The renovations look good. Some, mostly fishermen, say not enough parking. A good spot for photos and just hanging out.

The City Pier is always electrifying. Weatherby talking to the fishermen coming in and out of the lake for the wonderful smelling food being prepared at Dimitri hes on the lake the Overland Trail is a beautiful Scenic walkway its a must do when in Chautauqua County

I love all the details and additions that have been put into place at the pier. The shops the decor... Keep on with the upgrades it is truly appreciated...

I live this place. Ever since I was a kid I would come fish here. Or eat lunch. The City has done a good job if taking g care of it to keep it looking good and clean.

The pier was recently renovated. It now includes green spaces and benches on the entire pier! A perfect place to sit and enjoy great views of boaters and Lake Erie! At the piers entrance, there is a quaint Boardwalk that includes several restaurants, shops, and a bar. All in all, it is a beautiful area!

Love it!! Great to visit, the view was fabulous and the dawn time is precious. Going to visit again in summer time. Recommend it!!

Nice place to go. Plenty of benches along the pier. There are a few stores at the beginning of the pier.

This is a tough one to rate. Let me break it down by car and by boat.By car: the pier is nice, its large, it offers amazing views, also good fishing. The boardwalk is neat and has a variety of foods and a tiny shop or two.By boat: cant do squat. Nowhere to dock at all. You can dock at the dive bar in the far corner (which is actually a paid marina, but theyll let you dock there if you drink), but there is NO food at said bar only drinks. If youre coming from out of town and wanting to grab dinner or spend the night here, there is absolutely nowhere for you to dock your boat.

Great place to sit and talk or eat your lunch. They have benches to sit on all around the walkway. Although people need to slow down, they go way over the speed limit going around the loop. Its annoying.

Nice. Miss the street lights down the middle. Nothing like project plans posted in earlier project in the Dunkirk Observer. Its beautiful.

Recent improvements have enhanced the piers walkability and created a much more attractive environment to sit and take in the gorgeous harbor views. The adjacent boardwalk shops and walking paths connect the visitor with additional amenities at this lakeside attraction.

I love to be at the pier and watch all the people fish and take a nice walk. This is a beautifle place, but dont go to Demitris, the food sucks.

It was a very enjoyable lunch spot. Brought some food and watch the birds and boats. Careful for the gulls though.

There is a very nice pizza place on the pier and other little shops. It is very accessible since construction

The city did a great job of reconstructing the pier adding lighting, painting and green space on the pier. Worth going to see if youre in the area.

Nice place. Got to launch my boat friendly people helped me when my boat had a hard time starting. It does cost $7 to launch your boat though

What can I say, its a pier, needs work, nothing very exciting happening. Be careful with your driving they may have a small police force and unmarked for the most part, I would consider it one big speed trap with a kangaroo court system.

Newly renovated pier is a huge improvement for the old one. Dunkirk Event does a great time planning events.

At this time of year (May) the water is usually high and the docks are under water. The launch is currently under construction as well. Walleye season is in so there are often many boats trying to get in and out and sometimes tempers flaring. Other options are available at Barcelona or cattaraugus creek but that has its own ramifications. I deal with it and still go out of Dunkirk Harbor.

What a great seasonal place for good food and drinks. Once again, a lot better than when I was growing up here.

Still the same old Dunkirk Pier nothing has changed. good place to just sit hang out watching birds make sure they dont poop on your windshield but otherwise not a bad place to sit and enjoy an evening
