Do not ever live here, dont waste your money. We lived here for 3 yrs and it is ran by greedy property management owners. The rent space is outrageous and not worth it. Might as well buy a home or condo. On top of rent space you have your mortgage, which is normal but rent space forget it. People in other trailer communities have much lower rent space but this company will not budge. Dont get locked into a deal. Also this park always has 5 or more homes available to buy. That there tells me there must be something wrong

They allow people to park in front of the homes in the middle of the street in the fire lanes and leave recycling cans out, and never do anything about it, brush grows 4 feet high in the common areas that the park doesnt take care of huge fire risk .

Just popped in on the way through town it was fine quick and convenient

We visited friends. We were amazed how cute this place is. Most of the trailers are well maintained and in good shape. Parking can be tricky (come on, it’s Caifornia!) but we were able to park outside the community

I love the park, but they need to hire competent staff for the maintenance duties. Three weekends in a row the jacuzzi has been cold.

This place sucks bought a mobile home in their paid cash but they wouldnt let us live in it due to poor credit score thats a joke
