I used to live here for some years now, if you want to know how bad this place is. Today i was visiting the home that i used to live in because my mother lives there. And two little girls who live nearby started to pee in the front yard. As well as some other 3 kids who start chucking some small bags of poppers thinking it was funny. The people here wont help you out at all. To make things even worse, the taxes here are to high. If i were you, i would go somewhere els. I got some street views and also the pot where the. Urine will stay ....

Where do they find these people to manage the park??? They are extremely rude and disrespectful.They don’t want to do the job but demand respect. I’m so ready to get out of this place, if you’re thinking of buying here please don’t, you would think for the high rent and amenities we pay here that we would at least have a pleasant staff.... Well you’re wrong, these people come to live here for free and want to talk down to the residents that actually pay a good amount of money for a place that is not worth it.Save yourself time money end energy and don’t make the same mistake we made. We have been here for 6 years and it seems like we get a new manager every 9 months one just as bad if not worse than the other.

We loved it here untill we met the staff they are horrible, and yes they demand respect when they are so rude and bitter. I think if you hate your job then get another one but dont take it out on the renters that are paying from there hard jobs. I cant wait to move, dont even consider this place you will regret it. I will miss my neighbors.

Man this place has some of the worst management a manufacture homes can have. The current manager they have is so lazy that she doesnt even bother to try to get the correct meters for water and electricity that are located in the backyards. She rather guess and charged us a crazy amount of rent and have the guts to lie to our face. They even charge extra to use the swimming pool. Rent goes up every 6 months. If you have guest come over, they wouldnt be able to find parking for them inside the park. O if you happen to live there and want to move and sell your home, they make it so impossible for you to sell your house at a high value because rent is already at $1,400 average. Well I can rant all day because the place is just horrible. I HOPE THIS HELPS. AND I HOPE THIS PLACE DO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!

Dont pay extra for a reserved parking spot. Tenants cannot tow, and Manager say they will call but clearly they will not. The Property Managment is trash.

Super high rent that just keeps getting higher every year. There is very little guest parking and if you leave your car parked IN FRONT of you house for even a few minutes, the tow truck that prowles the park multiple times a day, will tow you in seconds. You have to pay for a key to the pool which was supposed to be part of what we get for our super high space rent. The new manager seems cool but the company he works for is greedy and wants to do very little for their residents. Plus Im pretty sure we are in the middle of that toxic plume. I mean that should lower our rent right? Its a clean and safe park though so thats one plus.
