Quiet, safe, friendly place to live.

This is probably one of the nicest non-gated mobil home parks in East county. The best clubhouse it’s a historic Victorian castle. I met the manager of the park and he is a very nice gentleman. The park is always clean and everybody seems willing to wave to strangers.My previous mother-in-law lives there and absolutely loves it. They have great amenities, Jacuzzi, pool, great workout room and again the nicest clubhouse in East County by far. I would recommend this park to nice people that are 55+ and want to live in a great community. And fortunately we did not find our new home there. But I will always give this place five stars!
