there will kick your kids out that race. (Which got on my nerves actually) Another cool thing is the bumper boats where kids as little as 2 can drive them. Theres a drop zone where kids jump 20 feet into this huge air bag (that my son enjoyed, a lot). They offer a mechanical T-rex where kids can ride on for about 3 min and it makes T-rex noises and moves up and down, i saw a lot of kids likes it. My favorite was the movie theater its huge and it has a big screen with bean bags for the kids to lounge on and a bench for parents. The food they sell, that i can remember is pizza, wings burgers, fries, ice cream, soft drinks, and beer. We ate before we got there but still bought 2 boxes of pop corn, 2 ice cream cones, and 1 large coke (with free refill) for $15.00. The total at the entrance for the 3 VIP bracelets and 2 adults was 85.00.
Have taken my kids for about 7-8 years, always fun! Its great that the parents can join in on the play with the kids and its a clean environment with a friendly staff.
Jungle Jacks used to be an awesome place. Came back to bring the kids for a noght of fun but they have started to neglect the included features with the admission. The air guns were a great way to spend time but there are 4 guns and 2 do not work. The foam balls used for the guns are all around but there used to be a vacuum that would deliver the balls to the guns but these were not working either. So if you want to use the guns, you have to pick up some balls and run upstairs t see if one of the 2 working guns are available.I hope the owner sees this and pays attention to the deficiencies in his place.
Thiss the 2nd year we have a birthday party for our granddaughter.
So a coupon that stated that if i purchased a general admission my child would get a slice of pizza and a drink. We just moved to el paso money is tight and it was my daughters bday so we went. I purchased 3 general admission tickets and went to the pizza place to get the pizza she said You need to go to the cashier bc i havent heard of that promotion! And it started. I showed the cashier the the add that said if i paid for general adilmission we would get a free pizza and drink. She said thats a different general admission! There was NO other general admiasion for 10 dollars but the one I paid for. I asked to speak to the manager and got to speak to a rude person. She didnt even try to resolve the problem. I told her its not legal to advertise things and then not comply but whatever i said its fine and went off. 10min later my kids were askes to get off the toys bc they had no socks. Omg! I was like ok that was my fault I didnt notice the sign even though the cashiee should mention it at the entrance SPEACIALLY IF U NEED THEM TO GO ON EVERYTHING!! I told my children we got to go guys we did not have money to BUY socks!! They had a ticket that came with the general admission to get on the water bumper thing. So I said lets go over there and then go home. Well NOPE. they cant go on that with shoes on either.. my kids started crying it was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! By this time my husband waa furious and asked to speak to the general manager....we asked for our money back... we couldnt use anything in there. It was our first time there, it was my daughters bday. You cant just assume the clients know your rules. If we were told about the socks we would of just left bc we knew we did not have the money for it. Well needless it was a horrible bday.
Love it my kids always have a blast, also their food is delicious
Great prices like the atmosphere staff very friendly awesome customer service
We recently visited Jungle Jaks and it was more and less than I expected at the same time. My almost 5 year old loved the zero gravity and the playground area. My almost 2 year old enjoyed the toddler area briefly before moving on to something else. I wish there was a bit more for the toddlers but overall a great time had by us all. I really enjoyed the lack of video games and the active, creative play opportunities throughout. It was nice enough that Ive chosen to have my childrens birthday party here over Chuck E Cheese and Peter Piper....
It doesnt even have that many rides and its expensive my son for vip was 20 dollars!! Not worth it go to a trampoline park instead
Just nothing is good enough for the money you pay to get in there....And here is a best tip i can give you.If you are a first time user.... don’t buy the tokens until you get in and see what they have. There is no arcade.
Great place for parties. Grandchildren always enjoy themselves and nice not to have to clean up afterwards.
Rude manager, no parking, too expensive
We love it here the kids have lots of fun.
Attended two children parties here. Kids love this place. There is a lot of activities for the kiddos and theyll stay engaged. Employees are mostly nice, overheard a couple of them say I wanna go home now but you know what, I would too, as a lot of kids do run around unsupervised, even if one of rules here is to supervise children at all times. Food is pretty good, theres quite a few options. There is alcoholic beverages for sale to 21 and over. Price of food is a bit steep. If you want to plan your kids party here, make sure you go over every single one of their plans, and see what suits you best.
Our son had fun and the food was better than expected, however, this is not a 5 star review as there are quite a few things lacking. Several of the arcade machines were either completely out of commission or should have been taken out as they did not work after inserting tokens. The organization at the stations leaves much to be desired, there seems to be a need for at least two people running the activities instead of the one poor soul that seems overwhelmed. Lastly, the food took an embarrassingly long time to come out. This is after having to wait several minutes to be acknowledged at the counter to order, again a failing of the short staff. Ultimately we had fun but there is room for improvement
For what it was and the pricing it was fun, the staff was super friendly and my kids had alot of fun !!
No face painting the time we went ... had to wait for people to attend us at rides
Way over priced! Youre better off at Peter Piper Pizza, youd spend less and get way more out of it. We got the party pack that came with 5 tickets per kid and theyre activities are 2-5 tickets each. So when you run out in 2 minutes, expect to spend more money ($2.50 per ticket).
Staff is great here they take care of my son all the time, he loves it here but the food is expensive and not so good, other then that it’s a great place for the kids.
Always have a good time with my kids, clean, safe and friendly staff
Great place to have a kids party! They run around and get to do many activities as part of the party package. Food is good and great to serve for both kids and adults (wings are pretty awesome!).
Great places. Friendly staff. Recommend the vip passes if youre going to be there for awhile.
Great few hours spent here with my family. There were different activities and games for the kids. The artwork on the walls was especially beautiful. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the sliders and fries. My wife and I were able to spend some time chatting while watching our kids having fun being kids.
So much fun for the kids and I love the way they something for every kiddo. The animatronic dinosaur was awesome and Im sad I forgot to take pictures of my kiddo on it. The manager on duty the day we went was excellent and very attentive to the kiddos. Next time I am in town I will be back, fun stuff!
Very good place to run around
Its nice for bigger kids, but they should have more things to do for toddlers.
An okay indoor playground, but I dont really care for the pricing model. Admission is fairly cheap, but only covers the playground part - the slides, climbing, and foam ball area, and some basic arts and crafts. Also on the plus side, they dont charge for adults like some other indoor playgrounds.Everything else costs tickets, and there are two tiers of tickets, so it is easy to buy more than you need or have to keep going back up to the front to get more. The go-karts, the boats, jump zone, wooden arts and crafts, and face painting stuff all require tickets. I wouldve appreciated an option to buy an upgraded admission that gives access to all of this stuff without tickets (They talk about a VIP bracelet but I didnt see an option to buy one). There is a cafeteria type section in the middle where parents can hang out and watch the kids and see most of what is going on, which is nice.
Fun place for kids. My los loved it.
To pricey, horrible seating arrangements, foods decent... But kids enjoy themselves there.
My family loved it will go again
