East side of the park was crowded so we headed across the street to the waterfront. Much better! Sat at a picnic table in the shade and enjoyed our sandwiches from Dunedin Vegan deli, which were delicious as usual. Great water front views!

Nice little park that entends to intercoastal and across the road to the Pinellas Trail. Playground is upkept and grounds are nice. Good place to relax alone or with family.

Nice pier, ample parking, great views, playground to keep the yard apes busy, restrooms, work out equipment for you who feel energetic, a few shelters, paved paths for the physically challenged, summer concerts, trees, shade, sun and water ( no access for swimming ) fishing from a decent pier ( structurally sound ) the only down side is Bayshore Boulevard ( Alt 19 ) splits the park in half, although with proper safety and common sense, USE THE CROSS WALK SIGNAL !!!!!!!!! all will be fine. ( Would of scored five stars if it had a pedestrian bridge to access one side to the other ) .

We love to park there, unload our bikes & ride the trail down to Dunedin & beyond & back up to Curlew. Great little park for kids & an exercise area for those inclined. Plus bathroom facilities.

Cushiony play area with awesome activities for the kids.Plenty of benches for grownups. Also, a little take one leave on library there. Great place that I was glad to take my visiting grandson to.

Covered work out area. Covered children play equipment. Pavilion on the trail with restrooms and drinking fountain. I was herr with dog trainer. Good for distraction training. Lots of nice people.

One of the best places to watch the sun set, fish from the pier, or just spend some peaceful quiet time. Easy parking, beautiful palms, great lighting and angles for the photo buff, and lots of wildlife, including birds, dolphins and manatee.

You can use the work out station while your kid plays on the playground. Very clean and beautiful. Dock across the street that is also great!

Really long wooden pier that is never crowded. Kayak/small boat dock attached to pier at the end. Great views especially around sunset. The actual park, across the street from the pier, is really nice. Everything is clean and well taken care of. Stuck right on the edge of a nice quiet residential area.

Well it could be great and maybe is for many but the exercise equipment is EXTREMELY compromised due to weathering and rust buildup. Some was roasted clean through. Someone will get injured of a big fix-up isnt instituted.

I was here for the second time looking for the local Google guides I didnt find anybody but there was a lot of people and next time Ill see if I can post sooner or figure I had to get in touch with people.there was definitely plenty of parking although I did walk to the event on it was quite lovely and I found public restrooms at the park that were open across the way so I didnt have to use the porta potties. Although if youre a port-a-potty kind of person they were plenty of themWhere is the highlights in video and pictures.

This is a fantastic park, with lots of things to enjoy. Perfect for birthday parties and the recent improvements have made it even better!

Im stingy with my 5 stars but this has a little of everything. The 75+ mile pinellas trail jets through the back of the park. Clean restrooms that are ADA compliment. A shelter that is great for a large party. kids play ground build especially for 2-5 YO with cool, modern designs and artificial grass to the kids stay tidy. Close to amazing down town Dunedin. Plenty of parking. Close to bars and restaurants. AND . . . an amazingly long, deep water dock to access the water by boat / SUP (across the street on the water side)

The Park was well taken care of. Lots to do for the kids lot of area to run they had so much fun!

Kids always have a great time, have never had a bad time there...parents are always pretty good about their kids and what not..crossing the street has been made a lot safer with the crossing zone and flashing lights...cars are usually pretty good about stopping and not blowing through. One of the best places to catch a sunset in Dunedin.

One of the best places for picnicking that you could think of right near the water has pavilions workout area nice big playground neat spic and span big wharf to walk more out on fishing crabbing you name it its like heaven

Weaver park is great !!! Has a really nice play area for the kids and great green space for the adults. Just across alt19 is a great pier to walk out on and enjoy the paradise that surrounds you

This park is so amazing! The bathrooms are nice and clean. The park here is perfect for all ages.

Interesting park. Seems like it was handcrafted? Some issues I needed to keep an eye on my son going thru the obstacles probably should bring a 2 yr old but hes already the size of a 6 yr old so who knows. Parking was pretty easy and fast to leave. There was a gate with hard latch so they cant really run off but its not like the gate goes all the way around :/ fail.

Has an outdoor workout area. Big playground for kids. Family atmosphere. Be careful of the very busy road out front though.

Ive watched many different sunsets in my 51 years if Florida I was born and raised here this park is a breath of fresh air great place to see a sunset after that go down the street Either way and have fun

We love this park! There always seem to be a good number of kids there but its never felt crowded. Thre is plenty of places for grown ups to sit and watch their kiddos. The play equipment is top notch, and there are shady areas for not getting quite as hot.Our only complaint was the parking, but they justfixed the entrance malong it much much better getting in and out.Its right next to a cute little bike/walking path that goes right into the heart of Dunedin, and just across the road is a nice little peer you can walk onto. So its more than just the playground.The only reason I dont say 5 star is because I am not sure what the bathrooms are like. They are pretty from removed from all play stuff so its a little less convenient if your watching multiple kids.

Beautiful little waterfront park in quaint Dunedin. Its bordered on one side by the Pinellas Trail and the scenic Gulf Intracoastal Waterway on the other with undeveloped Caladesi Island in the distance. Theres a very nice, long fishing pier with a provision for launching small watercraft. Kids will love the great little playground. This is not a large park but, in this case, good things do come in small packages.

Pure tranquility. Pet friendly and people practice social distancing. And the dolphins!! Omg, the dolphins! My new spot to go to unwind and recapitulate my day. Definitely recommend it

Great little park in Dundedin. We attended one of the Friday night concerts they have in the summer. Beautiful view of the Gulf. Convenient parking across the street.

Very cute park! Right on the Pinellas trail and the bay. Park is working walking distance to DT Dunedin. Only complaint is the bathrooms but thats kind of normal.

The pier is so relaxing and a wonderful spot to catch sights of Dolphins, Manatees, large scools of fish, crabs and even smaller sharks. The pier offers fishing and has a cleaning station. If your lucky enough to catch a Sunset here, you wont be disappointed. The park has many activities and is fun for all ages.

This is a great little park with a safe playground, bathrooms, and that has a fence so kids dont go across the street alone to go dolphin watching on the pier.

Park is average, more for 4 and under. 2 shades benches which is nice. Adult exercise area has a decent shaded cover. Several seemingly homeless using and camped out on the equipment, take that how you want, it is a public park after all.

This park is really nice, its right off of the Pinellas trail. They have restrooms, water, and plenty of shade to provide you a break from cycling with your whining children.

Its a great park with adequate shade and forgiving turf. There are plenty of activities for kids to enjoy as well. The primary downside is that there is standing water in the area surrounding the park whenever it rains, and it takes a while to evaporate due to poor soil drainage.

We pass by this park all the time and have never stopped. Our family was in town so we took them there for there little girl to play. Had a nice play area with allot of families there. An area for picnics under cover. Decent amount of parking available. Across the street on the waterfront is an extension of the park. There were benches to sit and a pier to walk out and enjoy the view or fish at the end with an available cleaning table for your catch. At the end was a floating platform that it would be easy to take a kayak out from or fish closer to water. I will post pictures when Im on the computer.
